本发明公开了一种高效除草组合物,包括第一活性成分毒草胺和第二活性成分,所述第二活性成分选自灭草松、氯氟吡氧乙酸或乙氧磺隆。本发明还提供了一种除草剂及防除稻田中杂草的方法,本发明通过大量的实验以及相关的数据加以佐证,单一的原药通过合理的方法配合可以极大地提高除草效果,并扩大杀草谱,对抗性杂草地块防除有特效。另外,本发明中的高效除草组合物还可以大大的降低对水稻生长的影响,极大降低药害,从而提高除草剂的安全性。本发明所述毒草胺的混剂可以达到协同增效的效果,对实验所选多种杂草防效超过90%,甚至超过95%。

技术领域
本发明属于除草剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效除草组合物及其应用,如毒草胺复配高效水稻田除草剂,具体地说,涉及一种含有毒草胺的水稻田专用高效组合除草剂,即含有毒草胺和另一除草剂作为活性成分的协同增效的高效除草剂组合物。
背景技术
水稻是我国主要粮食作物之一,2016年全国水稻种植面积约为5亿亩,约占全国粮食作物种植面积的30%,在全国农业生产和国计民生中占有举足轻重的地位。水稻生长过程中,杂草的生长是广大人民不渴望见到的,杂草的存在会和水稻争夺生长所需的物质、土壤和肥料,从而导致作物的减产。目前,世界各国对杂草的防除异常重视,相继开发了多种用于防除稻田杂草的除草剂原药和相应剂型。
但是,稻田杂草多样,抗药性逐年增强。通用的除草剂如毒草胺等很难对稻田杂草有很好的防除效果,单一的除草剂对稻田杂草防除效果更差。因此,亟待开发一种高效广谱的除草剂以遏制或防除稻田杂草的疯长,从而提高水稻产量。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种高效除草组合物及其应用,本发明提供的除草组合物具有成本低、广谱、高效、对抗性杂草特效、对环境友好,利于稻田杂草综合治理等特点。
本发明提供一种高效除草组合物,其包含第一活性成分毒草胺和第二活性成分,所述第二活性成分选自灭草松、氯氟吡氧乙酸或乙氧磺隆。
优选地,所述第一活性成分和第二活性成分的质量比为80:1~1:80,更优选为40:1~1:40。在本发明的实施例中,所述第一活性成分和第二活性成分的质量比可为30:1、20:1、10:1、1:1、1:10、1:20、1:30或1:40。
本发明还提供一种用于稻田的除草剂,其包括上文所述的除草组合物和农药学上可接受的辅料。
本发明还提供一种防除稻田中杂草的方法,包括:向稻田中施加有效除草含量的如前所述的除草剂。
使用不同除草剂协同增效扩大杀草谱和提高除草效果是广大民众所希望见到的一件事情。但是,高效广谱除草剂的获得具有很大的偶然因素,实际实验或生产中需要通过大量的实验数据加以验证。本发明通过大量的实验以及相关的数据加以佐证,单一的原药通过合理的方法配合可以极大地提高除草效果,并扩大杀草谱,对抗性杂草地块防除有特效。另外,本发明中的高效除草组合物还可以大大的降低对水稻生长的影响,极大降低药害,从而提高除草剂的安全性。

本发明涉及的高效除草组合物,是含有毒草胺和另一除草剂作为活性成分的协同增效的高效除草剂组合物,其可在除草有效量或有效除草含量下高效防除任意杂草或害草,具有成本低、广谱、高效、对抗性杂草特效、对环境友好,利于稻田杂草综合治理等特点。

在本发明中,第一活性成分毒草胺(2-氯代-N-异丙基乙酰基苯胺)是酰胺类除草剂。纯品为淡棕色固体,熔点为77℃,沸点为110℃/3.97帕。蒸气压为30.6毫帕(25℃)。溶解度(25℃,克/升):苯737,丙酮448,乙醇408;水613毫克/升。遇碱或强酸分解。170℃分解,对紫外光稳定。毒草胺是一种选择性触杀型苗前及苗后施用的除草剂,通过抑制蛋白质合成,使根部受抑制变畸形,心叶卷曲而死。毒草胺杀草图谱广,作用效果迅速,持续时间久,耐雨水,施药之后两小时下雨有效。施用毒草胺可有效防除多种顽固性杂草,例如马唐、千金子、青稗、红稗、狗尾草、金色狗尾草、藜、苋、龙葵等,对抗性杂草有特效。使用安全,不易发生药害。在土壤中残效期约为30天,不影响下茬作物的生长。
