技术领域
本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种除草剂,具体涉及一种含精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂及其应用。
背景技术
精噁唑禾草灵(fenoxaprop-ethyl),属杂环氧基苯氧基丙酸类除草剂,又名威霸、骠马,化学名称:(R)-2-[4-(6-氯-1,3-苯并噁唑-2-氧基)苯氧基]丙酸乙酯。精噁唑禾草灵是选择性内吸传导型苗后除草剂,主要是通过抑制脂肪酸合成的关键酶一乙酰辅酶A羧化酶,从而抑制了脂肪酸的合成。药剂通过茎叶吸收传导至分生组织及根的生长点,作用迅速,施药后2-3天停止生长,5-6天心叶失绿变紫色,使分生组织变褐色,叶片逐渐枯死,是选择性极强的茎叶处理剂。此外,该药剂在接触土壤后迅速转变为苯氧从丙酸,并进一步分解为无活性物质,因而对后茬作物安全,在耐药性作物中分解成无活性的代谢物而解毒。加入安全剂解草唑后可用于小麦田防除禾本科杂草。
炔草酯(Clodinafop-propargyl),又名麦极,化学名:(R)-2-[4-(5-氯-3-氟-2-吡啶氧基)苯氧基]丙酸丙炔酯,属于芳氧苯氧丙酸类除草剂,能有效抑制类酯的生物合成,为乙酰辅敏A羟化酶抑制剂,是选择性内吸传导型苗后茎叶处理剂。药剂由植物叶片、叶鞘吸收后传导分生组织,抑制乙酰辅酶A羧化酶,从而抑制脂肪酸生物合成,最终导致杂草死亡。耐药作物体内分解成无活性的代谢物。本品在土壤中很快降解为游离酸苯基和吡啶部分进入土壤。此外,炔草酯在使用过程中必须与安全剂混用,其中炔草酯与安全剂—解毒喹或解草酯等以4:1混合配套使用,应用于小麦田除草,能防治小麦田鼠尾看麦娘、燕麦草、黑麦草、普通早熟禾、狗尾草等禾本科杂草。但是,炔草酯对阔叶杂草无效,除草谱比较窄,使其在使用上受到了限制。
氯氟吡氧乙酸(fluroxypyr),又名:氟草定、使它隆、治莠灵,分子式:C15H21Cl2FN2O3,化学名称:4-氨基-3,5-二氯-6-氟-2-吡啶-2-吡啶氧乙酸。氯氟吡氧乙酸内吸传导型苗后除草剂。药后很快被植物吸收,使敏感植物出现典型激素类除草剂的反应,植株畸形、扭曲。在耐药性植物如小麦体内,氯氟吡氧乙酸可结合成轭合物失去毒性,从而具有选择性。在禾谷类作物上使用适期较宽,可用于小麦、大麦、玉米、葡萄及果园、牧场、林场等地防除阔叶杂草,如猪殃殃、田旋花、荠菜、繁缕、卷茎苋、马齿苋等杂草,对禾本科杂草无效。温度对其除草的最终效果无影响,但影响其药效发挥的速度。一般在温度低时药效发挥较慢,可使植物中毒后停止生长,但不立即死亡;气温升高后植物很快死亡。在土壤中淋溶不显著,大部分分布在0-10厘米表土层中,有氧的条件下,在土壤微生物的作用很快降解成2-吡啶醇等无毒物,在土壤中半衰期较短,不会对下茬阔叶作物产生影响。
随着农业的现代化发展,农民在农业生产中也大量运用高科技产品,生物农药、农药混剂等一系列化学产品广泛应用,其中最受欢迎的农药产品是除草剂,除草剂的销量一直在农药中排在最前面。目前市场上除草剂品种多,同时应用技术也要求高,在应用中稍有不慎,就会发生药害、除草效果不好等问题。除草剂选用不当将直接影响人或禾苗植物的安危或产量。随着除草技术的发展和除草剂的不断出现,农田中的许多杂草则越来越难以杀灭。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂。

本发明的含精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂,,所述的精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸的质量比优选为80~95:0.5~10:0.5~10,进一步优选为80~90:1~10:1~8。
所述的氯氟吡氧乙酸以甲酯或异辛酯的形式存在。
本发明的精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸的三元复配制剂中,除了三种有效成分外,还可以添加农药上允许的助剂,配制成任意一种剂型。优选加工成可湿性粉剂、水分散颗粒剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、乳油等多种剂型。
所述的农药助剂包括:分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、填料、有机溶剂、水。
所述的分散剂选自烷基萘磺酸盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物、辛基酚聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸盐、聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸钙盐、萘磺酸甲醛缩合物钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯等中的一种或多种。
所述的湿润剂选自:十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、拉开粉BX、皂角粉、无患子粉等中的一种或多种。

本发明的混合除草剂通过除草剂的混用扩大了除草谱,提高了除草效果、具有见效快、持效期长、延缓除草剂抗药性、除草彻底、残留低、低毒、安全环保等优点,是优质的水稻田化学除草剂,对水稻田禾本科、莎草科、阔叶杂草类如空心莲子草、看麦娘、异型莎草、稗草、矮慈菇、千金子、牛毛毡、节节菜、四叶萍等禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科杂草防治效果突出。
