Abstract

Description

环锭纺纱机
本发明涉及一种带牵伸装置的环锭纺纱机,在其皮辊支承和加重杆上设有气动加重的皮辊,在皮辊支承和加重杆上,从中央高压管道分出的高压管道通向皮辊的加重元件。
现在带气动加重的皮辊的环锭纺纱机是很普通的。由于老化过程或机械损伤会导致纺纱机的气动系统的不密封,泄漏的主要危及范围在皮辊支承和加重杆上导引的高压通道处。特别受到危及的是高压通道至纺纱机中央高压通道的连接位置,和高压通道至加重元件的连接位置,以及加重元件本身。虽然实用新型G8521340已公开一种用于纺纱机的泄漏监测装置,这种监测装置设在中央高压通道中,因此能可靠地确定泄漏的出现,但确不能确定出现泄漏的准确位置。现代的纺纱机有300至500个皮辊支承和加重杆,因此寻找泄漏处是很费时的。
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种所述类型的环锭纺纱机,根据本发明的纺纱机的特征在于,在皮辊支承和加重杆的所有的高压管道上设有泄漏指示器,它们允许视觉监控相关高压管道的不密封的出现。这种泄漏指示器也可以补充用于中央高压管道的泄漏指示器。因此能快速发现环锭纺纱机的气动系统的任何位置上的泄漏。所述泄漏指示器可各有一个浮动体,它在产生不密封时,出现在视窗的范围内,也可以不用浮动体而采用叶轮或任意其它的传感器来监测压力介质流。只有在出现泄漏时才会出现压力介质流,而在正常操作范围内所有的系统中都是常压。在出现不密封时除视觉提示之外,泄漏指示器还可以触发一声学信号。因此能更快地确定泄漏的出现。
下面将参照附图进一步解释环锭纺纱机的泄漏指示器的两个实施例。
其中:
图1是带浮动体的泄漏指示器的部分剖开的侧视图;
图2是带叶轮的泄漏指示器的部分剖开的侧视图。
图1示出一高压管道10,其两端与设置在皮辊支承和加重杆上的阀相连。在高压管道10的内部,沿管道10的纵向设有可动的球体11,当压力介质沿箭头方向12在高压管道10内流动时,它被压入视窗13的范围。球体11出现在视窗的范围即可靠地表明高压通道10内存在泄漏。
在图2的阀20中,在压力介质的流动路径22、23中设有一叶轮21。一旦压力介质由于泄漏的出现而流动,叶轮21就转动起来,这又可以通过视窗观察到。
在图1和图2中所示出的泄漏指示器的实施例仅仅是举例性的。也可以设置如叶片等其它类型的传感器以确定压力介质的流动。

Claims (4)

1.一种带牵伸装置的环锭纺纱机,在其皮辊支承和加重杆上设有气动加重的皮辊,在皮辊支承和加重杆上,从中央高压管道分出的高压管道通向皮辊的加重元件,其特征在于,在皮辊支承和加重杆的所有的高压管道中设有泄漏指示器(10,20),它们允许视觉监控相关高压管道的不密封的出现。
2.如权利要求1所述的环锭纺纱机,其特征在于所述泄漏指示器(10)中分别有一个浮动体(11),在出现不密封的情况下,它出现在视窗(13)的范围内。
3.如权利要求1所述的环锭纺纱机,其特征在于,所述泄漏指示器(20)具有设在视窗范围内的叶轮(21)。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的环锭纺纱机,其特征在于,在中央高压通道中同样设有一个泄漏指示器。
