技术领域
本发明涉及一种文具用品,特别涉及一种活性矿物质与驱蚊提取物复配的文具收纳筒。
背景技术
笔筒的历史悠久,是一种十分常见的置笔用具,三国时便有笔筒的记录,在古时笔筒可以张显文人墨客的艺术个性及品位。随着科技的进步,越来越多形态功能各异的笔筒进入我们的生活,但原有市场上笔筒的功能比较单一,不能满足当代人们的使用需求。
一方面,随着全球气温的不断升高,蚊子的种群和数量都将大幅提高,正日益威胁人类的健康。蚊子除直接叮刺吸血、骚扰睡眠外,更严重的是传播多种疾病。我国的蚊传病有疟疾、淋巴丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎和登革热(或登革出血热)四类,蚊传较重要的病毒病还有黄热病及各种马脑炎等。
另一方面,电气石具有产生负离子及远红外线的功能,将空气负离子及远红外线技术运用于笔筒产品中,使用后的笔筒能长期释放空气负离子,尤其是负氧离子。由于其在结构上与超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)相似,因此具有相似的生物活性,能够使活的生物细胞带负电荷,从而使病毒失去对细胞的攻击能力。例如,在人造空气负离子环境中,经测定空气中霉菌、细菌数可降低90%以上。负氧离子被吸入人体后,能调节神经中枢的兴奋状态,改善肺的换气功能,改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢、增强免疫系统能力、使人精神振奋、提高工作效率等,它还对高血压、气喘、流感、失眠、关节炎等许多疾病有一定的治疗作用,所以人称负离子为“空气中的维生素”“长寿素”。
迄今,使传统的笔筒产品同时具有驱赶蚊虫、防菌杀菌和释放负离子等保健功能的技术设计还未有见。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种活性矿物质与驱蚊提取物复配的文具收纳筒,不仅可有效的驱赶蚊虫,释放负离子,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,清新怡神,其保健效果非常好。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种活性矿物质与驱蚊提取物复配的文具收纳筒,包括笔筒体,在所述笔筒体的外侧面缝制有毛绒玩具,其特征在于:所述笔筒体由笔筒套、笔筒垫体和被笔筒套包裹在内部的笔筒组成,所述笔筒套由毛绒布料缝制而成,所述的笔筒被笔筒套包裹其中,在所述笔筒套和笔筒之间设置有笔筒垫体容置腔,所述笔筒垫体装置于所述笔筒垫体容置腔内,其中:
所述笔筒垫体由高密度无纺套袋和填充在套袋内的填充物组成,所述填充物由中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层、活性炭颗粒层和记忆棉填充层组成,所述中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层的形状与笔筒形状相吻合,且所述中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层自上而下依次设置,所述记忆棉填充层将所述的中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层包裹其中;所述中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层的宽度比是1.5:1.5:1;
所述毛绒玩具由毛绒布料缝制的毛绒玩具外层和填充在由毛绒玩具外层所包裹形成中空结构中的填充物组成,所述填充物由高密度无纺布套袋、中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层、活性炭颗粒层和记忆棉填充层组成,所述中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层分别填充在高密度无纺布套袋内;其中,所述中药层和活性炭颗粒层的结构为圆柱或椭圆柱空心结构,且所述中药层置于所述活性炭颗粒层的空心结构中,所述负离子天然矿物质颗粒层置于所述中药层的空心结构中,所述记忆棉填充层将所述的中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层包裹其中;所述中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层为圆柱结构时,所述中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层的半径比是1.5:1:2;
所述负离子天然矿物质颗粒层,由高密度无纺布套袋和填充在该高密度无纺布套袋内的负离子天然矿物质混合物组成,所述负离子天然矿物质混合物为电气石、镧系稀土复合盐类和氧化钛按重量比4:3:3的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比5:3的混合物;
所述活性炭颗粒层,由高密度无纺布套袋和填充在高密度无纺布套袋内的活性炭颗粒和麦饭石颗粒组成,其中活性炭颗粒与麦饭石颗粒的重量比为2:1;
所述中药层,由高密度无纺布套袋和填充在所述高密度无纺布套袋内部的中药颗粒组成,所述的中药颗粒由下述组分按重量份组成:驱虫斑鸠菊70-80份,茜草 15-25份,石菖蒲15-20份,蛇床子15-20份,覆盆子3-5份,打破碗花花3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,牛至油4-6份,荷叶4-6份,香薷4-6份,独活1.5-2份,薄荷1-3份,猪笼草1-3份,灵香草1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,麝香1.5-2份,在一较佳实施例中,把上述原材料按常规工艺进行粉碎,研成粉末,并按上述比例混合,搅拌均匀后填充在高密度无纺布套袋内,即得中药层;
