Abstract
本发明公开了一种葛仙米果汁饮料，属饮料技术领域。葛仙米含多种氨基酸，尤其是赖氨酸和苏氨酸的含量较高，品种较齐全，结构合理，同时葛仙米还富含多种维生素，类胡萝卜素和藻胆素，维生素B1、B2高于一般菌藻类，其丰富的维生素E，使葛仙米具有抗老化、抗氧化以及抗癌的功能。本发明提供的一种葛仙米果汁饮料由经生化提汁工艺处理后的葛仙米汁、桑椹汁、蔗糖、品质改良剂及水，按普通饮料加工方法制成。该饮料具有营养丰富，有较好的滋补强身、润肺健胃、宁心安神、清热利尿以及提高人体免疫力等保健功能。该饮料的生产只需在传统工艺设备上稍加改进即可生产，生产方法简便、易操作、成本低。

技术领域：本发明提供一种葛仙米果汁饮料，属饮料生产技术领域。
背景技术：现有饮料品种繁多，均具有一定的营养价值，但未见采用葛仙米与桑椹提取汁等生产葛仙米果汁饮料的报道。葛仙米，原名“天仙菜”，学名拟球状念球藻，为水生藻类植物，蓝藻纲，念球藻属，不仅营养丰富，食之可以强身，亦有医药保健之功效，《本草纲目》有详细记载。葛仙米除含丰富的氨基酸外，还富含活性多糖、多种维生素、类胡萝卜素和藻胆素，维生素B1、B2也高于一般菌藻类，其丰富的维生素E，使葛仙米具有抗老化、抗氧化以及抗癌的功能。而桑椹同样具有滋补强身、润肺健胃、宁心安神、清热利尿的功能。以葛仙米与桑椹制成的葛仙米果汁饮料，营养丰富，食用方便，老少皆宜。
发明内容：本发明的目的是要提供营养丰富，并具有较好保健作用的一种葛仙米果汁饮料。为达到上述目的，本发明的实施方案为：
本发明一种葛仙米果汁饮料，采用具有滋补强身、抗老化、抗氧化、抗肿瘤功能的葛仙米和具有润肺健胃、宁心安神、清热利尿与补肝肾功能的桑椹为主要原料制成。其原料配比中葛仙米提取汁8～10％，桑椹提取汁5～8％，蔗糖8～10％，品质改良剂0.2～1‰，其余为水，经加工而成。所述的葛仙米提取汁、桑椹提取汁均采用生化提汁工艺制备。所述的品质改良剂选用多聚磷酸钠与抗坏血酸钠。该饮料的生产方法为先采用生化提取汁的方法提取葛仙米、桑椹汁，然后按常规饮料生产方法通过常规的设备加工生产出葛仙米果汁饮料。
提取方法为：将原料清洗后，在温度15～20℃的条件下，在常规的生化提取设备中经10～24小时处理后进行分离。
本发明的生产工艺流程如下：
原料→清理→破碎→生化提汁→调配→均质→杀菌→灌装→检验→成品
具体实施方式：
先将清洗后的葛仙米与桑椹分别浸泡6小时与3小时，捞出控水后入破碎机破碎，然后放入蒸煮锅等生化提取设备中，加入原料重0.2％的助提剂维生素C的钠盐，在温度15℃的条件下经40分钟后分离出提取汁。然后将8％的蔗糖、0.2‰的多聚磷酸钠和抗坏血酸钠、其余为水进行调配，调配后在25MPa下进行均质处理，然后在135℃温度下灭菌5秒钟，随后在0.2MPa负压下封灌，最后按国家标准进行检验，装箱后即为成品。
本发明与现有技术相比，饮料具有营养丰富，有较好的滋补抗病保健功能；生产方法具有简便、易操作、成本低等优点。
Claims (4)
1.一种葛仙米果汁饮料，其特征在于：该饮料由葛仙米提取汁、桑椹提取汁、蔗糖、品质改良剂和水制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种葛仙米果汁饮料，其特征在于：所述的饮料各组成成份的比例为：葛仙米提取汁为8～10％，桑椹提取汁为5～8％，蔗糖为8～10％，品质改良剂为0.2～1‰，其余为水。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种葛仙米果汁饮料，其特征在于：所述的葛仙米提取汁、桑椹提取汁均采用生化提汁工艺制备。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种葛仙米果汁饮料，其特征在于：所述的品质改良剂选用多聚磷酸钠与抗坏血酸钠。
