技术领域
本发明涉及建筑板材领域,特别是涉及一种新型蜂窝复合板。
背景技术
建筑工程领域的常用复合板材蜂窝板技术,如纸蜂窝、玻璃钢蜂窝和铝蜂窝,纸质蜂窝板材,本身强度很低,不耐潮湿且容易老化,且易燃防火性能差。玻璃钢蜂窝,而冲击强度低、易老化;铝蜂窝板由铝蜂窝芯和铝合金面板胶结而成,铝蜂窝常用铝箔制成,质软强度低,常需要较厚的铝合金面板来提供强度和刚度,这样就增加了蜂窝板的自重。而当采用蜂窝板作为建筑外墙或者隔断层时,无论是纸蜂窝、玻璃钢蜂窝还是铝蜂窝无法承受较大的纵向冲击,而且上述蜂窝板材都无法保证较好的隔音隔热作用。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种新型蜂窝复合板,具有质轻、强度高、防火性能好并具有优良节能保温效果。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型蜂窝复合板,由上至下依次包括面板、第一复合蜂窝芯层、分隔层、第二复合蜂窝芯层、背板;上述5层结构层与层之间通过双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂进行胶接;所述第一复合蜂窝芯层和第二蜂窝芯层由若干个采用航空树脂基复合材料一体成型的六边形蜂窝胶接形成;所述第一复合蜂窝芯层的蜂孔尺寸小于第二复合蜂窝芯层的蜂孔。
作为优选,第二复合蜂窝芯层的蜂孔内填充有吸音隔热材料。
作为优选,分隔层采用碳纤维或者玻璃纤维材料制成。
作为优选,所述面板和背板采用高强度合金板材制成,面板的外表面设有PVDF涂层,漆膜厚度不小于25μm,氟碳树脂含量不小于70%。
作为优选,所述面板外表层做陶瓷化涂釉处理。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、第一复合蜂窝芯层和第二蜂窝芯层的蜂窝采用一体成型技术,从结构上避免了其他蜂窝易变形,强度低的同时,固定成型使整个蜂窝在各种受力条件下更均匀,使每个蜂窝之间像相互刚接的刚体一样,从而使蜂窝层有很好的浑然一体,整体性提高,使其具备良好的抗剪性能。
2、航空树脂基复合材料具有比强度和比刚度高,可设计性强,抗疲劳断裂性能好,耐腐蚀,结构尺寸稳定性等优点,因此采用航空树脂基复合材料设计的蜂窝芯能够有效提高蜂窝复合板的强度与刚度,且具备良好的耐腐蚀性。
3、第一蜂窝芯层的蜂孔孔径小于第二蜂窝芯层的蜂孔孔径,第一复合蜂窝芯层与面板结合能够提供更高的抗弯能力,作为建筑外墙装饰材料时,外层的风荷载能力大大加强。而且当外层受到切向力冲击时,面板与第一层小口径蜂窝芯层连接有效分散作用力,再通过碳纤维或玻璃纤维材质的分隔层将力传递给第二层大口径蜂窝芯层做进一步分散,有效提高蜂窝板的抗纵向冲击能力。
4、大口径蜂窝芯层蜂孔内填充隔音隔热材料,使得蜂窝板一板多用,有效提高蜂窝板的隔音隔热作用。
5、面板表层做涂釉处理或者烧结PVDF涂层,能够有效提高蜂窝板外层的防水性能,使其具备更加优良的耐候性。

为了使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种新型蜂窝复合板,具有质轻、强度高、防火性能好并具有优良节能保温效果,由上至下依次包括面板1、第一复合蜂窝芯层2、分隔层3、第二复合蜂窝芯层4、背板5;上述5层结构层与层之间通过双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂进行胶接;所述第一复合蜂窝芯层2和第二蜂窝芯层4由若干个采用航空树脂基复合材料一体成型的六边形蜂孔胶接形成;所述第一复合蜂窝芯层2的蜂孔尺寸小于第二复合蜂窝芯层4的蜂孔。航空树脂基复合材料具有比强度和比刚度高,可设计性强,抗疲劳断裂性能好,耐腐蚀,结构尺寸稳定性等优点,因此采用航空树脂基复合材料设计的蜂窝芯能够有效提高蜂窝复合板的强度与刚度,且具备良好的耐腐蚀性。

分隔层采用碳纤维或者玻璃纤维材料制成,能够有效承受第一复合蜂窝芯层传递的切向力,同时将力均匀的传递给第二复合蜂窝芯层。
面板和背板采用高强度合金板材制成,面板的外表面设有PVDF涂层,漆膜厚度不小于25μm,氟碳树脂含量不小于70%。或者对面板的外表面进行陶瓷化涂釉处理,使整个材料表面有良好的密实性,较好自润滑性和防水性能。经过陶瓷化的面板不仅具有良好的保温性能,还有非常好的阻燃防火性能,同时也会有美观的陶瓷光泽效果。

1.一种新型蜂窝复合板,其特征在于:由上至下依次包括面板(1)、第一复合蜂窝芯层(2)、分隔层(3)、第二复合蜂窝芯层(4)、背板(5);上述5层结构层与层之间通过双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂进行胶接;所述第一复合蜂窝芯层(2)和第二蜂窝芯层(4)由若干个采用航空树脂基复合材料一体成型的六边形蜂窝胶接形成;所述第一复合蜂窝芯层(2)的蜂孔尺寸小于第二复合蜂窝芯层(4)的蜂孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型蜂窝复合板,其特征在于:所述第二复合蜂窝芯层(4)的蜂孔内填充有吸音隔热材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型蜂窝复合板,其特征在于:所述分隔层(3)采用碳纤维或者玻璃纤维材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种新型蜂窝复合板,其特征在于:所述面板(1)和背板(5)采用高强度合金板材制成,面板的外表面设有PVDF涂层,漆膜厚度不小于25μm,氟碳树脂含量不小于70%。
