包装方法的描述
为了使由颗粒造成的污染最小化并且为了保持医疗塞子50的可能的无菌性,下面描述的各个步骤优选地在受控环境中进行。
将第一托盘20’,即堆叠的下托盘20’布置在容器10的底部10a上。然后或预先将医疗塞子50放置在第一托盘20’的接收空间21中。医疗塞子50被布置成使得帽51与托盘的上表面20a一起限定封闭隔室53,以便单独地隔离插塞52并且保护所述插塞免受可能在包装系统100内产生的任何颗粒污染。医疗塞子50被布置成使得侧壁51b的自由端与接收空间21的底部接触。
然后,将第二托盘20布置在容器10中,第二托盘的下表面20b搁置在被布置在第一托盘的接收空间21中的医疗塞子50的帽51的头部51a上。在该操作之前或之后,将医疗塞子50放置在第二托盘20的每个接收空间21中。这重复与要被放置在容器10中的托盘20一样多的次数。

在下一步骤中,将开口已被多孔盖40封闭的容器10放置在至少一个气密袋中(出于安全原因,优选两个袋),并且在将该袋气密密封之前在该袋中进行抽真空。整个组件的抽真空使得可以通过将多孔盖40压靠在上板的塞子50上来竖直地阻挡组件100的各个部件。抽真空还使得可以将塞子50压靠在它们被放置在其上的托盘的上表面20a上,以便形成每个插塞52被单独地布置在其中的气密隔室53。抽真空还使得可以通过使容器10的外周壁10b变形以便将所述外周壁压靠在托盘20的边缘上而水平地阻挡组件100的各个部件。因此抽真空使得可以通过阻挡所述元件的竖直和水平移动而限制组件100的各个元件之间的摩擦并且因此限制由摩擦造成的颗粒的产生。
打开包装系统
为了打开包装系统并获取包装在其中的医疗塞子50,首先从袋中取出包含托盘20的堆叠的容器10。然后移除盖40以露出医疗塞子50。然后可以手动和/或通过机器自动地单独或一排接一排地拾取医疗塞子50。一旦位于堆叠的顶部处的托盘已清空其医疗塞子50,就还移除所述托盘以露出位于下方的托盘的医疗塞子。重复这些操作,直到存储在容器10中的所有医疗塞子50都已经被移除。
当然,本发明不限于所描述的实施方式,并且可以在不背离由权利要求限定的本发明的范围的情况下添加变型。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于医疗塞子(50)的包装系统(100),所述医疗塞子由安装在插塞(52)上的帽(51)形成,所述包装系统(100)包括:
-容器(10),所述容器具有开口、底部(10a)和外周壁(10b);
-至少一个托盘(20),所述至少一个托盘中的每一个托盘都具有多个空腔(21),每个空腔接收医疗塞子(50),所述医疗塞子被布置成使得所述帽(51)与所述托盘(20)的上表面(20a)一起限定用于单独地隔离所述插塞(52)的封闭隔室(53),所述托盘(20)被放置在所述容器(10)中;以及
-多孔盖,所述多孔盖被密封在所述容器(10)的所述外周壁(10b)的上边缘上以便封闭所述容器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装系统(100),其中,所述容器(10)在真空下被放置在至少一个密封袋中。
3.一种包装由安装在插塞(52)上的帽(51)形成的塞子(50)的方法,所述方法的特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-提供具有开口、底部(10a)和外周壁(10b)的容器(10);
-将具有多个空腔(21)的托盘(20)布置在所述容器(10)的所述底部处;
-将至少一个塞子(50)布置在空腔(21)中,使得所述帽(51)与所述托盘(20)的上表面(20a)一起限定封闭隔室,所述插塞(52)被隔离在所述封闭隔室中;
-将多孔盖(40)密封在所述容器(10)的所述外周壁(10b)的上边缘上;
-将所述容器(10)放置在至少一个密封袋中,并且抽空所述袋。
4.根据权利要求3所述的包装方法,其中,所述多孔盖(40)通过被焊接到所述容器(10)的所述外周壁的所述上边缘上而被刚性地连接到所述容器(10)。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的包装方法,所述包装方法包括以下步骤:
-布置附加托盘以在所述容器(10)中形成托盘(20)的堆叠,所述附加托盘抵接被布置在下方托盘(20)的所述空腔(21)中的所述塞子(50)的所述帽(51);
-将至少一个塞子(50)布置在所述附加托盘的空腔(21)中,使得所述帽(51)与所述托盘(20)的上表面(20a)一起限定封闭隔室,所述插塞(52)被隔离在所述封闭隔室中。
