Abstract

本发明涉及一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂,其为在复配精油中加入环糊精而成,复配精油与环糊精的重量比为1:5.25~24。该微胶囊悬浮剂还包括湿润分散剂、增稠剂、抗冻剂、防腐剂、增效剂和水,其能够缓慢地释放活性物质,较好地延长其持效期,所用溶剂为水,对环境、人体、牲畜均无毒害作用。

一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂
技术领域
本发明涉及橘小实蝇的检疫与防治技术领域,具体涉及一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂。
背景技术
植物精油一般具有芳香,能够起到抗氧化、抑菌、驱虫、杀虫等作用,广泛运用于医药、化妆品、日用品等领域。但植物精油存在易挥发、不易保存、易光解、对热敏感易分解等问题。微胶囊技术可以很好地保护精油不受外界环境干扰,而又不会影响精油原有的品质、理化性质和活性。
微胶囊剂型农药具有低毒、高效、持效期长等特点,目前在市场中所占份额还比较少(微胶囊悬浮剂的开发研究,中国农药,2012, (08): 22-26),是未来农药剂型的发展趋势。为了使精油微胶囊能够起到较好的生物活性,就需要加工成相应的剂型。悬浮剂是应用于那些不溶于水或在水中溶解度较低的活性物质,在制备过程中需要添加一些助剂,如湿润分散剂、增稠剂、抗冻剂等等,使所得制剂具有良好的流动性、分散性、抗冻性和悬浮性等。饶喜用β-CD把LC精油制备成微胶囊悬浮剂,通过模拟实仓,用100倍液的30%LC/β-CD微胶囊悬浮剂对烟草粉螟处理10 d后,防治效果达76.81%,大于对照敌敌畏乳油(天然产物LC对烟草粉螟的生物活性及其缓释剂型研究,贵阳:贵州大学,2008)。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种长效持久的诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
本发明提供的诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂,其为在复配精油中加入环糊精并制备成悬浮剂。
所述的诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂中包括:复配精油、环糊精、湿润分散剂、增稠剂、抗冻剂、防腐剂、增效剂和水,其中:
所述的复配精油与环糊精的重量比为1: 5.25 ~ 24。
所述复配精油在悬浮剂中的含量为10.0-30.0 wt%;
所述湿润分散剂在悬浮剂中的含量为1.0-5.0 wt%;
所述增稠剂在悬浮剂中的含量为0.1-0.5 wt%;
所述抗冻剂在悬浮剂中的含量为1.0-5.0 wt%;
所述防腐剂在悬浮剂中的含量为1.0-5.0 wt%;
所述增效剂在悬浮剂中的含量为10.0-30.0wt%;
余量为水。
所述复配精油为千层金精油与柠檬精油按重量比1:1 ~ 7及1 ~ 7:1混合;
所述环糊精为β-环糊精;
所述湿润分散剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基硫酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种或几种的混合;
所述增稠剂为黄原胶、硅酸镁铝、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素钠和海藻酸钠中的一种或几种的混合;
所述抗冻剂为聚乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、尿素和氯化钠中的一种或几种的混合;
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠;
所述增效剂为蛋白胨。
本发明提供的诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂是针对活性成分具有易挥发的特性,将其制备成微胶囊悬浮剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1)通过加入环糊精,使复配精油被环糊精包覆,从而提高其悬浮性能和缓释性能。使开发低用量、高效率、长持效期的橘小实蝇引诱剂微胶囊悬浮剂成为可能,大大降低其用量和使用成本,提高其应用水平。
2)该环糊精对活性成分具有很好的包覆作用,并在水中能够很好地释放活性成分。
3)该微胶囊悬浮剂对橘小实蝇雌雄虫均具有良好的引诱效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步解释本发明,但不对本发明构成任何形式的限制。除有特殊说明外,以下实施例中的方法步骤及试剂均为本领域常用。
实施例1:
一种橘小实蝇引诱剂微胶囊悬浮剂,其组成按重量百分比制成,由复配精油(千层金精油:柠檬精油=1:3.5)1.6wt%、环糊精8.4wt%、蛋白胨10.0wt%、湿润分散剂1.0wt%、增稠剂0.1wt%、抗冻剂1.0wt%和防腐剂1.0wt%,水76.9wt%。
实施例2:
一种橘小实蝇引诱剂微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于其组成按重量百分比制成,由复配精油(千层金精油:柠檬精油=1:5.0)1.82wt%、环糊精18.2wt%、蛋白胨20.0wt%、湿润分散剂3.0wt%、增稠剂0.2wt%、抗冻剂3.0wt%和防腐剂3.0wt%,水50.8wt%。
实施例3:
一种橘小实蝇引诱剂微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于其组成按重量百分比制成,由复配精油(千层金精油:柠檬精油=2.5:1)1.43wt%、环糊精28.6wt%、蛋白胨25.0wt%、湿润分散剂4.0wt%、增稠剂0.3wt%、抗冻剂2.0wt%和防腐剂4.0wt%,水39.7wt%。
实施例4:
一种橘小实蝇引诱剂微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于其组成按重量百分比制成,由复配精油(千层金精油:柠檬精油=6.0:1)1.2wt%、环糊精28.8wt%、蛋白胨30.0wt%、湿润分散剂5.0wt%、增稠剂0.5wt%、抗冻剂5.0wt%和防腐剂5.0wt%,水24.5wt%。
采用Y型嗅觉仪对上述实施例1-4进行橘小实蝇的室内引诱效果测试。实验重复3次,测试结果如下:
注:表中数据为平均数±标准误,同列数据后面不同小写字母表示经方差分析差异显著(P<0.05)。

1.一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:由以下原料制成:复配精油、环糊精、湿润分散剂、增稠剂、抗冻剂、防腐剂、增效剂和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:原料由以下组分制成:
所述复配精油在悬浮剂中的含量为10.0-30.0 wt%;
所述复配精油与环糊精的重量比为1:5.25 ~ 24;
所述湿润分散剂在悬浮剂中的含量为1.0-5.0 wt%;
所述增稠剂在悬浮剂中的含量为0.1-0.5 wt%;
所述抗冻剂在悬浮剂中的含量为1.0-5.0 wt%;
所述防腐剂在悬浮剂中的含量为1.0-5.0 wt%;
所述增效剂在悬浮剂中的含量为10.0-30.0wt%;
余量为水。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述复配精油为千层金精油与柠檬精油按重量比1:1 ~ 7及1 ~ 7:1混合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述环糊精为β-环糊精。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述湿润分散剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、十二烷基硫酸钠和十二烷基苯磺酸钠中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为黄原胶、硅酸镁铝、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素钠和海藻酸钠中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述抗冻剂为聚乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、尿素和氯化钠中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种诱杀橘小实蝇的微胶囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述增效剂为蛋白胨。
