Abstract
本发明公开了一种除草组合物及其应用。所述除草组合物包括活性成分A、和活性成分B。其中,所述活性成分A为丙炔氟草胺,所述活性成分B为吡草醚。所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为1:100~200:1。所述除草组合物可用于冬小麦的封闭除草及早期茎叶除草。通过活性成分的配合作用,提高阔叶杂草的防除效率,扩大杀草谱,并减少用药剂量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种除草组合物,特别涉及一种活性成分包括丙炔氟草胺和吡草醚的除草组合物,及其在防除杂草中的应用。
背景技术
丙炔氟草胺(flumioxazin,N-(7-氟-3,4-二氢-3-氧-(2-丙炔基)-2H-1,4-苯并噁嗪-6-基)环己-1-烯-1,2-二羧酰亚胺),分子式为:C19H15FN2O4;分子量:354.33;结构式为:
丙炔氟草胺为原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂,是触杀型选择性除草剂,防除大豆、棉花、葡萄和其他许多作物田的阔叶杂草和部分禾本科杂草。
吡草醚(Pyraflufen-ethyl,2-氯-5-(4-氯-5-二氟甲氧基-1-甲基-1H-吡唑-3-基)-4-氟苯氧基乙酸乙酯),分子式为:C15H13Cl2F3N2O4,分子量:413.2;结构式为:
吡草醚为原卟啉原氧化酶抑制剂,是一种触杀型除草剂,主要用于麦田防除各种阔叶杂草,对禾谷类作物选择性高。
但是,丙炔氟草胺、吡草醚单独使用时杀草谱有限,并且单剂长期使用会容易导致抗药性,用量变大,防效变低,从而使用药成本增加,环境影响增大。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种除草组合物,通过包括丙炔氟草胺和吡草醚的活性成分,实现各活性成分的杀草谱互补,扩大防除范围,从而提高防除效率,减少用药剂量。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种除草组合物,包括活性成分A和活性成分B,其中,所述活性成分A为丙炔氟草胺,所述活性成分B为吡草醚,且所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为1:100~200:1。
其中,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,活性成分的重量百分比总和为5~60%。
优选地,所述除草组合物的有效用量为5~450g(a.i.)/ha。
基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:丙炔氟草胺4~35%,吡草醚1~15%,表面活性物质2~35%。
根据一个实施方式,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:丙炔氟草胺4~35%,吡草醚1~15%,表面活性物质2~35%,填料5~70%。
根据另一个实施方式,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:丙炔氟草胺0.1~10%,吡草醚5~20%,表面活性物质2~25%,增稠剂1~5%,溶剂5~40%。
优选地,所述除草组合物的剂型选自可分散油悬浮剂、水悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、微乳剂、水乳剂。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供上述除草组合物用于防除杂草的应用。
优选地,所述除草组合物用于防除小麦田中的阔叶杂草。
根据本发明的除草组合物因为组分中含有丙炔氟草胺和吡草醚的特定比例的组合,利用活性成分的相互作用,实现杀草谱的互补,更进一步提高了上述复配除草组合物对小麦田中阔叶杂草的选择性。
因此,根据本发明的除草组合物与单独使用的丙炔氟草胺和吡草醚相比,防效提高。具体地,根据本发明的除草组合物尤其适用于冬小麦田的封闭除草和早期茎叶除草。
具体实施方式
根据本发明的除草组合物包括活性成分A和活性成分B,其中活性成分A为丙炔氟草胺,活性成分B为吡草醚。活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比可为1:100~200:1,优选1:50~100:1,更优选1:25~50:1,例如1:5~25:1。
根据需要,上述除草组合物还可添加其它除草剂,前提是该其它除草剂与丙炔氟草胺和吡草醚不产生拮抗作用。该其它除草剂例如可选自灭草松、胺唑草酮、氟氯吡啶酯、氯氟吡啶酯、三唑磺草酮、苯唑氟草酮、麦草畏、2甲4氯、2,4-D、扑草净、莠灭净、砜嘧磺隆、氟吡磺隆、三氟羧草醚、喹禾灵、氟吡甲禾灵、炔草酯中的一种或多种。
基于除草组合物的总重量,活性成分的百分比为5~60%,优选10~50%,更优选15~35%,例如20%。
