Abstract
本发明提供了一种3D立体彩涂板,包括基板,在基板的正反两面为化学处理层,在背面的化学处理层的下面为背漆层,在正面的化学处理层的上面为底漆层,底漆层的上面设胶水层,所述胶水层的上面帖覆带有UV压花的PET复合铝箔膜。在基板表面帖覆带有UV压花的PET复合铝箔膜,使彩涂板表面呈现立体3D的效果和触感,并透出金属光泽,外观更高贵、奢华、富有艺术气息,实现板材结构升级,提升板材外观竞争力,更能满足用户日益提升的外观需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于家用电器外壳、建筑内外装饰等用的金属板领域,具体地说,涉及一种3D立体彩涂板。
背景技术
现有的家电彩涂板表面效果往往是金属拉丝效果或者是平面图案类的彩板,无法把两者结合起来,外观单一,易产生审美疲劳、不能满足用户日益增长的家电外观多样化的需求。
市面上现有的PET+PVC覆合类压纹效果彩板是将PET+PVC彩膜贴覆在经高温烘烤后基板上(基板表面涂覆胶水)覆合而成。PET+PVC覆合类彩膜结构:PET膜上面压有花纹图案层,下面依次为颜色层/蒸镀层、胶黏剂层、PVC。但由于这种彩膜采用PVC材料,不利于环保。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保性能较好的具有立体效果的3D立体彩涂板。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种3D立体彩涂板,包括基板,在基板的正反两面为化学处理层,在背面的化学处理层的下面为背漆层,在正面的化学处理层的上面为底漆层,底漆层的上面设胶水层,所述胶水层的上面帖覆带有UV压花的PET复合铝箔膜。采用带有UV压花的PET复合铝箔膜替代目前的PET+PVC覆合彩膜,取消了PVC膜,更利于环保。
其中,所述带有UV压花的PET复合铝箔膜包括PET膜,在PET膜的上面设UV压花层,PET膜的下面为颜色层,颜色层的下面通过胶粘剂层帖覆铝箔层。值得注意的是,这里的关键在于UV压花层设置在PET膜的上面,图案立体效果更为明显,由于该UV压花层是光学级的,在光线通过不同角度照射在彩钢板上时,会折射出不同的光线,呈现3D立体效果。
其中,所述UV压花层通过模具压制在PET膜的上面,所述颜色层印刷在PET膜的下面。
其中,所述UV压花层的上面设PE保护膜。
所述基板采用不锈钢板、电镀锌板、热镀锌板、镀铝锌板或镀锡板。基板表面光亮、有镜面效果。
上述3D立体彩涂板的生产工艺流程:基板开卷→基板前处理→钢板底漆背漆涂布→钢板正面覆膜→正面覆保护膜收卷。
具体工艺步骤如下:
1.基板开卷:整体线速:20-36m/min;
2.基板前处理:基板经过两道脱脂工序,然后经过水洗工序和钝化工序;
脱脂工序:脱脂点数:5-7pt(浓度单位品脱),脱脂液温度:50-65℃,刷洗箱刷洗辊转速:170-220;
水洗工序:水洗温度40-50℃;
钝化工序:即在钢板表面化学处理剂处理。钝化剂浓度8.0-10.0pt(浓度单位品脱),钝化剂是在一定条件下,能通过其作用在金属表面形成一层致密氧化膜(钝化膜),以增强金属的防腐能力的化学药剂;正面提料辊/涂布辊辊速:6/24,背面提料辊/涂布辊辊速:7/26。
3.背漆底漆涂布:钝化后的基板先经涂布室涂覆底漆和背漆,之后进入烘箱烘干,涂布室参数设置:调漆室调漆粘度:40-50S;背漆底漆上机粘度:30~50S;辊速比(提料辊/涂布辊):6/27,背漆干膜厚:4-6um,底漆干膜厚8-10um。背漆涂覆完成后进入烘箱进行烘干、固化;
烘箱温度(一区/二区/三区):180/330/340,PMT:216-224℃;