具体实施方式
实施例195%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸可湿性粉剂
精噁唑禾草灵90%、炔草酯1%、氯氟吡氧乙酸4%、木质素磺酸钠2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1%、高岭土加至100%,即制得95%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸可湿性粉剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以异辛酯形式存在。
将精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸、分散剂(木质素磺酸钠)、湿润剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)、填料(高岭土)混合,在混合缸中混合均匀,经气流粉碎机粉碎后再混合均匀,即可制成本发明的可湿性粉剂产品。
实施例285%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸水分散粒剂
精噁唑禾草灵80%、炔草酯4%、氯氟吡氧乙酸1%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚5%、皂角粉4%、硫酸铵2%、硅藻土加至100%,制得85%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸水分散粒剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以异辛酯形式存在。
将精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸、分散剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯基醚)、润湿剂(皂角粉)、崩解剂(硫酸铵)、填料(硅藻土)等一起经气流粉碎得到需要的粒径,得到制粒用料。将料品定量送进流化床制粒干燥机内经过制粒及干燥后,制得本发明的水分散粒剂产品。
实施例392%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸悬浮剂
精噁唑禾草灵80%、炔草酯10%、氯氟吡氧乙酸2%、木质素磺酸钠5%、硅酸铝镁1%、C10~20饱和脂肪酸类0.3%、聚乙二醇2.5%,水加至100%,制得92%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸悬浮剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以异辛酯形式存在。
将上述配方料中分散剂(木质素磺酸钠)、增稠剂(硅酸铝镁)、消泡剂(C10~20饱和脂肪酸类)、防冻剂(聚乙二醇)经过高速剪切混合均匀,加入精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸,在球磨机中球磨2~3小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,制得本发明的悬浮剂产品。
实施例496%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸悬乳剂
精噁唑禾草灵86%、炔草酯2%、氯氟吡氧乙酸8%、木质素磺酸盐1%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%、硅油0.5%、黄原胶0.1%、丙二醇0.5%,水加至100%,将前述配方料混合,即制得96%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸悬乳剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以甲酯形式存在。
将上述配方料中分散剂(木质素磺酸钠)、消泡剂(硅油)、增稠剂(黄原胶)、防冻剂(丙二醇)经过高速剪切混合均匀,加入炔草酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸,在球磨机中球磨2~3小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,制得炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸悬浮剂,然后将精噁唑禾草灵、乳化剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)用高速搅拌器直接乳化到炔草酯悬浮剂中,制得本发明所述的悬乳剂产品。
实施例590%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸微乳剂
精噁唑禾草灵83%、炔草酯5%、氯氟吡氧乙酸2%、甲苯2%、三甲基环己烯酮3%、农乳500#1%、C8~10脂肪醇类0.2%、羟甲基纤维素钠0.5%、二甘醇2%,水补足100%,制得90%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸微乳剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以异辛酯形式存在。
