Abstract
本发明公开的是一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，该中药组合物各组分含量按重量份数计为：人参8－12份、麦冬8－12份、五味子8－12份、三七8－12份、当归10－20份、丹参16－30份、川芎12－16份、郁金8－12份、乳香4－8份、血竭4－8份、黄芪20－40份、甘草8－12份、琥珀8－12份、石菖蒲4－8份、朱砂2－4份、降香4－6份、苏合香6－8份、安息香4－6份、檀香4－6份、冰片2－4份。本发明具有益气、宁神、宽胸理气、活血化瘀、通脉止痛之功效，针对抑郁、气郁、血瘀、心气不足引发的冠心病，既治标又治本，且无任何副作用。经过长期的临床验证，上述中药组合物疗效显著、可靠，成本低，一般用药7－10天左右大见成效，用后总有效率为95％以上。
Description
一、技术领域：
本发明涉及的是中药组合物，特别是一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物。
二、背景技术：
冠心病属于心血管疾病，是目前发病率较高的一种常见、多发病，近年来有逐步上升的趋势，严重的威胁着人们的身心健康。冠心病是心脏本身病损而引发的一种疾患，其临床表现为胸闷气短、心区疼痛、心律失常、严重时心律衰竭，心电仪显示T波改变，心脏供血不足。冠心病的发病原因较为复杂，与人体功能老化、病变及人自身情绪、饮食、生活起居和所处的环境密切相关。中医辩证认为乃抑郁、气郁、血瘀、心气不足所致。对于冠心病目前治疗多采用西药治疗或中药调理。西药治疗，副作用较大，价格偏高，且治标不治本；中药治疗药物有多种如山海丹、复方丹参片或滴丸，这些药品的组方有单剂，也有组合物，虽各有千秋，但也各有不足，例如，山海丹，采用中医理论中以血养血的理论观点而设，对治疗血虚型冠心病疗效较好，但是用其治疗各种类型的冠心病，疗效并不完全满意，且价格很贵。
三、发明内容：
本发明的目的是针对上述问题，提供一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，该药物组方针对抑郁、气郁、血瘀、心气不足而引发的冠心病，疗效显著，无副作用，成本低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物组分为人参、麦冬、五味子、三七、当归、丹参、川芎、郁金、乳香、血竭、黄芪、甘草、琥珀、石菖蒲、朱砂、降香、苏合香、安息香、檀香、冰片；配方中各组分含量按重量份数计为：人参8-12份、麦冬8-12份、五味子8-12份、三七8-12份、当归10-20份、丹参16-30份、川芎12-16份、郁金8-12份、乳香4-8份、血竭4-8份、黄芪20-40、甘草8-12份、琥珀8-12份、石菖蒲4-8份、朱砂2-4份、降香4-6份、苏合香6-8份、安息香4-6份、檀香4-6份、冰片2-4份。
上述组方以人参、麦冬、五味子、三七、当归、丹参、血竭、乳香、川芎、郁金为君药，其主要作用是补血气，活血通经，行气止痛，逐瘀通脉；以降香、苏合香、安息香、檀香、冰片为辅药，用于降浊气，去血瘀，开窍醒脑、化痰，以加强理气通经，化瘀止痛；琥珀、石菖蒲、朱砂为左药，其主要作用是镇静安神，化解湿浊不化引起的胸闷；黄芪、甘草为使药，补气固表，引药归经。上述中药配伍，共同起到活血化瘀，理气止痛，通经活络，镇静安神的作用，用于治疗冠心病，可以明显改善心肌缺氧、缺血，增强心肌供血，改善心肌循环，提高心肌能力，增强免疫力，祛邪扶正。该中药制剂组方合理，无副作用，制作方便。
以上述二十味中药为原料，经研粉过筛，混合均匀制成水丸、蜜丸、片剂、粉剂、胶囊。
服法用量：每天2～3次，成人一次口服3g。
禁忌：忌食萝卜。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果：本药物组方具有益气、宁神、宽胸理气、活血化瘀、通脉止痛之功效，可治疗抑郁、气郁、血瘀、心气不足而导致的冠心病，且无副作用，成本低。经患者服用后临床跟踪调查，该中药组合物疗效好，见效快，一般用药3～5天左右见效，7～10天左右大见成效，用后总有效率为95％以上。
四、具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例：中药组合物的重量及组份含量如下：
人参10份(50g)、麦冬10份(50g)、五味子10份(50g)、三七10份(50g)、当归20份(100g)、丹参20份(100g)、川芎15份(75g)、郁金10份(50g)、乳香6份(30g)、血竭6份(30g)、黄芪30份(150g)、甘草10份(50g)、琥珀10份(50g)、石菖蒲6份(30g)、朱砂3份(15g)、降香5份(25g)、苏合香7份(35g)、安息香5份(25g)、檀香5份(25g)、冰片3份(15g)，共20味中药。
采用本发明所述的中药组合物，治疗冠心病，经2年临床应用，并对其中80人进行跟踪观察，见效快，疗效好，不复发。
实用病例80例，其中男性为48人，年龄50～68岁，占60％；女性为32人，年龄为45～65岁，占40％，均为患病时间较长，经过服用多种药物治疗后，疗效缓慢或经常复发未愈者，表现为抑郁、气郁、血瘀、心气不足，症状为胸闷气短，心绞痛，疲倦乏力，脉结代，心烦不宁，面部浮肿，心律失常等。临床效果：服用本发明的中药组合物前，心电图检查T波倒值，窦性心律均存在；按每天3次，每次3克剂量服用该药，3～5天后，男性44人，女性24人见效，心电图检查上述异常心电有明显改善；相同剂量与服法，6～15天，男性46人，女性26人大见成效；服用30～60天者，男性48人，女性28人达到治愈或基本治愈，心电图检查均为正常心电图。12个月后追访患者，52例男性38人，女性14人全愈，基本全愈患者还有25例，男性10人，女性18人。胸闷气短，心绞痛，疲倦乏力，脉结代，心烦不宁，面部浮肿，心律失常等症状已消失，患者明显趋于正常，总有效率95％以上。

1、一种治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于：该中药组合物的组分为人参、麦冬、五味子、三七、当归、丹参、川芎、郁金、乳香、血竭、黄芪、甘草、琥珀、石菖蒲、朱砂、降香、苏合香、安息香、檀香、冰片；配方中各组分含量按重量份数计为：人参8-12份、麦冬8-12份、五味子8-12份、三七8-12份、当归10-20份、丹参16-30份、川芎12-16份、郁金8-12份、乳香4-8份、血竭4-8份、黄芪20-40份、甘草8-12份、琥珀8-12份、石菖蒲4-8份、朱砂2-4份、降香4-6份、苏合香6-8份、安息香4-6份、檀香4-6份、冰片2-4份。
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述的配方中各组分含量为人参10份、麦冬10份、五味子10份、三七10份、当归20份、丹参20份、川芎15份、郁金10份、乳香6份、血竭6份、黄芪30份、甘草10份、琥珀10份、石菖蒲6份、朱砂3份、降香5份、苏合香7份、安息香5份、檀香5份、冰片3份。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗冠心病的中药组合物，其特征在于：所述的中药组合物的剂型为水丸、蜜丸、片剂、粉剂或胶囊。