本发明第二活性成分中,灭草松,[3-异丙基-(1H)-苯丙-2,1,3-噻二嗪-4-(3H)-酮-2,2-二氧化物]是苯噻二嗪类除草剂,兼有触杀和内吸传导的选择性强的苗后抑制光合作用的除草剂。旱地使用灭草松主要通过杂草幼苗的茎叶吸收,在水田使用则通过根部和茎叶部吸收,抑制杂草的光合作用和水分代谢,使杂草饥饿而死。灭草松适用于多种农作物,对阔叶草的防除具有极佳的效果。
氯氟吡氧乙酸属吡啶类激素型选择性传导苗后茎叶处理剂,具有内吸传导作用。主要通过植物茎、叶吸收,出现中毒反应,植物扭曲,直至死亡。在耐药性植物,如小麦体内,可结合成轭合物失去活性。能有效防除和谷作物田的猪殃殃、牛繁缕、马齿苋、大巢菜、龙葵、空心莲子草、田旋花、碎叶荠、蓼等多种阔叶杂草。在土壤中易降解,半衰期较短,不会对后茬作物造成药害。
乙氧磺隆,[1-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-3-(2-乙氧基苯氧磺酰基)脲]属乙酰乳酸合成酶抑制剂。通过杂草根和茎吸收,在植株体内传导。在土壤中残留期短,施药80天后对后茬作物生长无影响。适用于水稻秧田、直播田、抛秧田、移栽田防除一年生阔叶杂草、莎草及藻类。
本发明涉及一种高效除草剂组合物,其包含第一活性成分毒草胺和第二活性成分,所述第二成分含有第三周期非金属元素如氯、硫,为有机环状除草活性成分,可选自灭草松、氯氟吡氧乙酸、乙氧磺隆组成的组。
在本发明的优选实施例中,所述第一活性成分和第二活性成分的质量比可为30:1、20:1、10:1、1:1、1:10、1:20、1:30或1:40。
在本发明的一些实施例中,毒草胺和灭草松组合复配;优选地,质量比为40:1~1:40,如30:1、20:1、10:1、1:1、1:10、1:20、1:30或1:40;具体优选地,20:1、1:1或1:20。
或者,在本发明的一些实施例中,毒草胺和氯氟吡氧乙酸组合复配;优选地,质量比为40:1~1:40,如30:1、20:1、10:1、1:1、1:10、1:20、1:30或1:40;具体优选地,10:1、1:1或1:20。
或者,在本发明的一些实施例中,毒草胺和乙氧磺隆组合复配;优选地,质量比为40:1~1:40,如30:1、20:1、10:1、1:1、1:10、1:20、1:30或1:40;具体优选地,10:1、1:1或1:40。
本发明还提供如前所述的除草组合物在制备用于治理水稻田杂草的除草剂中的应用。
本发明在另一方面提供了一种高效、可用于稻田的除草剂,其可包含除草有效量的本发明除草(剂)组合物和农学上可接受的助剂或辅料。在本发明中,所述除草组合物在除草剂中的重量含量优选为0.1%~82%。即优选地,以除草剂有效成分的总质量计,所述高效除草剂的含量为0.1~82%。更进一步优选1~55%,更进一步优选1~42%。
本发明的高效除草剂可以根据本领域的常规技术制成任意适合农业施用的剂型,包括但不局限于乳油、可溶性液剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、粉剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、可溶性粉剂、颗粒剂、微囊剂、烟剂、气雾剂等。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述除草剂为油悬浮剂,如毒草胺·灭草松悬浮剂。或者,在本发明的一些实施例中,所述除草剂为乳油,如毒草胺·氯氟吡氧乙酸乳油。或者,在本发明的一些实施例中,所述除草剂为可分散颗粒剂,如毒草胺·乙氧磺隆可分散颗粒剂。
在本发明中,农学上可接受的助剂包括溶剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、增效剂、杀菌剂、稳定剂、崩解剂、增稠剂、着色剂、安全剂、渗透剂、粘结剂、填料等有助于有效成分在制剂中稳定存在并安全发挥药效的已知物质。这些助剂都是农学领域常用的物质,具体成分和用量均属于本领域工作人员的常识。这些助剂中的一些包括但不限于以下成分:
