Abstract
本发明涉及一种仿皮用的氯丁胶乳与水性聚氨酯共混改性的树脂制备的新方法。按专利ZL91108102.X,即用植物油改性多元醇制得异氰酸酯为端基的聚氨酯预聚体与过量多亚乙基多胺反应,生成聚氨酯脲化合物,再与表卤醇反应得中间产物,然后与环状无水羧酸酐反应,制得水性聚氨酯,其特征是将制得水性聚氨酯不用碱中和,直接与阳离子型氯丁胶乳共混制得仿皮用改性水性聚氨酯树脂,在共混物的组成中两组份可以任意比例进行共混。适用于不同基布和不同工艺的生产线上生产仿皮制品。
Description
本发明涉及一种仿皮用的氯丁胶乳与水性聚氨酯共混改性的树脂制备新方法。
聚氨酯革(简称PU革),近十多年来逐渐地被人们所认识,正在不断地替代天然革,满足人们回归大自然对天然革服装及其用品的日益增长的需要。因为,PU革一改过去聚氯乙烯人造革具有热粘冷脆的缺点。其仿皮制品,无论是从手感、外观,还是从内部结构,都有酷似真皮之感,抗虫蛀,不霉变,经久耐用之特点。因此,PU革发展很快。
但是,国内引进几十条干、湿法生产PU革的生产线,都是使用溶剂(DMF,二甲基甲胺)型PU树脂。由于DMF的毒性和污染,必须回收再用,使生产PU革的厂家投资加大,成本提高,效益下降。为此,迫使生产PU革的厂商急需要用水性PU树脂来替代溶剂型PU树脂生产PU革。
虽然,国外有不少关于用水性PU树脂生产PU革的专利发表。但是,国内没有引进一条是用水性PU树脂来生产PU革的仿皮生产线。尽管有不少厂家生产了用于真皮涂饰和复鞣填充的水性PU树脂,却不能用于仿皮,特别是不能用于无纺布仿皮。其主要原因:一是生产水性PU树脂成本较高。二是生产的水性PU树脂质量不稳定,三是用水性PU树脂进行仿皮的生产工艺尚不成熟,使之不能与成熟的溶剂型PU树脂仿皮制品抗衡。
日本专利,特开昭52——62357,介绍了一种用阴离子型水性聚氨酯与阴离子型氯丁胶乳共混改性的树脂,浸渍起绒棉布,制得一种具高回弹性,却带橡皮感的仿皮制品,缺乏真皮的柔软又有身骨的柔韧手感。
本发明的目的是根据上述情况,本发明者们致力于这方面的研究,发现用本发明者们申请的专利ZL91108102.X的方法制得的水性聚氨酯,不用碱中和,直接与阳离子型氯丁胶乳进行共混改性,制得仿皮用的改性的水性聚氨酯树脂。
一种仿皮用改性水性聚氨酯树的制备方法是采取以下方案实现的:采用本发明者们申请的专利91108102.X《制革用阴离子型水性聚氨酯制备方法》制得的聚氨酯预聚体,与过量的多亚乙基多胺反应生成聚氨酯脲化合物,再与表卤醇反应得中间产物,然后与环状无水羧酸酐反应,得加聚物,不用碱中和,直接与阳离子型氯丁胶乳进行共混改性,制得仿皮用改性水性聚氨酯树酯。在共混物的组成中,两组份可以任何比例进行共混。聚氨酯量增加,仿皮制品手感好,皮感强;氯丁胶乳用量增加,回弹性提高,韧劲增强,橡皮感加重。一般用于仿皮树脂,两者共混比,最好为30-70%∶70-30%(有效成份重量百分比)。
本发明一种仿皮用的改性的水性聚氨酯树脂,与日本专利特开昭52-62357比较,利用氯丁胶乳改善仿皮制品的回弹性和韧性,降低成本是相同的。但是,本发明使用的是阳离子型氯丁胶乳,其仿皮制品的手感要好于阴离子型氯丁胶乳。本发明共混物中两组份共混比范围极宽,能适应不同仿皮制品的生产工艺的要求。
