Abstract
本发明涉及一种醇类液体燃料,供工业锅炉使用
的燃料。它主要利用化肥厂和煤加工生产的副产品
——甲醇作原料,加以粗苯、凝析油(裂解油或废汽
油)和添加剂,按一定重量百分比混合而成。其原料
来源丰富,生产工艺简单,成本低,使用安全、储运方
便。它是一种无烟、无毒、不污染环境的含醇类液体
燃料,其热值高达9000千卡/千克。
Description
本发明属于醇类液体燃料,为工业锅炉用燃料。
醇类作为燃料业已为人所知,如US4279619内燃机燃料、US4801305发动机燃料专利文件中所述的液体燃料,主要由乙醇(甲醇或乙醇和甲醇的混合物)加以少量的汽油或碳氢化合物所组成。此二项专利文件所述的液体燃料,是含醇液体燃料,其中醇类含量占60%以上,但它适用于发动机或内燃机用燃料,不能作工业锅炉燃料。
CN1032026A民用液体燃料所述的粹体燃料是以甲苯为主要原料加以汽油、甲醇和少量添加剂组成。CN1033392A液体燃料组合物所述的液体燃料是以凝析油为主要原料加以粗苯、甲醇、动植物油和适量添加剂混合而成。此二项专利文件所述的液体燃料,均是含醇液体燃料,加入的醇类(乙醇、甲醇)含量在40%以内,依据是醇类含量超过40%成本高、热值低。
煤是工业锅炉的主要燃料,用于烧水供气,但使用不方便而且污染环境和空气。使用石油液化气作为燃,方便、卫生,不污染环境和空气,但因气源紧张很难满足需要,同时石油液化气储运不方便,给用户带来麻烦。烧重油或柴油又不经济,因此,寻找一种比煤炭作燃料干净、卫生又比石油液化气储运方便,价格低的工业锅炉燃料是科研一项课题。
本发明的目的是提供一种代替煤或石油液化气的工业锅炉燃料,它易于汽化、燃烧充分、对环境不污染,使用安全,成本低。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:提供一种醇类液体燃料,从回收化肥厂的废气经加氢逆变制成的粗甲醇为主要原料,加以煤炼焦过程中的副产物-粗苯及石油化工厂和天然气厂的凝析油(裂解油或废汽油或拨头油,也可用石油化工厂用于清洗机械、油罐后的废油、轻质油类代替),混合而成。
本发明的醇类液体燃料,以粗甲醇为主要成分,粗苯、凝析油和添加剂为辅助成分的液体燃料,其特征在于按重量百分比组成的混合物是:
(1)粗甲醇:60-80%
(2)粗苯:15-20%
(3)凝析油:4.5-15%
(4)添加剂:0.5-5%
上述的粗甲醇可用甲醇或乙醇代替、粗苯可用苯、甲苯或二甲苯代替、凝析油可用裂解油或废汽油代替。凝析油也可用废油、轻质油类代替。
按以上重量百分比计量的组合物,输送到合成罐中,用气泵冲气合成。
上述的添加剂由烷基酚钡(助燃剂)、烷基脂肪酸钡(消烟剂)、丙酮(助溶剂)组成。可以等量混合。
粗苯是煤炼焦过程中的副产物,主要成分是苯。而且也是很好的可燃物质,其热值为9000千卡/千克。
甲醇是煤、天燃气、石油生产的化工产品,具有燃烧性好、不易产生黑烟、挥发性强,作为燃料组成物有利于予热和缩短汽化时间。
本发明的醇类液体燃料,主要用于工业锅炉,也可作为工厂、学校、机关、团体食堂等锅炉的燃料。使用时,需在锅炉底部安装一套简易的燃烧装置,类似石油液化气锅炉的结构。燃烧必须经予热气化,其热值可达9000千卡/千克。
本发明的醇类液体燃料各组组成的选择范围宽,重量百分比可调范围大,配制技术简单,不需要专用设备,有利于中、小工厂生产。
下面结出按重量百分比组成的醇类液体燃料实施例:
例1:
(1)粗甲醇(或甲醇):60%
(2)粗苯:20%
(3)凝析油:15%
(4)添加剂:5%
例2:
(1)粗甲醇(或甲醇):80%
(2)粗苯:15%
(3)凝析油:4%
(4)添加剂:1%
例3:
(1)粗甲醇(或甲醇):80%
(2)粗苯:4%
(3)凝析油:15%
(4)添加剂:1%
Claims (6)
1、一种以粗甲醇为主要成分,粗苯、凝析油和添加剂为辅助成分的液体燃料,其特征在于按重量百分比组成的混合物是:
(1)粗甲醇: 60-80%
(2)粗苯: 15-20%
(3)凝析油: 4.5-15%
(4)添加剂: 0.5-5%。
2、按权利要求1所述的液体燃料,其特征在于粗甲醇可用甲醇或乙醇代替。
3、按权利要求1所述的液体燃料,其特征在于粗苯可用苯、甲苯、或二甲苯代替。
4、按权利要求1所述的液体燃料,其特征在于凝析油可用裂解油或废汽油代替。
5、按权利要求1所述的液体燃料,其特征在于凝析油也可用废油、轻质油类代替。
6、按权利要求1所述的液体燃料,其特征在于添加剂由烷基酸钡(助燃剂)、烷基脂肪酸钡(消烟剂)和丙酮(助溶剂)组成。
