Description

除臭剂组合物
本发明涉及适用于人体皮肤局部使用的除臭剂组合物，特别涉及含有某些双胍化合物的抛射剂推动气雾剂组合物。
适用于人体皮肤，特别是腋下部位局部使用的除臭剂组合物早已已知。它们一般在一种化妆品可接受的基质中含有一种除臭活性物质，这种物质可以是一种无机金属盐，例如一种铝或锌盐。或者，局部使用的组合物中的除臭剂也可以是有机的；两种很流行且常用的有机除臭剂为乙醇和三氯森。对于一种抛射剂推动的气雾剂产品来说，一种含有适宜除臭剂的基本组合物在气雾剂中一般与一种适量抛射剂结合。
此形式的常规抛射剂推动的气雾剂组合物，已经出现了一些问题。问题的实质随制剂和所用除臭剂的变化而不同，但是典型的问题包括除臭剂效力不够，香料间相互作用，或感觉问题例如产生可见性沉积。
已知某些双胍盐具有抗菌活性。例如，聚亚己基盐酸双胍(PHMB)盐已由Zeneca出售多年，例如，此盐酸盐的20％水溶液，以Cosmocil CQ的商品名出售，其用途包括用作抗菌剂。另外，在Seymour S.Block，Lea和Febiger，“消毒、灭菌和防腐”，1991，第4版，第18章(聚合抗菌剂)中也描述了这样的一种作用。
这样的聚亚己基盐酸双胍型物质本身也已知具有除臭活性。例如在US 4,478,821(Gillette)中描述了PHMB盐具有减少身体气味的作用。按此处的描述，这样的盐可包含在任何产品形式包括洗剂，粘贴剂，乳膏，软膏，粉剂，悬浮液，肥皂剂，凝胶，和加压气雾剂中。但是，需要注明的是：在此专利中未以抛射剂推动的气雾剂组合物为例作说明；实施例涉及的只是液体和粘贴制剂。
但是，在为了配制适用于市场销售的组合物而将亲水性阳离子聚合物型物质如PHMB盐加入抛射剂推动的气雾剂制剂时却遇到了问题。特别是发现：这些盐与含有有效量非极性抛射剂(如烃类抛射剂)和短链一元醇(如乙醇)的气雾剂制剂不相容。
如果将纯净PHMB盐引入一个烃类抛射剂/乙醇体系，此盐则不能明显溶解。曾经试图通过表面活性剂将PHMB盐加入抛射剂为非极性的抛射剂推动的气雾剂中，但发现这并不是一种将此盐溶解或分散入这样的气雾剂组合物的有效方法，因为已经证明：很难发现这样的气雾剂组合物，它与短链一元醇/非极性烃类载体相容，不影响PHMB盐的化学性质，而且适于在一种局部使用的化妆品组合物中使用。
对此领域进行大量研究后，我们惊奇地发现：可以将PHMB盐物质加入抛射剂推动的气雾剂产品中，此气雾剂产品的抛射剂为非极性(特别是一种烃)，而且如果组合物另外还包括某一临界量的水时，则此组合物的化妆品载体含有数量相当大的短链(C2-C6)一元醇(特别是乙醇)。
因此，本发明首先提供了一种用于人体皮肤局部使用的抛射剂推动的除臭剂组合物，此组合物包括一种除臭活性物质，一种化妆品中适宜的载体和一种非极性抛射剂组合物。其中除臭活性物质含有一种化妆品可接受的聚亚己基双胍盐，化妆品中适宜的载体含有一种短链一元醇。此组合物的特征在于：还含有有效量的水。
按照本发明，组合物中所用的PHMB盐一般是下列通式的质子化形式：

