本发明公开了一种环保功能性面料,该环保功能性面料的生产工艺具体步骤如下:S1:材料准备;S2:原布的检验;S3:取料;S4:烧毛;S5:退浆;S6:煮练;S7:漂白;S8:丝光;S9:染色;S10:缝制;S11:粘合;S12:成品剪切;S13:包装。本发明严格控制环保功能性面料的生产步骤,通过采用杜邦纸、PU革和丝布作为原布料,透气和透湿性能极佳,而且外表面采用PU革作为基面,强度好,而且耐磨性比较强,同时杜邦纸、PU革和丝布均为环保型材料,该环保功能性面料的生产工艺,具有设计合理和安全实用等优点,可以普遍推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料技术领域,具体为一种环保功能性面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。
不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能,比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,穿着舒适,保暖性好,是最理想的童装面料。选择面料时要确认面料的透气性,保温性,吸湿性,静电性等性能特征,再针对面料的挺括性,重量感,软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型,做什么样的款式等,但是单一的面料保证透气性和吸湿性时,却无法保证强度和耐磨效果,而且部分面料不够环保,具有一定的危害性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保功能性面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保功能性面料,该环保功能性面料具体步骤如下:
S1:材料准备,采用杜邦纸、PU革和丝布作为原布料;
S2:原布的检验,通过测量尺测量S1中原布的长度和幅度,通过机械秤称量原布的重量,观察原布料上是否存在瑕疵、污渍和破损,检验完成后将各个原布贴上标签,方便管理;
S3:取料,取相同大小的杜邦纸、PU革和丝布,备用;
S4:烧毛,将S3中的丝布平幅快速通过高温火焰,温度控制在400-500℃;
S5:退浆,将S4中处理后的布料通过碱退浆的方式提高强力、耐磨性能和吸水效果,退浆完成后再利用清洗机将布料清洗干净;
S6:煮练,通过烧碱进行煮练,将S5中的布料在煮布锅进行煮练,煮练3-4h,烧碱浓度25-30g/L,煮练压力控制在190kpa-200kpa,温度控制在130-135℃,煮练完成后再利用清洗机将布料的清洗干净;
S7:漂白,将S6中的布料采用双氧水进行漂白,过氧化氢浓度2-5g/L,用烧碱调节ph值至10.5~10.8,在室温20-25℃下浸轧漂液,再利用95-100℃汽蒸45-60min,然后利用清洗机将布料清洗干净出布;
S8:丝光,利用丝光机将S7中的布料用浓度为280g/L的氢氧化钠溶液在无张力下丝光,控制丝光时间为20-30s,丝光速度控制在100-150m/min,然后利用清洗机将布料清洗干净出布;
S9:染色,将S8中的布料在热熔染色机上进行染色处理,轧余率控制在50-60%之间,焙烘固色的温度根据染料升华牢度来选择,控制在180-220℃,时间1-2min,焙烘后吹冷风或用冷水辊降温至50℃以下;
S10:粘合,将S9中获得的布料和杜邦纸利用粘结剂粘连在一起,再在杜邦纸上均匀涂抹粘结剂,将PU革紧紧的粘连在杜邦纸上,放入烘干机中将布料烘干,温度控制在60-70℃,完成后获得成品;
S11:成品剪切,利用剪切机对S10中获得的成品根据不同需要进行裁剪;
S12:包装,将S11中剪裁完成的面料在包装机上打包成型后,堆放入仓库。
优选的,所述步骤S1中的丝布是20%的蚕丝和80%的人造丝编织而成。
优选的,所述步骤S4中高温火焰是由热板烧毛机产生,车速控制在100m/min,工作宽度2m。
优选的,所述步骤S5碱退浆方式为废氢氧化钠溶液作退浆剂,浓度为10-20g/L,温度为60-80℃堆置6-12h,再浸轧浓度为 4-6g/L的稀硫酸堆置3-6h。
优选的,所述步骤S7中的汽蒸方式是在煮布锅中加入浓度为2-5g/L过氧化氢溶液,放上蒸笼,将布料放置在煮布锅的蒸笼上进行汽蒸。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明严格控制环保功能性面料的生产步骤,通过采用杜邦纸、PU革和丝布作为原布料,透气和透湿性能极佳,而且外表面采用PU革作为基面,强度好,而且耐磨性比较强,同时杜邦纸、PU革和丝布均为环保型材料,该环保功能性面料的生产工艺,具有设计合理和安全实用等优点,可以普遍推广使用。

一种环保功能性面料,该环保功能性面料的生产工艺具体步骤如下:
S1:材料准备,采用杜邦纸、PU革和丝布作为原布料;

S6:煮练,通过烧碱进行煮练,将S5中的布料在煮布锅进行煮练,煮练3-4h,烧碱浓度25-30g/L,煮练压力控制在190kpa-200kpa,温度控制在130-135℃,煮练完成后再利用清洗机将布料的清洗干净;

Claims (5)

1.一种环保功能性面料,其特征在于:该环保功能性面料的生产工艺具体步骤如下:
S1:材料准备,采用杜邦纸、PU革和丝布作为原布料;
S2:原布的检验,通过测量尺测量S1中原布的长度和幅度,通过机械秤称量原布的重量,观察原布料上是否存在瑕疵、污渍和破损,检验完成后将各个原布贴上标签,方便管理;
S3:取料,取相同大小的杜邦纸、PU革和丝布,备用;
S4:烧毛,将S3中的丝布平幅快速通过高温火焰,温度控制在400-500℃;
S5:退浆,将S4中处理后的布料通过碱退浆的方式提高强力、耐磨性能和吸水效果,退浆完成后再利用清洗机将布料清洗干净;
S6:煮练,通过烧碱进行煮练,将S5中的布料在煮布锅进行煮练,煮练3-4h,烧碱浓度25-30g/L,煮练压力控制在190kpa-200kpa,温度控制在130-135℃,煮练完成后再利用清洗机将布料的清洗干净;
S7:漂白,将S6中的布料采用双氧水进行漂白,过氧化氢浓度2-5g/L,用烧碱调节ph值至10.5~10.8,在室温20-25℃下浸轧漂液,再利用95-100℃汽蒸45-60min,然后利用清洗机将布料清洗干净出布;

S11:成品剪切,利用剪切机对S10中获得的成品根据不同需要进行裁剪;
S12:包装,将S11中剪裁完成的面料在包装机上打包成型后,堆放入仓库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保功能性面料,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中的丝布是20%的蚕丝和80%的人造丝编织而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保功能性面料,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中高温火焰是由热板烧毛机产生,车速控制在100m/min,工作宽度2m。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保功能性面料,其特征在于:所述步骤S5碱退浆方式为废氢氧化钠溶液作退浆剂,浓度为10-20g/L,温度为60-80℃堆置6-12h,再浸轧浓度为 4-6g/L的稀硫酸堆置3-6h。