将精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯与氯氟吡氧乙酸溶解在装有有机溶剂(甲苯、三甲基环己烯酮)的反应釜中;将乳化剂(农乳500#)、消泡剂(C8~10脂肪醇类)、防冻剂(二甘醇)、增稠剂(羟甲基纤维素钠)、水加入到装有上述溶液的反应釜中后予以强烈混合并匀化,最后得到外观清澈透明的本发明的微乳剂产品。
实施例692%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸水乳剂
精噁唑禾草灵87%、炔草酯2%、氯氟吡氧乙酸3%、甲苯3%、环己酮1%、600#磷酸酯1%、乙二醇1%、黄原胶0.5%、硅油0.2%,水补至100%,制得92%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸水乳剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以甲酯形式存在。
将配方中的精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸、有机溶剂(甲苯、环己酮)、乳化剂(600#磷酸酯)加在一起,溶解成均匀油相;将水、防冻剂(乙二醇)、消泡剂(硅油)、增稠剂(黄原胶)混合在一起,成均一水相;在高速搅拌下,将水相加入油相或将油相加入水相,分散良好后制得本发明的水乳剂产品。
实施例795%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸悬浮剂
精噁唑禾草灵92%、炔草酯2%、氯氟吡氧乙酸1%、烷基苯磺酸钙盐2%、海藻酸钠0.5%、硅酮消泡剂0.1%、二甘醇2%,去离子水加至100%,混合制得95%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸悬浮剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以异辛酯形式存在。
实施例897%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸水分散粒剂
精噁唑禾草灵95%、炔草酯1.5%、氯氟吡氧乙酸0.5%、聚羧酸盐1%、无患子粉1%、硫酸铵0.8%,白炭黑加至100%,制得97%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸水分散粒剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以甲酯形式存在。
实施例981%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸可湿性粉剂
炔草酯80%、炔草酯0.5%、氯氟吡氧乙酸0.5%、木质素磺酸钠5%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%,膨润土加至100%,即制得81%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸可湿性粉剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以甲酯形式存在。
实施例1090%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸水乳剂
精噁唑禾草灵83%、炔草酯5%、氯氟吡氧乙酸2%、甲苯3%、环己酮2%、600#磷酸酯2%、乙二醇1%、阿拉伯胶0.4%、硅油0.2%,水补至100%,制得90%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸水乳剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以异辛酯形式存在。
实施例1187%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸微乳剂
精噁唑禾草灵81%、炔草酯1%、氯氟吡氧乙酸5%、甲苯3%、三甲基环己烯酮4%、农乳500#3%、C8~10脂肪醇类0.2%、羟乙基纤维素0.6%、二甘醇1%,水补足100%,制得87%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸微乳剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以异辛酯形式存在。
实施例1285%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸悬乳剂
精噁唑禾草灵80.5%、炔草酯4%、氯氟吡氧乙酸0.5%、木质素磺酸钠4%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%、硅油0.5%、瓜胶0.4%、丙二醇2.5%,水加至100%,将前述配方料混合,即制得85%精噁唑禾草灵-炔草酯-氯氟吡氧乙酸悬乳剂。其中氯氟吡氧乙酸以异辛酯形式存在。
实施例13
1、室内活性测定试验
试验目的:在温室盆栽条件下精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸及其不同混配组合对空心莲子草的除草效果,并评价了其联合作用。