所述除草组合物的有效用量为5~450g(a.i.)/ha,优选15~300g(a.i.)/ha,30~200g(a.i.)/ha,更优选50~150g(a.i.)/ha,例如60g(a.i.)/ha,或100g(a.i.)/ha。
根据一个具体实施方式,上述除草组合物还包括表面活性物质。该表面活性物质可以是阴离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂中的一种或多种,例如可为选自烷基萘磺酸盐、苯酚萘磺酸盐、牛磺酸烷基酯、烷基磺酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、脂肪醇硫酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇单脂肪酸甘油酯、PO-EO嵌段聚醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、乙氧基化异辛基酚、聚羧酸盐、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、蛋白质、多糖、十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和月桂醇硫酸钠中的一种或多种。
具体地,基于除草组合物的总重量,上述除草组合物可包括:丙炔氟草胺4~35(优选10~25%,例如15%),吡草醚1~15%(优选5~12%,更优选10%),表面活性物质2~35%(优选5~30%,更优选5~20%,例如15%)。
表面活性物质优选重量比为5:1~1:5(例如3:1~1:3)的阴离子表面活性剂和两性离子表面活性剂的组合,或阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的组合。
上述烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚例如为十二烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
优选地,基于除草组合物的总重量,上述除草组合物包括丙炔氟草胺4~35%,吡草醚1~15%,表面活性物质2~35%,崩解剂1~10%,填料5~70%。
可选地,基于除草组合物的总重量,上述除草组合物包括丙炔氟草胺4~35%,吡草醚1~15%,表面活性物质2~35%,增稠剂1~5%,溶剂5~40%。
根据又一个具体实施方式,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:丙炔氟草胺4~35%,吡草醚1~15%,表面活性物质2~35%,崩解剂1~5%,填料余量。
根据又一个具体实施方式,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:丙炔氟草胺4~35%,吡草醚1~15%,表面活性物质2~35%,粘结剂1~3%,填料余量。
上述崩解剂例如可为膨润土、硫酸铵、氯化铝中的一种或多种。
上述填料例如可为硅藻土、高岭土、轻质碳酸钙、白炭黑中的一种或多种。
上述增稠剂可选自羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。
优选地,上述溶剂可选自水、乙醇、甲醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜、环己酮、甲苯、二甲苯、油性基质。
上述油性基质可选自油酸甲酯、植物油。
进一步地,上述除草组合物还可包括乳化剂、防冻剂、分散剂、粘结剂、稳定剂、安全剂、增效剂中的一种或多种辅助剂。
所述除草组合物的剂型选自可分散油悬浮剂、水悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂和颗粒剂。
根据本发明的除草组合物通过丙炔氟草胺和吡草醚的复配,可用于小麦、水稻、甘蔗、大豆、花生、大蒜、洋葱、棉花、玉米等作物田的阔叶杂草的防除,特别用于冬小麦田的封闭除草和早期茎叶除草。本发明的除草组合物针对一年生的阔叶杂草,在低的剂量下对阔叶杂草具有良好的选择性防除效果。
以下将列举具体实施例以代表性说明本发明的实施方案。
本发明组合物以丙炔氟草胺为活性成分(A),吡草醚为活性成分(B),对阔叶杂草的防除具有明显的增效作用。
(一)室内毒力测定试验
测定方法:
将催好芽的繁缕、大巢菜的干种子均匀点播于装有营养土的黑色塑料营养杯(直径20cm)内,每杯30粒,覆土,浸水使土壤完全湿润,置于温室中培养。待杂草长至5~6叶龄时,定株10株/杯,备用。
药剂先采用丙酮完全溶解,配置成母液,根据试验设计剂量要求逐级稀释到所需要的浓度。
茎叶喷雾处理。使用生测喷雾塔进行茎叶喷雾法处理用药,兑水量100ml/m2,雾滴直径100μm,喷头流量90mL·min-1,并设清水对照。
用Gowing法评价2种除草剂的联合作用类型,混用除草剂的实际防效的计算公式如下:
式中:X为用量为P时除草剂A的杂草防效;
Y为用量为Q时除草剂B的杂草防效;
E0为用量为(P+Q)时除草剂(A+B)的理论杂草防效;
E为用量为(P+Q)时除草剂(A+B)的实际杂草防效;
E-E0>10%为增效作用;E-E0<-10%为拮抗作用;E-E0值介于±10%之间为加成作用。
