Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包含纤维素纤维的水刺(hydroentangled)纤维素产品、制备其的方法及其用途。
背景技术
通过所谓的“熔体喷射”方法从不同的合成聚合物来制造非织造织物是已知的。
此外,已知的是通过熔体喷射方法使用纤维素的N-甲基-吗啉-N-氧化物(“NMMO”)溶液和其它物质来制造非织造织物,例如WO98/26122,WO99/47733,WO98/07911,US6197230,WO99/64649,WO05/106085和EP1358369。这样的产品通常还在DE10140772A1和WO2007/000319A1中提及。
公开于上述参考文献中的熔体喷射方法特征在于纤维素的NMMO溶液的挤出线通过气流通常在与纤丝的路径平行的方向上流动来拾取。通过孔喷出的纤维素溶液形成液体线或者潜在的纤丝,其通过气流进行拉伸(或者显著的直径降低和长度增加,并且可以被分裂为几个次级纤丝)。
然后,在例如转鼓中收集所述纤丝,在此形成织物。
这种方法在下面被称为“Lyocell熔体喷射方法”。通过Lyocell熔体喷射方法所制造的非织造熔体喷射织物在下面被称为“Lyocell熔体喷射织物”。出于本发明的目的,术语“Lyocell熔体喷射方法”包含通过其来获得无端纤丝的方法(这样的方法在文献中也被称作“纺粘方法”)、通过其来获得不连续长度的纤维的方法以及通过其来获得无端纤丝和不连续长度纤维的混合物的方法。
与之相比,WO06/035458公开了一种制造所谓的“纺粘法(spunlaid)非织造”的方法,即所挤出的纤丝不通过气流拉伸,而是通过沉降流体的流动来拉伸。
现今多种结合非织造织物的手段是已知的。这些手段(取决于所使用的非织造织物的性质)包括化学结合、热结合、针式结合和经由水刺法的结合。
现在已经发现通过将Lyocell熔体喷射方法和水刺法步骤相结合,可以产生具有用于多种最终用途的优异性能的结合织物,其具有另外的多种协同效应的优点,如下所示。
发明内容
因此,本发明一方面涉及一种制造包含纤维素纤维的水刺产品的方法,其包括下面的步骤:
(a)将一种包含溶解在水性叔胺氧化物中的纤维素的溶液通过喷丝头挤出到空隙中,由此形成纤丝,
(b)依靠气流拉伸所述的纤丝,
(c)收集和沉淀所述的纤丝,目的是形成织物,
(d)依靠水刺法来结合所述的织物,
(e)将所述的纤丝在空隙中与一种介质相接触,其至少部分的凝结该纤丝。
具体实施方式
本发明的方法由此特征在于将产生Lyocell熔体喷射织物和接下来的依靠水刺法结合所述的织物的步骤相组合。由此,从熔体喷射方法所形成的稳定的轻质的织物可以进一步以一种特别方便的方式加工成为结合的织物。
步骤(e)通过在空隙中用部分凝结介质来处理纤丝而精制步骤(b)的加工。用蒸汽雾来处理空隙中的纤丝是例如从WO99/64649中已知的。
经由步骤(e),在形成织物之前纤丝至少部分的沉淀。已经发现与更“类似纸”性能的产品(其通过仅仅在形成织物之后凝结该织物来形成)相比,这种措施赋予了因此而形成的织物更加柔软的和类似纺织品的性能。
此外,据信通过在形成织物之前至少部分的沉淀纤丝,在该织物中的纤丝不会如同在沉淀纤丝之前所形成的织物(来自在NMMO中的纤维素涂布漆的非沉淀纺丝相当粘)一样程度粘接在一起。这便于和增强了步骤(d)水刺法的效果。这是因为要使水刺步骤有效工作,单根纤丝应当在织物中自由移动,即,它们不应当交迭熔合。
在步骤(e)中所用的介质可以优选是蒸汽雾,优选水雾。
在一种优选的实施方案中,根据本发明方法的步骤(d)是在不干织物上进行的。“不干织物”被理解为一种织物,其在通过收集和沉淀纤丝而形成之后,还没有被干燥。
这种实施方案带给其多种协同效应。在以前的方法中,首先产生织物,其(如果通过湿路线而产生)必须进行干燥并以干燥状态被提供到外部水刺法装置中。
通过将熔体喷射方法和水刺法步骤相结合,而没有产品的预干燥,可以节约能量(其以前需要用来干燥初始的织物)和水(其以前需要用来再润湿产品)二者。
此外,如同已知的那样,在Lyocell方法中残留的溶剂必须通过水性清洗液体来洗出。使用大部分的水来作为处理液体的水刺法步骤因此可以充当除了任何以前的清洗步骤之外的另外的有效的清洗步骤,由此降低了需要清洗织物的另外的清洗量。