4.覆彩膜:在涂布底漆层的基板正面进行涂布胶水,经过高温(190-240℃)烘烤后,在15-25℃的环境中,进行帖覆PET复合铝箔膜;PET复合铝箔膜,是在铝箔膜上层设带UV压花的PET膜,此类薄膜为铝箔金属膜;
5.覆保护膜收卷:保护膜厚度:30-50um。
在基板表面帖覆带有UV压花的PET复合铝箔膜,使彩涂板表面呈现立体3D的效果和触感,并透出金属光泽,外观更高贵、奢华、富有艺术气息。
通过借鉴包装行业的压花技术,在PET层的上面采用模具压制花纹图案,使彩涂板表面具有立体花纹效果,实现板材结构升级,提升板材外观竞争力,更能满足用户日益提升的外观需求。先进的压花生产工艺,加上铝箔膜的衬托,在传统的彩涂板材上体现了3D立体纹路的金属效果,实现外观效果的升华,是传统彩涂板的升级产品。
本发明的彩涂板具有以下优点:
a、本发明的彩涂板采用保护膜→UV压花层→PET层→颜色层→胶粘剂层→铝箔层→胶水层→底漆层→正面化学处理层→基板→背面化学处理层→背漆层的新型结构,实现花纹具有立体层次感的彩涂板材效果。相对于PET+PVC类复合彩钢板,外观金属感(铝箔层)更强,同时表面呈现立体的3D效果(UV压花层)。
b、帖覆带有UV压花的铝箔膜,实现3D纹路效果外观,表面纹路可以是花纹、几何纹理,或者根据用户定制外观效果。
c、与普通的彩涂板材相比表面具有立体纹路效果外观更高档,视觉效果更丰富,提升板材外观竞争力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
参考图1所示,图中示出了一种3D立体彩涂板的横截面示意图,该彩涂板的结构包括如下:保护膜8→UV压花层72→PET膜71→颜色层73→胶粘剂层74→铝箔膜75→胶水层6→底漆层5→正面化学处理层2→基板1→背面化学处理层3→背漆层4的新型结构,其中,UV压花层72、PET膜71、颜色层73、胶粘剂层74及铝箔膜75构成带有UV压花的PET复合铝箔膜7,由于采用铝箔层,外观金属感强,PET膜71上面的UV压花层使得彩涂板的表面呈现立体的3D效果。
带有UV压花的PET复合铝箔膜7的结构形成如下:优先在铝箔膜75表面进行勾丝,使其上表面呈现规则的沟槽线条,然后涂布胶粘剂层74,在PET膜71上面压制UV压花层72、下面印刷颜色层73(PET膜上可以直接印刷颜色层)之后,帖覆在铝箔膜75的上面,从而构成带有UV压花的PET复合铝箔膜7。借鉴包装行业的压花技术,在PET膜71的上面采用模具压制花纹图案,使彩涂板表面具有立体花纹效果,实现板材结构升级,提升板材外观竞争力,更能满足用户日益提升的外观需求。UV压花层72体现3D立体效果,铝箔膜75又透出金属质感,使得该彩涂板表面呈现3D立体纹路的金属效果和触感,外观更高贵、奢华、富有艺术气息。

1.一种3D立体彩涂板,包括基板,在基板的正反两面为化学处理层,在背面的化学处理层的下面为背漆层,在正面的化学处理层的上面为底漆层,底漆层的上面设胶水层,其特征在于:所述胶水层的上面帖覆带有UV压花的PET复合铝箔膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述3D立体彩涂板,其特征在于:所述带有UV压花的PET复合铝箔膜包括PET膜,在PET膜的上面设UV压花层,PET膜的下面为颜色层,颜色层的下面通过胶粘剂层帖覆铝箔层。
3.根据权利要求2所述3D立体彩涂板,其特征在于:所述UV压花层通过模具压制在PET膜的上面,所述颜色层印刷在PET膜的下面。
4.根据权利要求2所述3D立体彩涂板,其特征在于:所述UV压花层的上面设保护膜。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述3D立体彩涂板,其特征在于:所述基板采用不锈钢板、电镀锌板、热镀锌板、镀铝锌板或镀锡板。
