本发明公开了一种变速箱拨叉,包括两端的拨叉支承轴,连接两端拨叉支承轴的弓形拨叉本体,弓形拨叉本体两端分别向下延伸出垂直于拨叉支承轴的下搭头,一对拨叉块端面相对地分别设置在弓形拨叉本体两端内侧,所述拨叉块为滚轮滚针轴承,所述滚轮滚针轴承与支承轴一端铰接,支承轴另一端穿过下搭头通过螺母固定在下搭头上。本发明结构简单、加工装配方便,滚轮滚针轴承和双联齿轮的环形槽的摩擦损耗很小,大大延长了双联齿轮的使用寿命。滚轮滚针轴承的外购成本低、精度好、硬度高,维修更换方便,使变速箱的可靠性得到明显提高。

Description

变速箱拨叉
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种变速箱的换档机构或离合机构,尤其是一种变速箱拨叉,属于机械传动技术领域。
背景技术
 拨叉是变速箱的关键零件,推动操作手柄时,与操作手柄一端相连的拨叉推动变速箱中的滑动齿轮轴向移动,脱开原有齿轮副的啮合系后与另一个齿轮啮合,建立新的齿轮副啮合关系,以获得所需的传动比;还可实现滑动齿轮与离合齿轮的接合或分离。现有的变速箱拨叉如图1所示,包括两端的拨叉支承轴1,连接两端拨叉支承轴1的弓形拨叉本体2,一对矩形拨叉块3端面相对地分别设置在弓形拨叉本体2的两端内侧。矩形拨叉块3与支承轴4内端铰接,支承轴4外端穿过弓形拨叉本体2一端的下搭头21铆接在下搭头21外侧上,矩形拨叉块3的内孔支承在支承轴4上。工作时,矩形拨叉块3可绕支承轴4中心转动。装配时,将拨叉的一对矩形拨叉块3分别嵌装在可轴向移动的双联齿轮中部环形槽的对称两侧内,矩形拨叉块3两侧面分别与双联齿轮环形槽两侧环面滑动接触,矩形拨叉块3推动双联齿轮轴向移动完成换挡或离合齿轮的接合/分离。由于拨叉操作频繁,长期使用后矩形拨叉块3两侧面和与双联齿轮的环形槽环面由于频繁的滑动摩擦产生较大的磨损,造成矩形拨叉块3两侧和双联齿轮环形槽因磨损过大而需更换,影响工作效率。为了确保矩形拨叉块3转动灵活和减小拨叉块3内孔的磨损,而拨叉块3内孔的表面粗糙度要求在0.8以上,需要对淬火后的拨叉块3进行两次铰孔、抛光,增大了拨叉块3的制造成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、拨叉块和双联齿轮均不易磨损、制造成本较低的变速箱拨叉。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种变速箱拨叉,包括两端的拨叉支承轴,连接两端拨叉支承轴的弓形拨叉本体,其中一拨叉支承轴延伸出与操作手柄连接的端头,所述弓形拨叉本体两端分别向下延伸出垂直于拨叉支承轴的下搭头,一对拨叉块端面相对地分别设置在弓形拨叉本体两端内侧,所述拨叉块通过支承轴支承在下搭头上;所述拨叉块为滚动轴承,所述滚动轴承与支承轴一端铰接,所述支承轴另一端穿过下搭头通过螺母固定在下搭头上。
    本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术措施来进一步实现。
前述的变速箱拨叉,其中所述的滚动轴承为无内圈滚轮滚针轴承。
本发明结构简单、加工装配方便,采用滚轮滚针轴承代替现有技术的矩形拨叉块,滚轮滚针轴承外圈与双联齿轮的环形槽环面滚动摩擦的线接触取代了现有技术的矩形拨叉块与环形槽滑动摩擦的面接触,大大减缓了双联齿轮的环形槽环面的摩擦损耗,延长了双联齿轮的使用寿命。滚轮滚针轴承采用多滚针的滚动支撑,转动灵活,滚轮滚针轴承与支承轴之间的滚动摩擦力远小于现有技术矩形拨叉块与支承轴之间的滑动摩擦力,由于轴承外圈的滚动,其与双联齿轮的环面的线接触位置不断变化,大大减小了双联齿轮环形槽和滚轮滚针轴承外圈表面的摩擦损耗。同时,滚轮滚针轴承包括支承轴均为外购的标准件,采购更换方便,其较高的制造精度、内孔和外圆的硬度远远超过现有技术的矩形拨叉块,且滚轮滚针轴承的外购成本明显低于自制的拨叉块,维修更换方便,使变速箱的可靠性得到明显提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图2所示,本发明包括两端的拨叉支承轴1,连接两端拨叉支承轴1的弓形拨叉本体2,其中一拨叉支承轴1延伸出与操作手柄连接的端头11,弓形拨叉本体2两端分别向下延伸出垂直于拨叉支承轴1的下搭头21,一对拨叉块端面相对地分别设置在弓形拨叉本体2两端内侧,拨叉块通过支承轴4支承在下搭头21上。拨叉块为无内圈滚轮滚针轴承3,径向尺寸小,满足与双联齿轮的环形槽配合的要求。支承轴4为无内圈滚轮滚针轴承3的配套件,呈阶梯轴结构。无内圈滚轮滚针轴承3支承在支承轴4一端上,无内圈滚轮滚针轴承3一侧通过支承轴4的盖帽41限位,另一侧通过位于无内圈滚轮滚针轴承3和弓形拨叉本体2之间的平挡圈31限位;支承轴4另一端穿过下搭头21,通过螺母5固定在下搭头21上。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

Claims (2)

1.一种变速箱拨叉,包括两端的拨叉支承轴,连接两端拨叉支承轴的弓形拨叉本体,其中一拨叉支承轴延伸出与操作手柄连接的端头,所述弓形拨叉本体两端分别向下延伸出垂直于拨叉支承轴的下搭头,一对拨叉块端面相对地分别设置在弓形拨叉本体两端内侧,所述拨叉块通过支承轴支承在下搭头上;其特征在于:所述拨叉块为滚动轴承,所述滚动轴承与支承轴一端铰接,所述支承轴另一端穿过下搭头通过螺母固定在下搭头上。
2.如权利要求1所述的变速箱拨叉,其特征在于:所述的滚动轴承为无内圈滚轮滚针轴承。