试验方法:以空心莲子草作为生测对象,选用未施用过除草剂、pH6.8土壤,将土壤风干过筛后,装入高6cm、直径9cm的塑料钵内,每盆播种20粒种子,盖0.5~1cm厚的细土后放在温室内培养,待杂草长至2~4叶期采用盆栽茎叶处理法(NY/T1155.4-2006),每钵喷药液1mL,每处理重复4次,并设不含药剂的处理为对照。处理后试材置于温室内培养,定期观察靶标杂草的生长情况,20d后目测靶标受害症状及生长抑制情况,并称地上部分鲜重或株鲜重,以靶标鲜重抑制率评价药剂对靶标杂草的毒力作用。具体方法参照NY/T1155.4-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第4部分:活性测定试验茎叶喷雾法进行实验,每处理4次重复,每重复20株,设不含药剂处理为空白对照。三元复配联合作用评价方法参照NY/T1155.7-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第7部分混配的联合作用测定中的Colby法。
单剂及各混剂的杂草实际防效E按照以下公式计算:
E=(Ck-Pt)/Ck×100;式中,Ck为空白对照区施药后的杂草鲜重;Pt为药剂处理后的杂草鲜重。
混剂的理论防效按照以下公式计算:
E0=X×Y×Z/1002;式中,X为精噁唑禾草灵在某剂量下杂草重量为对照杂草重量的百分数;Y为炔草酯在某剂量下杂草重量为对照杂草重量的百分数;Z为2氯氟吡氧乙酸在某剂量下杂草重量为对照杂草重量的百分数。
当E0-E≥10%时表示为增效作用,当-10%<E0-E<10%时表示为相加作用,当E0-E≤-10%时表示为拮抗作用。
结果见表1。

药效评价:精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯、氯氟吡氧乙酸及其混配组合物对空心莲子草的除草效果测定结果见表1,精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸三元复配组合物对空心莲子草均表现为增效作用。
2、田间药效试验
供试药剂:实施例1~6中的6种三元复配除草剂。
对照药剂:6.9%精噁唑禾草灵水乳剂(市售),24%炔草酯乳油(市售),20%氯氟吡氧乙酸乳油(市售)。
防治作物:水稻。
防除对象:空心莲子草、看麦娘、异型莎草、稗草、猪殃殃、矮慈菇、千金子、牛毛毡、节节菜、四叶萍等禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科杂草。
试验方法:按照试验小区的面积,准确称量好各种药剂,并兑水稀释后,利用背负式喷雾器,进行均匀喷雾,喷头选用除草剂专用的扇形喷头。喷雾时,要注意将药液均匀喷施到试验小区中,做到没有漏喷、多喷的现象。
试验后分别在药后20d、40d观察杂草死亡情况,并比较各种药剂的除草活性。此外,还要在药后1~15d内观察作物的生长情况,以考察药剂对作物是否有药害。
本发明的实施例制剂除草试验效果见下表2(药后20d)和表3(药后40d)

从表2、表3可以看出本发明通过三种农药活性成分联合使用提高了整体防除效果,药效发挥也比较快,使得本发明混合除草剂的杀草谱进一步扩展,在防除禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科杂草方面取得了显著的协同作用。同时本发明混合除草剂用药10天后和40天后药效明显优于三种农药单独使用的防治效果。这表明本发明混合除草剂不仅作用更加持久,而且不易使得杂草尤其是恶性杂草产生抗药性。
从表4可以看出,本发明混合除草剂各小区内的水稻都长势良好,未见任何药斑,说明不同浓度的混合除草剂对水稻都是安全的。本发明混合除草剂容易降解,对水稻安全,无副作用;在土壤中残留期短,对后茬作物安全。
Claims (7)
1.一种含精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸的混合除草剂,其特征在于该除草剂以精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸为有效成分,所述的精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸的质量比为80~98:0.1~10:0.1~10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于所述的精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸的质量比为80~95:0.5~10:0.5~10。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于所述的精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸的质量比为80~90:1~10:1~8。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合除草剂,其特征在于所述的混合除草剂,以精噁唑禾草灵、炔草酯和氯氟吡氧乙酸为有效成分和农药上允许的助剂配制成任意一种剂型,所述的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散颗粒剂、悬浮剂、悬乳剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、乳油。
5.权利要求1所述的混合除草剂在水稻的苗后除草中的应用。
6.权利要求1所述的混合除草剂在防除水稻田禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草科杂草中的应用。
7.权利要求1所述的混合除草剂在防除水稻田空心莲子草、看麦娘、异型莎草、稗草、猪殃殃、矮慈菇、千金子、牛毛毡、节节菜、四叶萍中的应用。
