Abstract

本发明涉及一种车用代用燃料即合成无铅汽油。该油由甲醇、甲苯、二甲苯、直馏汽油、凝析油或拨头油组成,各组份重量百分比如下:甲醇35-45%,甲苯16-20%,二甲苯18-25%,直馏汽油18-30%,凝析油或拨头油0-6%。该合成无铅汽油起动性好,久存不变质,无气阻,无胶值,一氧化碳、碳氢化合物明显减少,作功柔和运转平稳。

合成无铅汽油
本发明涉及一种车用代用燃料,即合成无铅汽油。
随着石油资源的紧张,大批代用车用燃料应运而起,其中应用最多,发展较快的是甲醇汽油。但目前甲醇汽油存在甲醇含量低,分层,不稳定,挥发性不足,热值低,如中国专利CN86103450。
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种使甲醇利用率提高,稳定性提高,热值性提高,挥发性提高,实现节能,增效,提高尾气排放质量的合成无铅汽油。
本发明的目的可通过以下措施来实现:
一种合成无铅汽油由甲醇、甲苯、二甲苯、直馏汽油、凝析油或拨头油组成,各组份重量百分比如下:
甲醇35-45%,甲苯16-20%,二甲苯18-25%,直馏汽油18-30%,凝析油或拨头油0-6%。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
该合成无铅汽油起动性好,久存不变质,无气阻,无胶值,一氧化碳、碳氢化合物明显减少,作功柔和运转平稳。
在实验室用桑塔纳牌轿车试验,同等条件下,90号商品油平均一分钟转83圈,合成无沿汽油平均一分钟转101圈:
在8公里山区3级公路上用长安牌面的来回往返跑,结果是合成无铅汽油比90号商品油一个来回平均少耗油50毫升。

实施例1:
甲醇38.6%,甲苯18.6%,二甲苯20%,直馏汽油22.8%。
实施例2:
甲醇35%,甲苯17%,二甲苯18%,直馏汽油30%。
实施例3:
甲醇40%,甲苯20%,二甲苯20%,直馏汽油20%。
实施例4:秋冬季用合成无铅汽油:
甲醇38.6%,甲苯18.6%,二甲苯14%,直馏汽油22.8%,凝析油或拨头油6%。
实施例5:夏季用合成无铅汽油:
甲醇38.6%,甲苯18.6%,二甲苯17%,直馏汽油22.8%,凝析油或拨头油3%。
以上实施例的制备方法如下:
将甲醇、甲苯、二甲苯不分顺序加入容器内搅拌10--15分钟,再把直馏汽油,凝析油或拨头油加入上述容器中搅拌10--15分即成。

1.一种合成无铅汽油,由甲醇、甲苯、二甲苯、直馏汽油、凝析油或拨头油组成,其特征在于各组份重量百分比如下:
甲醇35--45%,甲苯16--20%,二甲苯18--25%,直馏汽油18--30%,凝析油或拨头油0--6%。