测量地上部分鲜重,分别统计鲜重防效:

由以上表1和表2的数据可看出,丙炔氟草胺和吡草醚复配后对繁缕和大巢菜的鲜重防效大于各个单剂的鲜重防效,且在一系列配比下的-10%<E-E0<10%,由此丙炔氟草胺和吡草醚复配后具有相加作用。
(二)田间除草药效试验
实施例
实施例1 6%(丙炔氟草胺5%+吡草醚1%)微乳剂
将丙炔氟草胺5%和吡草醚1%加入到二甲苯3%中,搅拌至溶解,然后加入EO-PO嵌段聚醚25%和木质素磺酸钠5%,搅拌均匀,再添加水61%,在均化器中乳化分散均匀,得到6%丙炔氟草胺-吡草醚微乳剂。
实施例2 26%(丙炔氟草胺25%+吡草醚1%)水乳剂
将月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚21%和十二烷基苯磺酸钠7%加入到去离子水15%中混合得到均匀水相。然后向该水相中加入丙炔氟草胺25%和吡草醚1%,搅拌均匀,再加入羟乙基纤维素1%和去离子水30%,在均化器中乳化分散均匀,得到26%丙炔氟草胺-吡草醚水乳剂。
实施例3 48%(丙炔氟草胺45%+吡草醚3%)油悬浮剂
将十二烷基硫酸钠15%、聚氧乙烯辛基苯基醚3%、甲基纤维素2%,高速剪切搅拌均匀,再加入丙炔氟草胺45%和吡草醚3%,以及二甲苯32%,球磨至微粒直径约5微米,制得48%丙炔氟草胺-吡草醚油悬浮剂。
对比例1 25%丙炔氟草胺微乳剂
以与实施例2相同的方法制备水乳剂,不同在于活性成分不包含吡草醚,仅为25%丙炔氟草胺。
对比例2 1%吡草醚水乳剂
以与实施例2相同的方法制备水乳剂,不同在于活性成分不包含丙炔氟草胺,仅为1%吡草醚。
对比例3 26%吡草醚水乳剂
以与实施例2相同的方法制备水乳剂,不同在于活性成分不包含丙炔氟草胺,仅为26%吡草醚。
对比例4 26%(丙炔氟草胺25%+氟氯吡啶酯1%)水乳剂
以与实施例2相同的方法制备水乳剂,不同在于活性成分吡草醚被替换为氟氯吡啶酯。
田间试验方法:按照试验区的面积,准确称量根据上述实施例和对比例的各种药剂,以预定的有效用量以适合喷雾的形式进行稀释,均匀喷雾。选用在杂草5~6叶期喷药。喷头选用除草专用的扇形喷头,选择晴天无风的下午进行喷雾。喷雾时将药液均匀喷施到试验小区中,做到不重喷、漏喷。
试验结束后,分别在药后20天观察杂草死亡情况,并分别从每个试验区随机取1平米进行杂草死亡率调查,分别计算出防效。
表3田间药效试验
如表3所示试验结果表明,本发明将丙炔氟草胺与吡草醚复配后,药后20天的防效与各自的单剂相比,对杂草特别是繁缕、大巢菜等阔叶杂草的防除效果均有明显的提高,扩大了防治草谱,且复配制剂的防效均好于对比例各制剂的防效。
Claims (9)
1.一种除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物包括活性成分A和活性成分B,其中,所述活性成分A为丙炔氟草胺,所述活性成分B为吡草醚,且所述活性成分A和活性成分B的重量比为1:100~200:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其中,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,活性成分的重量百分比总和为5~60%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的除草组合物,其中,所述除草组合物的有效用量为5~450g(a.i.)/ha。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的除草组合物,其中,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:丙炔氟草胺4~35%,吡草醚1~15%,表面活性物质2~35%。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的除草组合物,其中,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:丙炔氟草胺4~35%,吡草醚1~15%,表面活性物质2~35%,填料5~70%。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的除草组合物,其中,基于所述除草组合物的总重量,所述除草组合物包括:丙炔氟草胺4~35%,吡草醚1~15%,表面活性物质2~35%,增稠剂1~5%,溶剂5~40%。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的除草组合物,其中,所述除草组合物的剂型选自可分散油悬浮剂、水悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、微乳剂、水乳剂。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的除草组合物用于防除杂草的应用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的应用,其中,所述除草组合物用于防除小麦田中的阔叶杂草。
