Abstract

本发明关于一种拉延空心铆钉的工具,特别是自钻孔带有膨径销的那一种。本工具被设计用于连接在手工具(1)的驱动轴(2)上,它包括带通孔(9)的嘴部(8),空心铆钉插入嘴部后当驱动轴(2)向一个方向旋转时会被带着转,当驱动轴(2)向相反方向旋转时,拉延装置(10、12)把铆钉的膨径销扯脱。

Description

本发明关于一种工具,用于拉延有膨径销的空心铆钉又能用来钻孔和拧螺钉。本发明也有关一种用于本发明工具的自钻孔空心铆钉。本发明的工具能用于铆传统的波普空心铆钉,但最好是使用于波普空心铆钉型的自钻孔空心铆钉,这铆钉连同它的膨径销一起插进工具中钻出铆钉孔,通过引出铆钉的膨径销,进行铆合,扯断膨径销并从连接膨径销的铆钉上拔出留下的销。所有这些工作可以被本发明的工具在一道工序中做好而不需要换工具。
当用所谓波普铆钉进行铆合时,首先要在工件上用钻机钻一个孔,然后换上工具进行铆合,如用手动夹钳或者液压或气压操作的铆机。这种工作很费时,因为钻孔操作首先是用机器完成的,然后换上铆合用的工具,用手动或者重型而复杂的铆合工具。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种小型轻便灵巧的工具,它能使用自钻孔铆钉,并能用这个同一工具进行铆合、扯断和抽出铆钉销。本发明的另一目的是做出该种工具,它可以使用钻头,所以这个工具能用来钻孔,此外还能拧螺钉。这些目的由本发明下面要提到的特征来实现的。
现在用附图中的图示例对本发明作详述。其中,

