在我国,饮料产品以每年16%的增幅快速发展,已成为中国食品行业中发展最快的产品之一,但目前市场上,真正适于中老年人饮用的饮料产品却并不多。与此同时,我国已步入老年社会,老年人数大量增加。因此,研制一款适用于中老年人饮用的饮料产品,在满足中老年人消费需求的同时,充分开发这一潜在的消费群体,对促进饮品产业的进一步发展有着至关重要的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合果蔬营养饮品及其制备方法,其原料天然,不仅含多种营养成分,还具有降脂、降压、活血、明目、通便、抗衰老等多种功效,并克服了现有饮料产品热量高、含糖量高、含添加剂等问题,是一款专为中老年人研制的新型保健饮品。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种复合果蔬营养饮品,其所用原料按重量份计包括:桑葚12-15份、黄豆芽5-8份、胡萝卜10-15份、荸荠6-8份、玉米笋5-8份、荔枝8-10份、木槿花10-12份、葛仙米3-5份、蛋黄果3-5份、寒莓叶2-3份。
优选地,所用原料按重量份计包括:桑葚15份、黄豆芽8份、胡萝卜12份、荸荠6份、玉米笋5份、荔枝8份、木槿花12份、葛仙米4份、蛋黄果3份、寒莓叶2份。
所述复合果蔬营养饮品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将桑葚洗净、荔枝去皮去核后,用打浆机将其打碎,80目滤网过滤,得果汁备用;
2)分别将黄豆芽洗净,荸荠、蛋黄果去皮,胡萝卜、玉米笋洗净切段后备用;
3)在葛仙米、寒莓叶中加入用料总重8-10倍的水,于90-100℃煮制30-50min,然后倒入切段的胡萝卜、玉米笋煮制10-15min,再倒入木槿花及黄豆芽、荸荠,继续煮制3-5min后停火;
4)待步骤3)所得料液冷却后,加入蛋黄果进行两次打浆,再经80目滤网过滤,得浆液;

桑葚个大、肉厚、酸甜可口,是人们常食的水果之一,其不仅具有分解脂肪、降低血脂的作用,还能改善血液供应,营养肌肤,使皮肤白嫩、头发乌黑亮泽,并具有免疫促进及延缓衰老的作用。
荸荠肉质洁白、味甜多汁、清脆可口,有“地下雪梨”之美称,是深受大众喜欢的时令食品。荸荠中含磷较高,能维持生理功能的需要,并可促进体内三大物质的代谢,调节酸碱平衡,此外,多食荸荠还具有降压、抑菌、防流感等多种功效。
荔枝含葡萄糖、蛋白质、维生素、叶酸、精氨酸、色氨酸等各种营养素,具有补脑健身、开胃生津、延缓衰老的功效。
木槿花食之口感爽滑,含有蛋白质、氨基酸、黄酮类活性化合物及粘液质,具有极高营养价值,同时,食用木槿花还具有清热凉血、润肺燥湿、排毒养颜等保健功效。
桑葚、荸荠、荔枝风味良好,是深受大众喜爱的水果,但桑葚、荸荠性微寒,而大部分中老年人脾胃虚弱,不宜多食,而荔枝性燥热,中老年人也不宜过多食用。本发明通过将桑葚、荸荠、荔枝搭配使用,并加入木槿花祛湿调和,不仅可使所得饮品带有桑葚、荸荠与荔枝的混合风味,还兼具其所具有的各种营养价值及保健功效,使其适于中老年人饮用,能满足中老年人食用桑葚、荸荠、荔枝的需求。
黄豆芽是一种营养丰富、味道鲜美的蔬菜,其含有蛋白质、粗纤维、维生素B2、维生素E、维生素C等多种营养成分,具有清热明目、补气养血、降低胆固醇等功效,常食黄豆芽还具有美容、健脑、抗疲劳等作用。
胡萝卜是一种质脆味美、营养丰富的家常蔬菜,其富含糖类、挥发油、胡萝卜素、花青素等营养成分,具有增强免疫力、养肝明目、降压、通便等保健功效。
玉米笋的营养价值和保健作用较高,且其中含有钙、谷胱甘肽、维生素、镁、硒和脂肪酸等7种抗衰剂,经常食用对因身体机能老化而引起的高血压、冠心病、视力衰退等老年性疾病有良好的预防和辅助治疗的效果。
葛仙米为蓝藻纲念珠藻科植物,其富含钙质,是一种极好的补钙食品,并含有人体必需的多种氨基酸及多糖等活性物质,具有清火、明目、抗衰老、抗感染等治疗功效。
本发明采用黄豆芽、胡萝卜、玉米笋、葛仙米为原料,在增加所得饮品营养价值的同时,可使所得饮品具有良好调脂降压、明目通便的功效,并具有增强机体免疫、提高防病抗病能力的效果。