(1)本发明所述的分散剂选自:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、木质素磺酸钠、萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物、甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、聚羧酸盐、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基磷酸酯、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
(2)本发明所述湿润剂选自:十二烷基硫酸钠、拉开粉BX、皂角粉、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、蚕沙、无患子粉、茶枯粉中的一种或多种。
(3)本发明所述的乳化剂选自:苄基二甲基酚聚氧乙基醚、烷基苯磺酸钙、苯基酚聚氧乙基醚、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙基醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙基聚丙烯基醚、吐温系列、斯潘系列中的一种或多种。
(4)本发明所述的溶剂选自:油酸甲酯、丙酮、石油醚、甲苯、甲醇、DMF、DMSO、二甲苯、异丙醇、乙醇、丁醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、松脂基油、呋喃、环己酮、乙酸乙酯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、甲基溶纤剂、植物油中的一种或多种。
(5)本发明所述的崩解剂选自:膨润土、尿素、氯化镁、硫酸铵、氯化铝、葡萄糖中的一种或多种。
(6)本发明所述的粘结剂选自:硅藻土、松香、PVA、环糊精、淀粉、羧甲基(乙基)纤维素钠中的一种或多种。
(7)本发明所述的消泡剂选自:有机硅油、乙醇、环氧大豆油、硅酮类化合物、C10-C20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-210脂肪醇类化合物中的一种或多种。
(8)本发明所述的抗冻剂选自:乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、山梨醇、尿素中的一种或多种。
(9)本发明所述的增稠剂选自:明胶、硅酸镁铝、有机土、白炭黑、甘油、黄原胶、聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇中的一种或多种。
(10)本发明所述填料选自:高岭土、白炭黑、硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、轻质碳酸钙中的一种或多种。
(11)本配方所述安全剂选自:解毒喹、吡唑解草酯、环丙磺酰胺、双苯恶唑酸、呋喃解草啶等中的一种或多种。
(12)本配方所述着色剂选自:微生物色素、动物色素及无机色素、辣椒红、甜菜红、红曲红、胭脂虫红、高粱红、叶绿素铜钠、姜黄、栀子黄、胡萝卜素、藻蓝素、可可色素、焦糖色素、胭脂红、苋菜红、日落黄、赤藓红、柠檬黄、新红、靛蓝、亮蓝中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供了一种防除稻田中杂草的方法,包括:向稻田中施加有效除草含量的如前所述的除草剂。其中,所述稻田可为移栽稻田或直播稻田。
本发明的高效除草组合物或除草剂可用于稻田中不希望看到的植物的遏制和防除,例如直播田和移栽田中杂草的防除。本发明高效除草剂施用频率和施用量随天气和杂草的状况变化而变化,本领域的技术人员可通过常规手段确定施用频率和施用量,以达到最佳杀草效果。
另外,本发明还涉及到防除稻田中不希望看到的植物的方法,包括施加除草有效量的本发明除草剂。所述不希望看到的植物可为莎草科、禾本科、阔叶杂草、稗草等,尤其是指千金子、马唐、青稗、红稗、狗尾草、金色狗尾草、三棱草、蓼、鸭舌草、野苋菜、莎草、异型莎草、野慈姑。