图1所示的工具被设计用于最好是电动拧螺钉机1上,该机可反转,以作左,右旋运作。然而,该机可以是由液压或气压操作的。在拧螺钉机1的驱动轴2上有一个内套3,它是拧在驱动轴2上的,最好是通过螺纹和驱动轴2连接在一起不能作相对转动,这可用锁紧螺钉4来达到。外套5将内套3围绕在其中间,外套5远离驱动轴的端部有一个前端套6可拆卸地装在外套上,并通过锁钉7不能转动地连接在外套5上。在端套6的前部拧有一个可更换的嘴部8,嘴部8有一个多边形截面的孔9,这在下面还要详述。端套6是空心的,这空腔最好是正方形截面。拉延件10伸入此空腔的部分是外形呈正方形构成滑动部分10a。拉延件10的另一端用外螺纹11连接着内套的内螺纹。在拉延件10和内套3上的螺纹是左旋螺纹,下面还要详细说明。拉延件10的前部形成退拔,支承着两个锥形拉延夹头12,两夹头12有一个供夹持铆钉销通过的通道。在两拉延夹头12里边是一个接收件13,它被置于拉延件的一个内空腔中, 该接收件支承在两拉延夹头12上,并有一根弹簧14使它顶紧在两夹头12上,弹簧14用压板15和螺母16连接在拉延件10的后部。
使用此工具时,将带有膨径销的铆钉通过嘴部8的孔9放入工具中,这样,铆钉的预成型的法兰就抵住嘴部8。铆钉最好带有钻头尖,但这不是必需的,以及有数条边的膨径销,以适合嘴部8的通道9,并由此伸入。如果铆钉是带有自钻孔尖的话,驱动轴2就置于右旋,整个工具就在此方向旋转。嘴部8也可以在外部形成凿槽刀尖以配合铆钉套颈圈部的十字槽,这种颈圈部如图9所示,以驱动铆钉套旋转。当钻出孔后并待进行铆合时,驱动轴2的旋转方向反转成左旋。由于拉延件10和内套3的螺纹11是左旋螺纹,拉延件10被拉进内套3中,并因为拉延件的滑动部分10a是正方形的,它伸入端套6的方孔中而防止拉延件的旋转。拉延件的退拔部分就夹住夹头12,使夹头12压靠铆钉销并把它向内拉,外套5也被拉向后直至它顶住机械工具的外壳1。外壳5就不会转动了。另外,拉延件10能被进一步移进内套3中直至铆钉被压缩和扯脱。此后,驱动轴2的旋转方向再度反转成右旋,操作者用手抓住外套5防止它旋转。拉延件10就再度移出,夹头12被接收件13压得分开而离开销。如果此时将此工具朝向下方,销的其余部分就要掉出来,就能开始新的铆合操作。
因此,本发明的工具具有简单的结构,使得制造费用非常便宜,此外,使用可靠。如果这个工具被用在需要左旋操作的机械工具上以进行拧螺钉或其它工作时,那么可以把外套5锁定在内套3上,这可以通过把锁紧螺钉4旋出几圈把这两个部分连在一起而不会相互旋转来实现。当然,这个工具也可以做成一个可配合自钻孔的空心铆钉的工具。
因此,在图2至图6中示出了使用于按照本发明的机械工具的空心铆钉,它包括一个带有颈圈部分22的铆钉套21。一个膨径销23穿过铆钉套21的中心孔,销上有位于颈圈部分外面的旋转翼24,用来转动膨径销 23。膨径销23的另一端从铆钉套21中伸出,带有一个放大的主体部分25,它的外径大约等于铆钉套21的套部分的外径。这放大的主体部分25和膨径销23的其余部分是一体的,但在主体部分25上有一个簿弱部分26,它直接位于放大的主体部分下面,当铆钉铆紧后,主体部分可由此从膨径销上分离开来。在放大的主体部分25上做出一个槽27,用来收容一个可拆卸的切削插件28。切削插件28有切削刃29和置于其下的凹缺30,这可由图2和图3中清楚地看到。主体部分25最好形成有一个夹入件31,伸进槽27中和切削插件28的凹缺30配合,把切削插件固定在主体部分上。从图5和图6可清楚看到,但也如示于图2中的虚线,槽27的底部可以是屋顶形的,而此时的切削插件28的底和它相配合以便进一步把切削插件固定在主体部分上。这个可换的切削插件28的宽度比主体部分25的直径和铆钉套21的套部分的直径大些。
切削插件28的材料和铆钉套及膨径销的材料不同,可以是占头钢的插件,或者是用粉末材料压成适当的形状。
图7至图10的空心铆钉也有一个可拆卸的切削插件28。然而,在此例中,销23并没有完全地通过铆钉套21,而铆钉套在此包围着膨径销的放大的主体部分25,膨径销在这里的直径比铆钉套的直径小。因此,这个铆钉是一种气密铆钉,可换的切削插件28在此处连接到这个铆钉套21的端部。切削插件的这个实施例和图2至图6中的实施例基本相同,虽然切削插件的底部有着不同的形状,由图7可清楚看到,在这里的槽27形成于铆钉套21的端部,和切削插件相符合地具有另外的形状。在这个例中膨径销23是不旋转的,用来提供钻孔的是这个铆钉套21,因此在铆钉套21的颈圈部分22形成十字形槽32,如图9所示,铆钉套21中可配置一个适当的旋转工具。
图11和图12中,示出了按照本发明空心铆钉的第三实施例,基本上相同于图2至图6所述的空心铆钉,不同之处是这里没有可换的切削插 件,但是这里的膨径销的放大的主体部分被一个涂有粉末材料具有切削性能的切削刃29所代替。
图13和图14中示出了按照本发明空心铆钉的第四改型,它基本上和图7至图10的改型相符,不同之处是这里没有可拆卸的切削插件,但这里在铆钉套的端部形成涂有切削性粉末材料的切削刃29。
所有显示于图中的普通空心铆钉的切削装置是用不同于铆钉套和膨径销的材料制造的。切削装置可以是可换的切削插件,它用钻头钢或粉末材料造成,例如碳化硅,这可以用来压成切削插件或者涂在铆钉或膨径销端上。也可以不用上述方法,而是把粉末材料直接涂在铆钉套上,而这铆钉套上形成着切削刃,但也可以在某种场合把切削粉末材料直接涂在铆钉的基本上平的端面上。如何处置切削粉末材料,是由铆钉要用于何种材料而定。为了产生切削效果,归于用了和铆钉套和膨径销不同材料的切削装置,但如果不要从这种金属直接获得切削效果,可以采用轻金属来做铆钉套和膨径销,例如铝,否则就不可以用这种轻金属做铆钉套和膨径销了。
在附图中显示出在膨径销上有旋转翼,同时在铆钉套的颈圈部分有一个十字形槽,以便铆钉为了钻孔而能转动。在这些例子中所使用的工具必须备有相应的啮合装置通过旋转翼或十字形槽以转动铆钉和/或膨径销。然而,这些为旋转而设的装置也可以采用各种其它的不同方法,这些都是内行熟手所知的。

Claims (5)

1、一种用于拉出有膨径销的空心铆钉的工具,包括一个内套(3)它连接着一个手动机械工具(1)的驱动轴(2),一个外套(5)围绕着内套(3),一个嘴部(8)被置于外套(5)的端部远离驱动轴(2)并有一个通孔(9)以接纳带有膨径销的铆钉,一个拉延装置(10、12)在嘴部(8)里面以夹住铆钉的膨径销,该拉延装置包括两个锥形拉延夹头(12)和一个围绕它们的拉延件(10),其特征为在驱动轴(2)作第一方向的旋转时,整个工具被驱动轴所转动以便当这顶部上设有钻尖时,用铆钉的顶端进行钻孔,在驱动轴作第二方向的旋转时,工具的外套(5)和嘴部(8)被做成不跟着驱动轴旋转,而拉延件(10)被做成沿着驱动轴(2)作轴向移动,沿着膨径销进行拉延。
2、如权利要求1中的工具,其特征为在外套(5)的端部,远离驱动轴(2),拧入着一个独立的前端套(6),它连接着嘴部(8),该端套(6)的中空部分是正方形截面,在这正方形空腔中伸入着拉延件(10)的方形前方滑动部分(10a)。
3、如权利要求1或2中的工具,其特征为拉延件(10)连接着内套(3),拉延件上设有和内套(3)的内螺纹啮合的外螺纹(11)。
4、如权利要求3中的工具,其特征为拉延件(10)的外螺纹(11)和内套(3)的内螺纹都是左旋螺纹。
5、如上述诸权利要求中任一项的工具,其特征为嘴部(8)被做成能转动铆钉的膨径销或铆钉本身。
