背景技术
滑轮轴承为双列满滚子结构，能够承受一定轴向的瞬间载荷，广泛应用在重载低速运动的工业机械中。传统滑轮轴承的外圈为整体式，内圈由两个单独部分组成，每个内圈与外圈之间设有滚子，并在滚子两侧的内、外圈之间连接防尘用橡胶圈。其存在缺点是：长期使用后橡胶圈易磨损，耐高低温差，且磨损后易脱落，导致内部的润滑油脂被污染。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种封性能好、性能稳定可靠的滑轮轴承。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案为：一种滑轮轴承，包括内、外圈及滚子，所述内圈与滚子均为两组，外圈为整体式；其创新点在于：所述内、外圈的端面之间连接有平挡圈，所述平挡圈与外圈之间还嵌有钢丝挡圈；所述两内圈内侧均开有环形槽，所述环形槽上扣合有将两内圈固定连接的扣环。

如附图所示，本实用新型涉及一种滑轮轴承，其包括内圈1、外圈2、滚子3、平挡圈4、钢丝挡圈5、环形槽6、扣环7。
上述内圈1为两组，并列放置，其外套有整体成型的外圈2，在每组内圈1与外圈2之间均布满滚子3，并注有润滑油脂。所述外圈2两侧端面与内圈1之间连接有防尘用平挡圈4，且在平挡圈4与外圈2之间嵌有加固用钢丝挡圈5。两内圈1的内侧相邻处均开有环形槽6，所述环形槽6上扣合有将两内圈连接为一体的扣环7，使得结构更加稳定可靠。

1.一种滑轮轴承，包括内、外圈及滚子，所述内圈与滚子均为两组，外圈为整体式；其特征在于：所述内、外圈的端面之间连接有平挡圈，所述平挡圈与外圈之间还嵌有钢丝挡圈；所述两内圈内侧均开有环形槽，所述环形槽上扣合有将两内圈固定连接的扣环。