蛋黄果富含淀粉,并含丰富营养物质,具有辅助消化、活血强身、减压降脂等功效。寒莓叶具有补阴益精的功效,对机体具有良好滋补强壮的效果。本发明将蛋黄果、寒莓叶作为原料制备饮品,可增强所得饮品对中老年人的保健、养生功效,以进一步提高机体防病抗病的能力。
本发明针对中老年人的生理特点,以上述原料制备营养饮品,不仅可满足中老年人日常对蛋白质、氨基酸、膳食纤维、钙等多种营养成分的摄入需求,还具有降脂、降压、活血、明目、通便、抗衰老等多种功效,且本发明营养饮品充分利用了各原料自身的独特风味,其制备过程中无糖及添加剂的加入,有效克服了现有饮料产品热量高、含糖量高、含添加剂等问题,是一款专门适于中老年人饮用的保健饮品。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明所述的内容更加便于理解,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案做进一步的说明,但是本发明不仅限于此。
实施例1
一种复合果蔬营养饮品,其所用原料按重量份计包括:桑葚15份、黄豆芽8份、胡萝卜12份、荸荠6份、玉米笋5份、荔枝8份、木槿花12份、葛仙米4份、蛋黄果3份、寒莓叶2份。
所述复合果蔬营养饮品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将桑葚洗净、荔枝去皮去核后,用打浆机将其打碎,80目滤网过滤,得果汁备用;
2)分别将黄豆芽洗净,荸荠、蛋黄果去皮,胡萝卜、玉米笋洗净切段后备用;
3)在葛仙米、寒莓叶中加入用料总重8倍的水,于100℃煮制30min,然后倒入切段的胡萝卜、玉米笋煮制12min,再倒入木槿花及黄豆芽、荸荠,继续煮制3min后停火;
4)待步骤3)所得料液冷却后,加入蛋黄果进行两次打浆,再经80目滤网过滤,得浆液;
5)将所得浆液与步骤1)所得果汁混合均匀后,经均质、灭菌即得所述复合果蔬营养饮品。
实施例2
一种复合果蔬营养饮品,其所用原料按重量份计包括:桑葚12份、黄豆芽5份、胡萝卜10份、荸荠7份、玉米笋6份、荔枝9份、木槿花10份、葛仙米3份、蛋黄果4份、寒莓叶2份。
所述复合果蔬营养饮品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将桑葚洗净、荔枝去皮去核后,用打浆机将其打碎,80目滤网过滤,得果汁备用;
2)分别将黄豆芽洗净,荸荠、蛋黄果去皮,胡萝卜、玉米笋洗净切段后备用;
3)在葛仙米、寒莓叶中加入用料总重9倍的水,于90℃煮制50min,然后倒入切段的胡萝卜、玉米笋煮制10min,再倒入木槿花及黄豆芽、荸荠,继续煮制4min后停火;
4)待步骤3)所得料液冷却后,加入蛋黄果进行两次打浆,再经80目滤网过滤,得浆液;
5)将所得浆液与步骤1)所得果汁混合均匀后,经均质、灭菌即得所述复合果蔬营养饮品。
实施例3
一种复合果蔬营养饮品,其所用原料按重量份计包括:桑葚13份、黄豆芽6份、胡萝卜15份、荸荠8份、玉米笋8份、荔枝10份、木槿花11份、葛仙米5份、蛋黄果5份、寒莓叶3份。
所述复合果蔬营养饮品的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将桑葚洗净、荔枝去皮去核后,用打浆机将其打碎,80目滤网过滤,得果汁备用;
2)分别将黄豆芽洗净,荸荠、蛋黄果去皮,胡萝卜、玉米笋洗净切段后备用;
3)在葛仙米、寒莓叶中加入用料总重10倍的水,于95℃煮制40min,然后倒入切段的胡萝卜、玉米笋煮制15min,再倒入木槿花及黄豆芽、荸荠,继续煮制5min后停火;
4)待步骤3)所得料液冷却后,加入蛋黄果进行两次打浆,再经80目滤网过滤,得浆液;
5)将所得浆液与步骤1)所得果汁混合均匀后,经均质、灭菌即得所述复合果蔬营养饮品。
功效试验
试验组所用饮品原料配方为:桑葚15 g、黄豆芽8 g、胡萝卜12 g、荸荠6 g、玉米笋5 g、荔枝8 g、木槿花12 g、葛仙米4 g、蛋黄果3 g、寒莓叶2 g;所用饮品按实施例1所述方法制备后,加水稀释10倍,供试验用。