对这种共混改性的水性聚氨酯树脂,既可以按氯丁胶乳要求加入硫化剂、硫化促进剂、补强剂、防老剂等,也可以按水性聚氨酯要求加入交联剂、交联促进剂,以及填料、增塑剂、增白剂、增稠剂、增粘剂、着色剂、脱臭剂、赋香剂、消泡剂、润湿剂、手感改良剂、发泡剂、阻燃剂、絮凝剂、热敏剂等。
这种共混改性的水性聚氨酯树脂可用于合成纤维、天然纤维及其混合纤维制成的无纺布、机织布、针织布等基布的仿皮。根据基布的品质和生产工艺的不同,可制成服装革、鞋革、箱包革和沙发革等。例如,在共混树脂中加入热敏剂,就可在带有热敏凝聚和水洗工序装置的仿皮生产线上生产仿皮制品。在共混树脂中加入絮凝剂,使含浸树脂的基布通过60-80℃热水使之凝聚,焙烘干燥,就可在湿法生产线上生产仿皮制品。若含浸树脂的基布直接通过烘箱,焙烘干燥,那么,在普通的印染厂、人造革厂的生产线上都可用这种干法来生产仿皮制品。不过,干法生产的仿皮制品的透气性能不如用热敏法和湿法生产的仿皮制品的透气性好。因为树脂中的水溶性物质不能被水洗脱。但是,干法生产仿皮制品具有生产效率高、节约能源的特点。其仿皮制品可以通过加入一定的手感改良剂或发泡剂来改善透气性。
上述仿皮制品可以用移膜法贴膜,或用涂层轧花工艺来改进仿皮表观性能,也可以用磨绒法生产仿麂皮制品。
实施例一
用蓖麻油改性聚醚多元醇按专利ZL91108102.X《制革用阴离子型水性聚氨酯制备方法》,不用碱中和,制得的水性聚氨酯(含固量25%)和阳离子型氯丁胶乳(含固量50%),水性聚氨酯与氯丁胶乳的共混比按30∶70,混合搅拌均匀,用水调节含固量为30%。用这种共混仿皮树脂100公斤,氧化锌和轻质碳酸钙的50%水分散浆10公斤,锌铵络离子型热敏剂(含固量50%)10公斤,氯化铵和柠檬酸复合催化剂(含固量20%)10公斤,搅拌均匀,浸轧针刺尼龙涤纶混合纤维无纺布,在通过红外灯照射的热敏辊时,在低于60℃下凝胶。然后,通过水洗,焙烘干燥,磨绒,或片皮,贴膜,就能制得手感柔韧的、无折印的、无松面的、酷似真皮的仿皮制品。
对该配方略加调整,同样可以在湿法和干法生产线上生产出性能良好的仿皮制品。
实施例二:
用蓖麻油改性聚醚多元醇按专利ZL91108102.X《制草用阴离子型水性聚氨酯制备方法》不用碱中和制得水性聚氨酯(含固量25%)和阳离子型氯丁胶乳(含固量50%),水性聚氨酯与氯丁胶乳的共混比按50∶50混合搅拌均匀,调节含固量为30%。用这种共混仿皮树脂100公斤,氧化锌18.2公斤,KB树脂18.2公斤,非离子表面活性剂36.35公斤,增白剂DT1.34公斤,纯兰颜料20克,混合研磨,对起绒经编针积涤纶基布上浆,焙烘固化,可获得手感柔软酷似真皮的白色仿麂皮面料。
Claims (2)
1、一种仿皮用改性水性聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,用植物油改性多元醇制得异氰酸酯为端基的聚氨酯预聚体,与过量的多亚乙基多胺反应,生成聚氨酯脲化合物,再与表卤醇反应得中间产物,然后与环状无水羧酸酐反应,制得水性聚氨酯。其特征是将制得的水性聚氨酯不用碱中和,直接与阳离子型氯丁胶乳共混制得仿皮用改性水性聚酯树脂,在共混物的组成中,两组份可以任何比例进行共混。
2、根据权利要求1所述的仿皮用改性水性聚氨酯树酯的制备方法,其特征是水性聚氨酯与阳离子型氯丁胶乳两者共混比最好为30-70%;70-30%(有效成份重量百分比)。