在不干织物上进行水刺法步骤的优选的实施方案在下面被称为“在线结合”。
根据本发明的方法可以进一步包括步骤:
(f)通过选自对织物进行压花、穿孔和标记的处理来处理所述的织物。
压花的,穿孔的或者另外的标记织物(例如通过施用着色图案等)的含义是本领域技术人员已知的那样。在结合的织物上进行步骤(f)是可能的,该结合的织物已经预先进行了结合。
在一种优选的实施方案中,步骤(f)是与步骤(d)一起进行的。例如,可以通过改变在水刺法步骤中的水压(例如通过周期性的变化或者通过在沿着织物标记效果和不同密度的织物的不同部分的高压的变化)产生压花的印痕来实现。
根据本发明方法的另外的实施方案包括步骤
(g)将另外的材料混合到包含溶解在水性叔胺氧化物中的纤维素的溶液、其前体和/或所述的织物中。
“前体”表示Lyocell方法的任何起始的或中间的产物,例如诸如用于制造溶液的纤维素浆、NMMO溶剂、用作制造溶液之前的中间产物的浆和NMMO溶剂的悬浮液等等。
所述的另外的材料可以优选选自纤维素材料,例如纤维素纤维和浆,例如绒毛浆;非纤维素聚合物,特别是非纤维素聚合物纤维,双组分纤维;改性物质,例如染料,抗菌产品,离子交换剂产品,活性炭,纳米粒子,洗剂,阻燃剂产品,超级吸收剂,浸渍剂,染料,整理剂,交联剂,接枝剂,粘合剂;和其混合物。
用“粘合剂”表示一种能够通过例如热固化来进一步结合织物的试剂。
本领域技术人员公知哪种上面提及的材料可以加入到Lyocell熔体喷射方法的哪个步骤中,以及以哪种方式加入。
特别的,步骤(g)可以在步骤(d)之前进行。因此,在结合步骤之前改性材料被加入到织物或者其前体中。在织物结合之后,与其中材料仅仅在织物结合之后加入的方法相比,该材料更紧密的混入到织物中。
所述的另外的材料还可以通过将所述的材料溶解或者分散在步骤(d)所用的水刺加工流体中而被混合到织物中。这意味着例如当经由水刺法进行结合的同时,可以将改性材料加入到水刺加工流体中并混入织物中。
根据本发明方法的另外的实施方案包括步骤
(h)将所述的织物附着到另外的材料层的一面或者两面上,该另外的材料层特别是纤维-、薄膜-或者网状-层。
通过这种实施方案可以产生复合材料,其由例如根据本发明所制造的纤维素织物的一个层和在该织物的一个或两个面上的一种或多种另外的层。“夹层”结构是可能的,在其中纤维素织物被嵌入到两个(任选是不同的)层(例如薄膜或者类似网状材料)之间。
所述的层可以基本上由选自下面的材料组成:纤维素材料,例如纤维素纤维和浆;非纤维素聚合物;和其混合物。
复合材料或者“夹层结构”产品的实例包括具有下面的材料的层的复合材料:合成聚合物,纤维素绒毛浆,纤维素或者合成聚合物纤维的非织造织物,双组分纤维,纤维素浆的织物,例如浆粕气流成网(airlaidpulp),高韧性纤维的织物或者织品,疏水材料,高性能纤维(例如防弹材料,耐温材料或者阻燃材料,赋予最终产品改变的机械性能的层(例如聚丙烯或聚酯层),可生物降解材料(例如聚乳酸的薄膜,纤维或者织物),和/或大体积材料(例如聚丙烯腈)。
此外,可以产生复合材料,这里一种例如合成聚合物材料的层被嵌入到两个或多个根据本发明所制造的纤维素织物的层之间。例如,可以制造一种具有强的,但是生理上不愉快的夹层结构构造,例如嵌入到两个纤维素织物层之间的疏水层。另外的实例是一种夹层结构产品,其包含带有一个或两个纤维素熔体喷射织物层的浆粕气流成网的层。
其它可选择结构包含复合材料例如用于尿布或者运动应用的,这里取决于该产品的需要,亲水的或疏水的层用于与皮肤接触。
在本发明一种实施方案中,步骤(h)(即附着一种或多种层到纤维素织物上)是在步骤(d)之前进行的。
特别的,可以产生一种熔体喷射Lyocell织物,将该织物与例如聚合物纤维材料的层相接触,然后通过步骤(d)水刺法步骤来加固该复合材料。
同样可能的是组合几个Lyocell熔体喷射织物的层。
为了产生不同的“夹层结构”构造,可以排布几种用于挤出纤维素NMMO溶液的挤出头,由此产生几种纤维素熔体喷射织物的层,并适当的排布另外层的源,例如薄膜、纤维或者网状层例如来以期望的次序与不同的层接触,最终获得具有期望的不同层复合的“夹层结构”产品。
这样的另外的层的另外的源最好是用于产生合成聚合物纤维材料的熔体喷射或者纺粘产品的挤出头。