阳性对照组所用饮品原料配方为:桑葚15 g、黄豆芽8 g、胡萝卜12 g、荸荠6 g、玉米笋5 g、荔枝8 g、木槿花12 g、葛仙米4 g;所用饮品按实施例1所述方法(煮制时加入与试验组等量的水)制备后,加水稀释10倍,供试验用。
1. 抗衰老试验
取健康成年小鼠30只,体重18-22g,雌雄各半,适应性喂养一周后,随机分为空白对照组、试验组和阳性对照组,每组10只,试验组和阳性对照组每天早晚分别灌胃给予一次相应饮品2mL,空白对照组灌胃给予等量蒸馏水,连续3周后,于末次灌胃后12h,将各组小鼠采用摘除眼球的方法取血,经3000r/min低温低速离心15min获得血清后,测定小鼠血清中SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、CAT(过氧化氢酶)、MDA(丙二醛)的含量,结果见表1。

由表1可见,与空白对照组相比,试验组与阳性对照组小鼠血清SOD和CAT含量明显升高,MDA含量明显降低,且试验组与阳性对照组无明显差异。由此说明,本发明所制备饮品具有良好抗氧化、抗衰老的效果。
2. 增强免疫试验
取健康成年雄性小鼠30只,体重18-22g,适应性喂养一周后,随机分为空白对照组、试验组和阳性对照组,每组10只,试验组和阳性对照组每天早晚分别灌胃给予一次相应饮品2mL,空白对照组灌胃给予等量蒸馏水,连续3周后,于末次灌胃后2h,每鼠腹腔注射5%(v/v)鸡红细胞(CRBC)0.5mL,于注射CRBC 12h后颈椎脱臼处死小鼠,剪开腹腔皮肤,注射生理盐水2mL,轻揉小鼠腹部后,吸取腹腔冲洗液分滴于两片载玻片上,每片0.2mL,放入垫有湿纱布的搪瓷盆内,于37 ℃温育30min。孵毕,于生理盐水中漂去未被吞噬的CRBC及其他细胞,吹干,瑞士-姬母萨复合染液染色3min后用蒸馏水漂洗30s,凉干,油镜观察。计数100个巨噬细胞,同时记录被吞噬的鸡红细胞总数,计算吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,结果见表2。

由表2可见,与空白对照组相比,试验组小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能有显著提高,而阳性对照组小鼠吞噬功能虽然有所提高,但其效果并不明显。由此说明,本发明所制备饮品具有良好提高机体免疫的功效,且蛋黄果和寒莓叶的加入对其功效提高有显著效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种复合果蔬营养饮品,其特征在于:所用原料按重量份计包括:桑葚12-15份、黄豆芽5-8份、胡萝卜10-15份、荸荠6-8份、玉米笋5-8份、荔枝8-10份、木槿花10-12份、葛仙米3-5份、蛋黄果3-5份、寒莓叶2-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述复合果蔬营养饮品,其特征在于:所用原料按重量份计包括:桑葚15份、黄豆芽8份、胡萝卜12份、荸荠6份、玉米笋5份、荔枝8份、木槿花12份、葛仙米4份、蛋黄果3份、寒莓叶2份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述复合果蔬营养饮品的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)将桑葚洗净、荔枝去皮去核后,用打浆机将其打碎,80目滤网过滤,得果汁备用;
2)分别将黄豆芽洗净,荸荠、蛋黄果去皮,胡萝卜、玉米笋洗净切段后备用;
3)在葛仙米、寒莓叶中加入用料总重8-10倍的水,于90-100℃煮制30-50min,然后倒入切段的胡萝卜、玉米笋煮制10-15min,再倒入木槿花及黄豆芽、荸荠,继续煮制3-5min后停火;
4)待步骤3)所得料液冷却后,加入蛋黄果进行两次打浆,再经80目滤网过滤,得浆液;
5)将所得浆液与步骤1)所得果汁混合均匀后,经均质、灭菌即得所述复合果蔬营养饮品。
