Abstract
本发明涉及机械技术领域，具体地说是一种光亮装饰条和导槽密封条的专用卡件，包括含有加强筋、台阶筋、工艺定位筋的嵌件本体，含有定位销、固定销、子卡、母卡的弹性卡子。本发明同现有技术相比，采用专用卡件嵌入导槽密封条两端的接角内，并与光亮装饰件上的塑料卡扣配合，实现车身宽度方向的固定，从而避免光亮装饰条和导槽密封条装配出现离缝或变形的问题；导槽密封条接角内部的卡件能改善导槽密封条弹性体材料的本身强度，使导槽密封条与车门外覆盖板装配时实现紧配合，避免了导槽密封条被挤压变形的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域，具体地说是一种光亮装饰条和导槽密封条的专用卡件。
背景技术
随着汽车工业日新月异的发展，对车型外观的要求也是越来越高。车门外框边界的部件匹配精度的高低，将直接影响整车的品质。导槽密封条作为重要的外观件，其与光亮装饰件和车门外覆盖板的配合至关重要。目前，国内采用的光亮装饰件按材料可分为：塑料镀铬光亮装饰件、不锈钢光亮装饰件、铝合金光亮装饰件、贴膜光亮装饰件。考虑到成本和工艺等原因，被较为普遍采用的为不锈钢光亮装饰件和铝合金光亮装饰件两种。分析国内市场车型得知，德系车型及部份美系车型采用铝合金光亮装饰件，而另一部份的美系车型、日韩系车型、本土车型均采用不锈钢光亮装饰件。之所以不锈钢光亮装饰件被广泛使用，是因为不锈钢原材料价格便宜，机械加工简单等特点。
目前，不锈钢光亮装饰件产品按与导槽密封条的匹配类型又可分为卡接结构、一体挤出结构、胶粘结构。在这三种形式的缺陷如下：1）胶粘结构的工艺复杂、稳定性不强、成本较高而且对胶粘的专用设备存在依赖性；2）一体挤出结构的工艺复杂、报废率高、光亮装饰件外观面亮度受到影响；3）卡接结构虽然被采用度高、工艺简单，但由于导槽密封条是EPDM或TPV材料制成，具有一定的弹性性能，所以无论采用哪类的卡接方式，导槽密封条与光亮装饰件卡接装配后,再安装到在车身宽度方向具有一定弧度的车身上难免会出现弹性回弹、紧固匹配性不强的问题，特别是两个端部，更易出现离缝现象，影响外观，易脱落，性能失效。
导槽密封条和车门外覆盖板在装配过程中，车门外覆盖板无法定位，过盈装配局部易出现过干涉，从而导致导槽密封条弹性体变形或是装配不到位，车门外覆盖板边界外露，车门外覆盖板与导槽密封条产生离缝。
因此，设计一种能够避免光亮装饰条和导槽密封条装配出现离缝或变形的专用卡件是至关重要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种能够避免光亮装饰条和导槽密封条装配出现离缝或变形的专用卡件是至关重要的。
为了达到上述目的，本发明包括含有加强筋、台阶筋、工艺定位筋的嵌件本体，含有定位销、固定销、子卡、母卡的弹性卡子，其特征在于：嵌件本体的底部设有工艺定位筋，嵌件本体的顶部上侧设有加强筋，嵌件本体的顶部前侧设有台阶筋，弹性卡子设在嵌件本体的后侧上方，嵌件本体的左侧设有定位销，嵌件本体的右侧设有固定销，固定销的前、后两侧分别设有子卡和母卡。
所述的加强筋由两个导向筋组成。
本发明同现有技术相比，采用专用卡件嵌入导槽密封条两端的接角内，并与光亮装饰件上的塑料卡扣配合，实现车身宽度方向的固定，从而避免光亮装饰条和导槽密封条装配出现离缝或变形的问题；导槽密封条接角内部的卡件能改善导槽密封条弹性体材料的本身强度，使导槽密封条与车门外覆盖板装配时实现紧配合，避免了导槽密封条被挤压变形的问题。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
参见图1和图2，本发明包括含有加强筋、台阶筋、工艺定位筋的嵌件本体，含有定位销、固定销、子卡、母卡的弹性卡子。嵌件本体1的底部设有工艺定位筋2，嵌件本体1的顶部上侧设有加强筋3，加强筋3由两个导向筋组成，嵌件本体1的顶部前侧设有台阶筋4，弹性卡子5设在嵌件本体1的后侧上方，嵌件本体1的左侧设有定位销10，嵌件本体1的右侧设有固定销6，固定销6的一端是与嵌件本体1联接并模压在导槽密封条9的接角内部，固定销6的另一端插入导槽密封条9一般断面的孔内，固定销6的前、后两侧分别设有子卡7和母卡8。
本发明在工作时，嵌件本体1模压在导槽密封条9的接角内部，橡胶包覆于嵌件本体1表面，由于嵌件本体1具有大于橡胶的刚性，确保了在车门外覆盖板与导槽密封条9配合时不会导致导槽密封条9的变形，避免了离缝或导槽密封条9变形的问题；此外，嵌件本体1上设计有台阶筋4，胶料能更好的贯穿于嵌件本体1内部，使嵌件本体1在导槽密封条9的接角内部更稳固。为了使光亮装饰件与导槽密封条9装配精确定位，在弹性卡子5上设有定位销10，定位销10的作用就是在装配时，先将定位销10插入导槽密封条9接角的定位孔内，实现初定位，再将光亮装饰件与导槽密封条9通过卡扣组装在一起，光亮装饰件与固定销6通过装在光亮装饰件内部的母卡8与导槽密封条9接角上的子卡7装配而形成紧配合。在车门外覆盖板在装配时，首先将车门外覆盖板上端插入加强筋3，以车身高度方向上极限作为定位，再将车门外覆盖板通过螺钉固定。加强筋3由两个导向筋组成，为确保车门外覆盖板装配到位以及加强筋3起到加强定位的作用，两个导向筋之间的间隙根据车门外覆盖板的厚度和结构进行匹配设计。
Claims (2)
1.一种光亮装饰条和导槽密封条的专用卡件，包括含有加强筋、台阶筋、工艺定位筋的嵌件本体，含有定位销、固定销、子卡、母卡的弹性卡子，其特征在于：嵌件本体（1）的底部设有工艺定位筋（2），嵌件本体（1）的顶部上侧设有加强筋（3），嵌件本体（1）的顶部前侧设有台阶筋（4），弹性卡子（5）设在嵌件本体（1）的后侧上方，嵌件本体（1）的左侧设有定位销（10），嵌件本体（1）的右侧设有固定销（6），固定销（6）的前、后两侧分别设有子卡（7）和母卡（8）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光亮装饰条和导槽密封条的专用卡件，其特征在于：所述的加强筋（3）由两个导向筋组成。