例如,一种聚丙烯非织造织物的源可以以这样的方式与Lyocell熔体喷射织物的源相组合:即,该非织造聚丙烯织物被供给到不干Lyocell熔体喷射织物之上。该结合的织物然后可以进行水刺。
全部这些可以“在线”完成,即在Lyocell熔体喷射方法的框架中完成,并优选的选择经由步骤(d)的水刺法来增强“在线”所获得的复合材料。
如果非织造织物被用作另外的层,则这些织物可以是预结合的或者是还未结合的。如果这样的织物是还未结合的,则它可以依靠水刺法步骤(d)来结合。
此外,一种非织造废料可以与熔体喷射Lyocell织物相结合,例如作为另外的层相结合,或者通过使用包含纺入到所述织物中的非织造废料的条的织物相结合,如例如WO04/53216中所提出的那样。
使用双组分纤维也能够制造具有定义的加工方向(MD)与横向(CD)方向比例的产品,该双组分纤维分别被混入到纤维素织物中和/或作为附着到其上的一种或多种层的一部分,例如诸如从WO03/56088中已知的那样。
在纤维素纤维的织物上进行水刺法的方式是本领域技术人员已知的。
作为实例,Lyocell熔体喷射织物可以使用具有3个压力水头的水刺生产线来结合,第一个头运行在大约20bar,在上侧的第二个头运行在大约100bar,在下侧的第三个头运行在大约100bar。线速度可以是大约40m/min。如果水刺加工步骤是以完全连续的方法在不干Lyocell熔体喷射物上进行,则水刺生产线的生产速度可以根据织物的供给速度来调节。
在步骤(d)之后,结合的织物可以进一步清洗、干燥和收集来卷拢货物。
在另外一方面,本发明涉及一种包含纤维素纤维的水刺熔体喷射织物,其获自本发明的方法。
包含纤维素纤维,特别是Lyocell纤维的水刺熔体喷射织物迄今还未被提出。这样的织物具有优异的性能,这使得它们适于多种可能的最终用途。
典型的,根据本发明的水刺熔体喷射织物可以表现出10g/m2-250g/m2,优选30g/m2-150g/m2,特别优选50g/m2-120g/m2的重量。
根据本发明的织物可以以穿孔的、压花的和/或标记的状态而存在。
在本发明一种实施方案中,该织物基本上由纤维素组成。
在一种替代的实施方案中,根据本发明的织物包含选自下面的另外的材料:纤维素材料,例如纤维素纤维和浆;非纤维素聚合物,特别是非纤维素聚合物纤维,双组分纤维;改性物质,抗菌产品,离子交换剂产品,纳米粒子,洗剂,阻燃剂产品,吸收性改进添加剂,例如超吸收树脂,碳树脂例如活性炭,石墨,导电碳;X射线对比树脂,发光颜料,染料,用于提高化学和机械稳定性的树脂,整理剂,交联剂,接枝剂,结合剂;和其混合物。

Claims (21)
1.制造包含纤维素纤维的水刺产品的方法,其包括下面的步骤:
(a)将一种包含溶解在水性叔胺氧化物中的纤维素的溶液通过喷丝头挤出到空隙中,由此形成纤丝,
(b)依靠气流拉伸所述的纤丝,
(c)收集和沉淀所述的纤丝,以形成织物,
(d)依靠水刺法来结合所述的织物,
(e)将所述的纤丝在空隙中与一种介质相接触,该介质至少部分的凝结该纤丝;
其中步骤(d)在不干织物上进行。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所述的介质是蒸汽雾,优选是水雾。
3.根据任何一项前述权利要求的方法,其包括进一步的步骤:
(f)通过选自对织物进行压花、穿孔和标记的处理来处理所述的织物。
4.根据权利要求3的方法,其特征在于步骤(f)是在预先结合的织物上进行的。
5.根据权利要求3的方法,其特征在于步骤(f)是与步骤(d)一起进行的。
6.根据任何一项前述权利要求的方法,其包括进一步的步骤:
(g)将另外的材料混合到包含溶解在水性叔胺氧化物中的纤维素的溶液、其前体和/或所述的织物中。
7.根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于所述的另外的材料选自纤维素材料,例如纤维素纤维和浆;非纤维素聚合物,特别是非纤维素聚合物纤维、双组分纤维;改性物质,例如染料、抗菌产品、离子交换剂产品、活性炭、纳米粒子、洗剂、阻燃剂产品和超级吸收剂、浸渍剂、染料、整理剂、交联剂、接枝剂、粘合剂;和其混合物。
8.根据权利要求6或者7的方法,其特征在于步骤(g)是在步骤(d)之前进行的。
