Abstract
一种治疗食管癌的中成药，现有中药治疗食管癌的缓解率仅10-40%，本中药采用以毒攻毒、清热解毒、化痰散结，扶正培本的治疗原则，选用砒石、斑蝥、蟾酥、蛇毒、蜈蚣、水蛭、蝎尾、守宫、麝香、牛黄、沙参、人参、太子参、麝角霜等14味中药制成成药，患者服用后能有效杀伤癌细胞，增强人体免疫功能，改善中晚期患者不能进食的症状，提高肌体抗病能力，临床有效率达67.59%，同时服用本药无明显毒副作用，安全可靠。
Description
本发明属一种治疗食管癌的中成药。
食管癌是常见的癌症之一，死亡率较高，严重危害人类生命健康，除对症治疗之外，目前还无疗效较好的中成药。近十多年来中药对食管癌的疗效取得一定进展，但据文献资料统计表明，单纯用中药治疗食管癌的缓解率仅能达10-40％(见《中西结合肿瘤学》1989.12 P400-425页)，可见疗效也不能令人满意，同时在食管癌治疗中普遍还存在一个问题：中晚期患者由于不能进食，致使身体虚弱，也大大影响了治疗效果。
本发明旨在提供一种能较快缓解患者病症、提高其自身抗病能力并取得较高疗效的治疗食管癌的纯中药制剂。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：本中成药每个疗程100天的用药量及配方配比为：
砒石9-12g 蟾酥28-31g 蛇毒13-16g
斑蝥28-31g 蜈蚣49条 水蛭85-93g
蝎尾12-17g 守宫200-250g 麝香1-3g
牛黄1g 沙渗100-130g 人参200-250g
太子参200-250g 鹿角霜25-32g
其中的砒石、蜈蚣、水蛭、蝎尾、沙参均先经过用水提取的加工，斑蝥先经过传统的升炼加工，再将上述各种成分用传统方法水煎，浓缩制成粉末状。
本方采用了“以毒攻毒”、“清热解毒”、“化痰散结”、“扶正培本”的组方治疗原则，如方中的斑蝥、蟾酥、蝎尾、蜈蚣、守宫、砒石可以毒攻毒、杀伤癌细胞，牛黄、麝香清热解毒、活血化瘀，人参、太子参、鹿角霜扶正祛邪，增加免疫功能。
本方中选用的部分中药毒性较大，为了降低其毒性，并充分保证其杀伤癌细胞的功效，这类药物均经过升炼或水提取浓缩等加工，大大降低了其毒性，保证了对人体的安全性。本药经急性毒试验，按人服用量104倍剂量给10只小白鼠一次投药，观察6天无死亡，经三年多4500余例临床试验，未发现有明显毒副作用，而且60％的中晚期患者用药7-15天即可改善症状，由不能进食变为顺利进食。
参照全国《中西结合肿瘤学术会议》1979年12月制定的《肿瘤疗效通用指标》为依据，对108例食管癌患者作了临床疗效统计学处理，临床症状完全缓解者50例，部分缓解者23例，总有效率为67.59％
经对本组患者54名进行随访，生存一年半以上患者11例，生存一年以上患者15例，生存6个月以上患者21例，生存3个月以上患者7例，平均生存期延长9.6个月，本药对其它消化道癌也有较好疗效。
本中药能有效杀伤癌细胞，同时增强患者的免疫功能，改善中晚期患者不能进食的状况，提高肌体的抗病能力，从而使临床有效率达67.59％，远远超过目前其它中药治疗食管癌的平均有效率，本药还能平均延长患者的生存期9个月以上，而且服用本药无明显毒副作用，安全可靠。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1： 按每疗程100天用药量计，其配比配方为：
砒石10g 蟾酥30g 蛇毒15g
斑蝥30g 蜈蚣9条 水蛭90g
蝎尾15g 守宫240g 麝香2g
牛黄1g 沙参120g 人参240g
太子参240g 鹿角霜30g
将其中的砒石、蜈蚣、水蛭、蝎尾、沙参用水提取，将斑蝥用传统的升炼方法进行加工，再将上述成分药物水煎浓缩、提炼，最终制成粉状药物约420g装入1200粒胶囊中，每粒约0.35克，服用时每日三次，每次四粒、一疗程100天。
实施例2：按每疗程100天用药量计，其配方配比为：
砒石9g 蟾酥28g 蛇毒13g
斑蝥28g 蜈蚣49条 水蛭85g
蝎尾12g 守宫200g 麝香1g
牛黄1g 沙参100g 人参200g
太子参200g 鹿角霜25g
加工方法同上。
实施例3：按每疗程100天用药量计，其配方配比为：
砒石12g 蟾酥31g 蛇毒16g
斑蝥31g 蜈蚣49条 水蛭93g
蝎尾17g 守宫250g 麝香3g
牛黄1g 沙参130g 人参250g
太子参240g 鹿角霜32g
加工方法同上。

1、一种治疗食管癌的中成药，其特征在于：它是由以下重量配比的原料制成的：
砒石9-12g 蟾酥28-31g 蛇毒13-16g
斑蝥28-31g 蜈蚣49条 水蛭85-93g
蝎尾12-17g 守宫200-250g 麝香1-3g
牛黄1g 沙参100-130g 人参200-250g
太子参200-250g 鹿角霜25-32g