本发明实施例采用温室盆栽法:将供试靶标杂草种子播种在塑料钵内盖上细土后,放在温室内培养,待杂草长至2~4叶期进行茎叶喷雾处理,每钵喷药液1mL,每处理重复4次,并设不含药剂的处理为对照。处理后置于温室内培养,定期观察靶标杂草的生长情况,15天后计算防效,然后用最小二乘法计算抑制浓度EC50(95%置信区间),并按孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC)。
不同配比的联合毒力测定方法:根据单剂的毒力测定结果,用不同配比的第二活性成分和第一活性成分毒草胺对杂草的毒力进行测定,计算LC50,并按孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC),按下列公式计算:

共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。
实验表明,本发明增效除草剂组合物可以极大扩大杀草图谱,弥补单一药剂的不足,另外药剂的协同增效作用,可以大大提高杂草的防除效率。一次施药,就可以杀死稻田常见恶性杂草,例如,千金子、马唐、稗草、狗尾草、莎草、野苋菜、异型莎草等。本发明对环境污染小,对环境友好,符合绿色化学的要求。
相比于单一剂型,高效毒草胺混合除草剂可减少药剂的用量,从而减少除草剂对农作物的伤害,因此,本发明产品的施用有极高的安全性,不会导致农作物的减产。
为了进一步理解本申请,下面结合实施例对本申请提供的高效除草组合物及其应用进行具体地描述。
实施例1:不同配比的联合毒力测定
根据单剂的毒力测定结果,用不同配比的灭草松、二甲四氯异辛酯或吡嘧磺隆和毒草胺对杂草的毒力进行测定,计算LC50,并按孙云沛法计算共毒系数(CTC),结果见表1~6。

实施例2:42%灭草松·毒草胺水悬浮剂的制备
42%灭草松·毒草胺水悬浮剂:40%灭草松、2%毒草胺、5%分散剂、10%乳化剂、4%抗冻剂、1.3%增稠剂、0.5%消泡剂、2%填料,剩下去离子水补足;按照常规工艺制得。
其中,所述分散剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚;所述乳化剂为烷基苯磺酸钙;所述抗冻剂为乙二醇;所述增稠剂为明胶;所述消泡剂为有机硅油;所述填料为高岭土。
实施例3:20%灭草松·毒草胺可湿性粉剂的制备
20%灭草松·毒草胺可湿性粉剂:10%灭草松、10%毒草胺、8%分散剂、5%润湿剂,填料补足;其中,所述分散剂为木质素磺酸钠;所述润湿剂为十二烷基硫酸钠;所述填料为膨润土。
将上述物料按一定比例粗粉碎后放入容器混合均匀,再经气流粉碎后,得20%灭草松·毒草胺可湿性粉剂。
实施例4:21%灭草松·毒草胺乳油的制备
21%灭草松·毒草胺乳油:1%灭草松、20%毒草胺、10%乳化剂,溶剂补足;按照常规工艺制得。
其中,所述乳化剂为吐温80;所述溶剂为植物油。
实施例5:22%氯氟吡氧乙酸·毒草胺油悬浮剂的制备
22%氯氟吡氧乙酸·毒草胺油悬浮剂:20%氯氟吡氧乙酸、2%毒草胺、5%分散剂、15%乳化剂、1%增稠剂,剩下油酸甲酯补足;按照常规工艺制得。
其中,所述分散剂为萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物;所述乳化剂为苯基酚聚氧乙基醚;所述增稠剂为黄原胶。
实施例6:20%氯氟吡氧乙酸·毒草胺乳油的制备
20%氯氟吡氧乙酸·毒草胺乳油:10%氯氟吡氧乙酸、10%毒草胺、15%乳化剂,溶剂补足;按照常规工艺制得。
其中,所述乳化剂为吐温80;所述溶剂为植物油。
实施例7:42%氯氟吡氧乙酸·毒草胺乳油的制备
42%氯氟吡氧乙酸·毒草胺乳油:2%氯氟吡氧乙酸、40%毒草胺、12%乳化剂,溶剂补足;按照常规工艺制得。
其中,所述乳化剂为烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙基醚;所述溶剂为松脂基油。
实施例8:33%乙氧磺隆·毒草胺水悬浮剂的制备
33%乙氧磺隆·毒草胺水悬浮剂:30%乙氧磺隆、3%毒草胺、5%分散剂、12乳化剂、3%抗冻剂、1.5%增稠剂、0.4%消泡剂、4%填料,剩下去离子水补足;按照常规工艺制得。
其中,所述分散剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯;所述乳化剂为苯乙基酚聚氧乙基聚丙烯基醚;所述抗冻剂为尿素;所述增稠剂为聚乙二醇4000;所述消泡剂为环氧大豆油;所述填料为白炭黑。
