Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于通过吸入作用来提供药量之吸入器的致动器,并涉及一种包括所述致动器的吸入器。
一段时间以来,致动器被用于从气雾剂罐中输送计量的药物剂量。这些致动器包括一个整体的模制件,并通常被染上颜色,以便识别要被提供的药物。在仅仅使用-罐之后,致动器便被丢弃。这是必要的,因为要被提供的一些药物经过一段时间将沉积在启动器的喷嘴装置和出口部件中。
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有两部分之结构的致动器,该两部分由不同的材质构成,并被这样构造,使得不被变形或破坏时所述两部分便不能分离。这种两部分的结构防止了致动器被重新使用,从而确保在使用一罐之后必须把致动器丢弃,并另外,通过提供第一部分作为一系列致动器的通用部分,并由不同成分的材料以选择的任何形状构成第二部分来实现该列致动器的制造。一般地说,按照要被提供的药物,第二部分可以涂上颜色,或者具有特定的表面光洁度或装饰。此外,第二部分可以被制成特定的形状,例如被制成能够吸引儿童的动物。这种两部分的结构的另一个优点是可以制备包括关于第一部分之通用数据的管理文件。
US5520166披露了一种用于气雾剂提供装置的盒。所述盒包括作为分开部件的出口部件和在其一端安装该出口部件的壳体,但是,其旨是被设置在另一个装置内,其中没有关于用不同成分的材料制成盒之部件的要求和建议。
因而,本发明提供一种用于通过吸入作用提供药物之吸入器的致动器,包括:一主体,其包括一管状部件,用于接纳一含有药物的并具有从其上延伸的阀杆的罐;以及一出口装置,其作为一和主体分开制成的部件,其包括一用于引导药物进入使用者口中的出口部件,和一用于接纳罐的阀杆并从罐中向出口部件提供药物的喷嘴装置;其中至少主体和出口装置中一个的至少一部分被这样构成,使得当使出口装置和主体分离时,便发生变形或损坏,从而避免致动器被重新使用,其特征在于,主体和出口装置由具有不同成分的材料制成,并且第二部分被涂上颜色,或者具有用于指示容纳在罐中的药物的表面装饰。

在一优选实施例中,在出口装置和喷嘴装置之间的连接包括至少一个用于连接出口装置的下部和喷嘴装置之下部的部件和至少一个用于连接出口装置的上部和喷嘴装置之上部的部件,所述至少一个用于连接出口装置的下部和喷嘴装置之下部的部件被这样构成,使得其在和主体分离时被损坏。
最好是,主体和出口装置被这样构成,使得它们被快速咬合在一起。
在一个实施例中,主体和出口装置由完全不同的材料构成。
在另一个优选实施例中,主体和出口装置由相同的基体材料构成,但是包括不同的添加剂例如颜料。