其中，n值不超过500或更多，一般地n值为1至40，以由一个适宜的端基提供的聚合物链终止(参看上述Block参考文献〕。在本发明的优选实施方案中，n的平均值为10至13；化妆品中可接受的PHMB盐为盐酸盐，它可以在市场上从Zeneca购得，其商品名为Cosmacil CQ。本发明组合物中PHMB盐的含量优选0.01-0.5％，虽然组合物中PHMB盐的含量为0.01至0.05重量％时发现效果良好，但本发明更为优选的含量为组合物重量的0.02至0.1％。
另一种优选的市售PHMB盐为Lonzabac-BG，其中n的平均值为4至6，可以从Lonza购得。
本发明组合物中所用的短链(C2-C6)一元醇优选乙醇，它在组合物中的含量为组合物重量的20至80％。
本发明组合物中所用的非极性抛射剂组合物优选一种烃类抛射剂，例如丙烷，异丙烷，丁烷，并丁烷，戊烷，或它们的混合物。非极性抛射剂的希尔德布兰德溶度参数(δ)一般小于约14.5 MPa1/2.希尔德布兰德溶度参数的定义可以在溶度参数和其它内聚参数的CRC手册(第二版，Allan F.M.Barton，CRC出版公司)中找到，此书的内容作为参考。本发明组合物中所含非极性抛射剂的量一般为组合物重量的20至80％。
本发明优选组合物中短链一元醇与非极性抛射剂的比为0.43∶1至2.33∶1，更好的优选为0.67∶1至1.5∶1；为方便起见，两者的比例可接近1∶1。组合物中短链一元醇和非极性抛射剂的量一般可高达组合物重量的99％。
本发明组合物中所含的有效量的水，应该足以将PHMB盐溶解或分散在非极性抛射剂/一元醇组合物中，但又不足以在室温(即22℃)下使溶剂混合物发生析相作用。本发明组合物中一般可加入的水量为组合物重量的0.1至6％，优选约1至6％，更好的优选约为2至6％，约4至6％的水量为最佳。组合物中短链一元醇与非极性抛射剂之比为1∶1。我们发现：在此水量下，组合物中可以容纳0.04重量％的PHMB盐。但是，如果短链一元醇与非极性抛射剂的比增加到3∶1或更多，组合物中可容纳的水的量可以在12重量％范围内，或者更高。
我们发现，本发明非常有利的一面是：本发明含有一种有效量的极性调节剂。用于本发明的极性调节剂的希尔德布兰德溶度参数一般为14.5至24 MPa1/2，更好的优选为15至20 MPa1/2；而极性调节剂被认为可以使非极性抛射剂/一元醇基质容纳更多的水，并因此提高基质对PHMB盐的耐受。当组合物中PHMB盐的含量大于约0.02重量％时，特别优选含有一种极性调节剂。
本发明组合物中所用的极性调节剂包括C10-C16一元醇和脂族醇，例如十二烷醇，葵醇，十四烷醇，和十六烷醇；支链醇例如异葵醇(如ISOFOL 12，ex.Croda)和异丙醇；醚例如1-(2-乙基己基)甘油醚(如SENSIVA SC50，ex.  Schulke和Mayr)，二丙烯乙二醇甲基醚(如DOWANOL DPM，ex.DOW Corning)，聚丙二醇醚(如UCON50-HB-660，ex.Union Carbide)；酮例如丙酮；软化溶剂例如ARLAMOL  E(ex.Atlas)；或者酯例如二乙基邻苯二甲酸酯。特别优选十二烷醇。
根据短链一元醇与非极性抛射剂的比例，极性调节剂的优选含量为大约不超过组合物重量的50％，而组合物中的极性调节剂的含量为组合物重量的1至15％更具有代表性。
在极性调节剂存在的情况下，本发明组合物中的含水量可以显著增加，并且当所含短链一元醇与非极性抛射剂的量大约相等时，可以达到大约10重量％。本发明组合物中可加入的PHMB盐的量大约不超过组合物重量的0.5％。
本发明组合物中所用的特别优选的极性调节剂，在22℃下至少可以将5重量％的水溶入一种含有己烷、乙醇和极性调节剂(其比例为45∶45∶10)的试验溶液中，而不使溶液发生析相作用。
可以提供含有PHMB盐的稳定的抛射剂推动的气雾剂组合物的另一种方法是调节组合物中非极性抛射剂组分的极性。这可以通过用一种更具极性的抛射剂全部或部分取代非极性抛射剂来完成。
因此，本发明另一方面提供了一种供人体皮肤局部使用的抛射剂推动的气雾剂组合物，此组合物包括一种除臭活性物质，一种化妆品中适宜的载体，有效量的水，和一种含有一种抛射剂的抛射剂组合物，其中除臭物质含有一种化妆品可接受的聚亚己基双胍盐，载体含有一种短链一元醇，抛射剂的希尔德布兰德溶度参数为14.5至20Mpa1/2，更好的优选为16至19Mpa1/2。
为方便起见，这样的组合物可以没有非极性抛射剂，如上述的烃类抛射剂。
或者，希尔德布兰德溶度参数为14.5至20 MPa1/2的抛射剂，可以以不超过组合物重量的约90％或者更多的含量存在于此组合物中，占组合物重量5至80％的为更好的优选。
根据本发明这一点，特别优选使用的抛射剂种类为醚，例如二甲基醚，二甲氧基醚(如Methylal，ex.Lambiotte和Gie)，特别优选二甲基醚(希尔德布兰德溶度参数为18MPa1/2)。
本发明抛射剂推动的气雾剂组合物另外还可以含有其它物质，它们包括：
-  挥发和不挥发硅氧烷，例如二甲基环硅氧烷或聚二甲基硅氧烷，如DOW CORNING Fluids DC244，DC245，DC344，DC345，Q2 1465和200 fluids；
-  除臭活性香料，和可用做抗菌剂的除臭化合物；
-  疏水油，例如液体石蜡油，异丙基十六烷酸，和其它润滑剂；
-  增稠剂例如羟丙基纤维素，如Klucel；
-  香料；
-  防腐剂和抗氧化剂；
-  护肤剂，例如尿囊素；
-  抛射剂推动的气雾剂产品中常规使用的其它化妆品添加剂。

Claims (10)

1.一种供人体皮肤局部使用的抛射剂推动的除臭剂组合物，包括一种含有一种化妆品可接受的聚亚己基双胍盐的除臭活性物质，一种含有一种短链一元醇的化妆品中适宜的载体，和一种希尔德布兰德溶度参数小于14.5 MPa1/2的非极性抛射剂组合物，其特征在于：此组合物中还含有按组合物重量计为0.1至6％的水，而化妆品可接受的聚亚己基双胍盐的含量为组合物重量的0.01-0.5％，短链C2-C6一元醇或抛射剂的含量为组合物重量的20-80％。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的除臭剂组合物，其特征在于：还含有一种希尔德布兰德溶度参数为14.5-20MPa1/2的抛射剂。

8.一种根据权利要求5至7中任一权利要求所述的除臭剂组合物，其中极性调节剂为一种C10-C16一元醇，一种支链醇，一种醚，一种酮，一种软化溶剂，或一种酯。
9.一种根据权利要求8所述的除臭剂组合物，其中极性调节剂为一种C12脂族醇。
10.一种根据权利要求9所述的除臭剂组合物，其中极性调节剂为十二烷醇。