实施例9:1%乙氧磺隆·毒草胺可湿性粉剂的制备
1%乙氧磺隆·毒草胺可湿性粉剂:0.5%乙氧磺隆、0.5%毒草胺、8%分散剂、6%润湿剂,填料补足。其中,所述分散剂为聚羧酸盐;所述润湿剂为拉开粉BX;所述填料为硅藻土。
将上述物料按一定比例粗粉碎后放入容器混合均匀,再经气流粉碎后,得1%乙氧磺隆·毒草胺。
实施例10:20.5%乙氧磺隆·毒草胺油悬浮剂的制备
20.5%氯氟吡氧乙酸·毒草胺油悬浮剂:0.5%乙氧磺隆、20%毒草胺、5%分散剂、15%乳化剂、1%增稠剂,剩下油酸甲酯补足;按照常规工艺制得。
其中,所述分散剂为甲醛缩合物硫酸盐;所述乳化剂为烷基苯磺酸钙;所述增稠剂为聚乙烯醇。
实施例11:药效试验
为验证毒草胺与灭草松、氯氟吡氧乙酸、乙氧磺隆的复配效果,在水稻田中进行药效试验。实验所用制剂包括毒草胺等活性成分的单剂及实施例2-10中的复配除草剂。实施例2-10用于防除水稻移栽田一年生杂草:对一年生禾本科杂草、莎草科杂草、阔叶杂草的防效进行统计,施药时间为水稻移栽后6天,施药方法为喷雾法,每亩兑水15kg进行叶面喷雾。实验共设11组处理,18天后统计并对比各处理杂草数量以及防除效果,结果见表7;杂草防效的计算如下:
杂草防效%=(清水对照区杂草数-施药区杂草数)/清水对照区杂草数×100%。
表7列取了每组实验的具体情况,包括所用的制剂、施药剂量、被选作杀灭对象的杂草、用药前后杂草的数量和防效。表中所列举的杂草株数是3次重复实验中每次用药试验后杂草株数的总和。

从表7列数据可以看出,灭草松、氯氟吡氧乙酸、乙氧磺隆等单一剂型对稗草基本无防效,对莎草的防效相对较差,单一的毒草胺对莎草防效极差,对稗草的防效相对较差,而毒草胺的混剂可以达到协同增效的效果,对实验所选多种杂草防效超过90%,甚至超过95%。
综上所述,本发明增效除草剂组合物可以极大扩大杀草图谱,弥补单一药剂的不足,另外药剂的协同增效作用,可以大大提高杂草的防除效率。一次施药,就可以杀死稻田常见恶性杂草,例如,千金子、马唐、稗草、狗尾草、莎草、野苋菜、异型莎草等。本发明对环境污染小,对环境友好,符合绿色化学的要求。相比于单一剂型,高效毒草胺混合除草剂可减少药剂的用量,从而减少除草剂对农作物的伤害,因此,本发明产品的施用有极高的安全性,不会导致农作物的减产。
Claims (9)
1.一种高效除草组合物,其特征在于,包括第一活性成分和第二活性成分,所述第一活性成分为毒草胺,所述第二活性成分选自灭草松、氯氟吡氧乙酸或乙氧磺隆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效除草组合物,其特征在于,所述第一活性成分和第二活性成分的质量比为80:1~1:80。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高效除草组合物,其特征在于,所述第一活性成分和第二活性成分的质量比为40:1~1:40。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高效除草组合物,其特征在于,所述第一活性成分和第二活性成分的质量比为30:1、20:1、10:1、1:1、1:10、1:20、1:30或1:40。
5.一种用于稻田的除草剂,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~4中任一项所述的除草组合物和农药学上可接受的辅料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草组合物在除草剂中的重量含量为0.1%~82%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述除草组合物在除草剂中的重量含量为1%~55%。
8.一种防除稻田中杂草的方法,包括:
向稻田中施加有效除草含量的如权利要求5~7中任一项所述的除草剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述稻田为移栽稻田或直播稻田。