本发明还延伸到包括上述致动器和一含有药物之罐的吸入器。

所述吸入器包括致动器,其包括主体2,一被装配在主体2之下部的出口部件4和一帽件6,以及一其中装有药物的气雾剂罐7。
主体2包括一管状部件8,在其上端具有一开口10,在所述开口内设置一准备使用的并具有一从其中延伸的阀杆11的罐7,以及一底脚12,所述底脚具有一个底面,所述底面包括一槽12a,在本实施例中呈凹面的形状,用于接纳用户的拇指。在另一个实施例中,底脚12可以具有基本上平的底面。底脚12用于使致动器不用支援便能竖立在一个平面上,使得致动器不被使用时,可以在直立状态下存放。当其中装有罐7时,这特别有利,因为罐7在理想情况下应当通过阀杆11向下地被存放。管状部件8的下端被封闭,并且包括一个横向开口14,在本实施例中,呈椭圆形,在横向开口中设置有出口装置4。
主体2还包括一对相对的凸起16,其从管状部件8之和横向开口14相邻的内表面向内延伸。凸起16位于横向开口14的侧边,并从横向开口向后间隔配置。
出口装置4包括一管状部分18,其主要部分限定了一个由用户的嘴唇夹住的出口件,一喷嘴装置20和其相连。
管状部分18包括一径向向外的圆周法兰22。当出口装置4被完全插入主体2中时,法兰22和横向开口14靠接,使得管状部分18的主要部分向着主体2的外部延伸。
出口装置4还包括第一和第二臂件24、26,它们从管状部分18的各个侧部向后延伸。每个第一和第二臂24、26包括一抓持部件28,30,当出口装置4被完全插入主体2中时,所述抓持部件适合于和管状部件8的内表面上的对应一个凸起16接合。在第一和第二臂24、26上的每个抓持部件28,30包括第一表面28a,30a,其具有一个指向后方的部分,并作为一导向表面,以及第二表面28b,30b,其基本上和出口装置4的纵轴垂直,并作为一锁定表面。
出口装置4还包括第三臂件34,其从管状部分18的顶部向后延伸。第三臂34包括一呈向外凸起的形式的抓持部件35,其在出口装置4被完全插入主体2中时,在管状部件8的限定横向开口14的部分之后方接合。在第三臂34上的抓持部件35如同在第一和第二臂24、26上的抓持部件28、30一样,包括作为导向面的并具有向后的部分的第一表面35a,和基本上与出口装置4的纵轴垂直的并作为锁定表面的第二表面35b。
喷嘴装置20通过第一和第二对连接部件36、38和管状部分18相连。第一对连接部件36在喷嘴装置20的下部与管状部分18的下部之间延伸。如下所述,在本实施例中,下连接部件36被这样构成,使得在出口装置4从主体2撤出时其(36)被损坏,或被永久地变形。第二对连接部件38在喷嘴装置20的上部与管状部分18的上部之间延伸。喷嘴装置20包括一管状孔40,其在出口装置4被完全插入主体2中时,沿着管状部件8的纵轴延伸。管状孔40在上端敞开,并在下端包括一横向喷口42。喷口42被这样构成,使得把喷雾引入管状部分18。在本实施例中,管状孔40的形状适合于接纳罐7的阀杆11。
出口装置4还包括一第四臂件44,其从喷嘴装置20向前及向下方延伸。第四臂44的末端包括一抓持部件46,其在出口装置4被完全插入主体2中时,接合在管状部件8的限定横向开口14的部分之后方。在第四臂44上的抓持部件46包括一表面46a,其基本上和出口装置4的纵轴垂直,并作为锁定表面。
在制造中,出口装置4和主体2可按照要求,根据致动器的颜色、形状等被选择。然后,把出口装置4插入主体2的横向开口14中,直到出口装置4的第一和第二臂24、26上的抓持部件28,30和主体2之管状部件8内侧面上的各个凸起16相接合,并且出口装置4的第三臂、第四臂34、44上的抓持部件34、46接合在管状部件8的限定横向开口14的各个部分的后方为止。然后,把罐7通过上开口10被装在主体2的管状部件8中,使得罐7的阀杆11位于喷嘴装置20的管状孔20中。此时吸入器便可使用。
通过提供抓持部件,使得出口装置4被保持在主体2中,并使得出口装置4不能不被破坏地从主体2上拆下。如上所述,出口装置4被这样构成,使得如果出口装置4从主体2上被拔出时其(4)被破坏或永久变形,借以回收出口装置4,但致动器便不能使用了。在本实施例中,这是通过这样构造所述用于连接管状部分18和出口装置4之喷嘴装置20的下连接部件36,使得所述下连接部件在出口装置4被从主体2撤回时被破坏或被永久变形来实现的。
最后,本领域的技术人员应当理解,本发明不限于上述的实施例,在所附权利要求的构思内,可以作出各种改变和改型。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于通过吸入作用提供药物的吸入器之致动器,包括:一主体(2),其包括一管状部件(8),用于接纳含有药物的并具有从其上延伸的阀杆(11)的罐(7);以及出口装置(4),其作为和主体(2)分开制成的部件,其包括一用于引导药物进入使用者口中的出口部件,和一用于接纳罐的阀杆(11)并从罐(7)中向出口装置提供药物的喷嘴装置(20);
其中至少主体(2)和出口装置(4)中一个的至少一部分被这样构成,使得当使出口装置(4)和主体(2)分离时,便发生变形或破坏,从而避免致动器被重新使用,其特征在于,主体(2)和出口装置(4)由具有不同成分的材料制成,并且第二部分被涂上颜色,或者具有用于指示容纳在罐(7)中的药物的表面装饰。
2.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,管状部件(8)的一端具有一个横向的开口(14),用于以横交于其长度的角度接纳出口装置(4)。
3.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,管状部件(8)的一端具有一个开口(10),通过所述开口装入要使用的罐(7)。
4.如权利要求1所述的致动器,其特征在于,主体(2)在管状部件(8)的一端具有一个底脚(12),其被这样构成,使得当把罐(7)装在其中时,致动器不用垂直延伸的管状部件(8)支撑就可以竖立。

11.如权利要求4-7中任何一个所述的致动器,其特征在于,底脚(12)包括呼吸致动机构和柔量监视器中之一或两者。
12.如权利要求1-7中任何一个所述的致动器,其特征在于,出口装置(4)被制成一个整体的模制件。
13.如权利要求1-7中任何一个所述的致动器,其特征在于,喷嘴装置(20)包括一个钻孔(40),其具有一个用于接纳罐(7)的阀杆(11)的开口和一被构造成用于把喷雾引入出口装置的喷雾孔(42)。
14.如权利要求1-7中任何一个所述的致动器,其特征在于,出口装置(4)被构造成在和主体(2)分离时被变形或被破碎。
15.如权利要求14所述的致动器,其特征在于,在出口装置和喷嘴装置(20)之间的连接被构造成至少一部分连接在使出口装置(4)和主体(2)分离时被损坏。
16.如权利要求15所述的致动器,其特征在于,在出口装置和喷嘴装置(20)之间的连接包括至少一个用于连接出口装置的下部和喷嘴装置(20)的下部的部件(36)和至少一个用于连接出口装置的上部和喷嘴装置(20)的上部的部件(38),所述至少一个用于连接出口装置的下部和喷嘴装置(20)的下部的部件(36)被这样构成,使得其在出口装置(4)和主体(2)分离时被损坏。