进一步的,所述的笔筒套、毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层,在生产过程中添加了中药提取物,所述的中药提取物由下述组分按重量份组成:驱虫斑鸠菊70-80份,茜草 15-25份,石菖蒲15-20份,蛇床子15-20份,覆盆子3-5份,打破碗花花3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,牛至油4-6份,荷叶4-6份,香薷4-6份,独活1.5-2份,薄荷1-3份,猪笼草1-3份,灵香草1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,麝香1.5-2份,柠檬精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,所述的笔筒套、毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:驱虫斑鸠菊70-80份,茜草 15-25份,石菖蒲15-20份,蛇床子15-20份,覆盆子3-5份,打破碗花花3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,牛至油4-6份,荷叶4-6份,香薷4-6份,独活1.5-2份,薄荷1-3份,猪笼草1-3份,灵香草1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,麝香1.5-2份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120-200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入柠檬精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的笔筒套、毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的笔筒套、毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述笔筒套、毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8-9份、避蚊胺0.1-0.2份和香茅油0.5-1份。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10-30份、桉树油18-19份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-15份和苯甲酸钠0.1-0.3份。
本发明基于祖国传统医学,采用中药保健理论,从现有中药的药物筛选和反复验证,充分发挥各组份协同作用,其中各原料的作用简介如下。
驱虫斑鸠菊:《新华本草纲要》:果实;味苦,性凉。有清热消炎,活血化瘀,杀虫的功能。用于治疗皮肤斑、驱虫。
茜草:凉血止血,活血化瘀。治血热咯血,产后瘀阻腹痛,跌打损伤,风湿痹痛等症。
石菖蒲,味辛、苦,性微温;归心、肝、脾经。化痰开窍;化湿行气;祛风利痹;消肿止痛。主热病神昏。
蛇床子:性味: 性温,味辛、苦。功能主治:温肾壮阳,燥湿,祛风,杀虫。用于阳痿、宫冷、寒湿带下、湿痹腰痛;外治外阴湿疹、妇人阴痒、滴虫性阴道炎。
覆盆子:又名复盆子、树倭泡、树莓、麦泡(小麦收获季时结果,故名)等,是一种蔷薇科悬钩子属的木本植物,抑菌作用100%煎剂用平板打洞法,对葡萄球菌有抑制作用,对霍乱弧菌也有抑制作用。
打破碗花花:①《陕西中草药》:“苦,凉,有小毒。”②《四川常用中草药》:“苦辛,温,有小毒。” 解毒,排脓生肌,消肿散瘀,具有杀蛆虫、孑孓,化积,消肿,散瘀,治顽癣,秃疮,疟疾,小儿疳积,痢疾,痈疖疮肿,瘰疬,跌打损伤。
沉香:“本草纲目”记载木具有强烈的抗菌效能、香气入脾、清神理气、补五脏、止咳化痰、暖胃温脾、通气定痛、能入药,是上等药材极品。
樟木:常绿乔木,树皮黄褐色,有不规则的纵裂纹,主产长江以南及西南各地。冬季伐树劈碎或锯成块状,晒干或风干。木材块状大小不一,表面红棕色至暗棕色,横断面可见年轮。质重而硬。有强烈的樟脑香气,味清凉,有辛辣感,性温,味辛;能 通窍辟秽、温中止痛、利湿杀虫。
牛至油:唇形科牛至属植物牛至ORIGZNUM VUL-GAREL.的全草,又名止痢草、野荆芥等地符名,具有清热、化湿、祛暑、解表、理气极强的杀菌、抑菌作用,从牛至中提取的挥发油,对31种常见致肠炎细菌和福氏痢疾杆菌,是最具有广谱抗菌的纯正中药药物添加剂。
荷叶:为睡莲科植物莲的叶,有清热解毒、凉血、止血的作用。 有清暑利湿、升发清阳、凉血止血等功效。
香薷:能发汗解表,化湿和中,利水消肿。主治:夏月感寒饮冷,头痛发热,恶寒无汗,胸痞腹痛,呕吐腹泻,水肿,脚气,汪颖《食物本草》:夏月煮饮代茶,可无热病,调中温胃;含汁漱口,去臭气。
独活:疏风解毒,活血祛瘀,镇静、催眠、镇痛、抗炎作用,对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、绿脓杆菌、霍乱弧菌、人体结核杆菌等均有抑制作用。
薄荷:为唇形科植物薄荷的干燥地上部分,疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气。
猪笼草:清肺润燥,行水,解毒。《陆川本草》:“性寒,味涩。”
灵香草:含类似香豆素芳香油,可提炼香精,用作烟草及香脂等香料;干品入箱中可防虫蛀衣物;又供药用,具散风寒、辟秽功效,治时邪感冒头痛、上气腰痛、胸闷腹胀、遗精、驱蛔虫等,是名贵的芳香植物。
甜马郁兰:可以改善心情苦闷和上瘾症,尤其对弘毅紧张症状有效,能扩张血管、降血压、减轻以及负担,帮助消除心悸,有优异的神经安抚与镇定功能。
麝香: 具有开窍,辟秽,通络,散瘀的功效;治中风,痰厥,惊痫,中恶烦闷,心腹暴痛,癥瘕癖积,跌打损伤,痈疽肿毒。《本经》:主辟恶气,温疟,痫痉,去三虫。
柠檬精油:具有杀菌功效,是有效的强心剂,通常用于降低血压。它抗菌的特性能减轻喉咙痛、咳嗽、着凉和流行性感冒,可减轻头痛、偏头痛、痛风和关节炎。感觉炙热烦躁时,可带来清新的感受,帮助澄清思绪,有效提高工作效率。
天竺葵精油:具有止血,收缩血管,气喘,肝排毒,胆结石,肾排毒,肾结石,利尿,肌肉酸痛,油性皮肤,老化皮肤活化,疱疹,皮肤苍白,减肥,促进结疤,湿疹,灼伤晒伤,癣,月经不顺,乳房充血发炎,减轻忧郁不安,具有除臭,抗菌,杀菌的作用。
香茅油:又称香草油或雄刈萱油。由香茅的全草经蒸汽蒸馏而得。淡黄色液体。有浓郁的山椒香气。主要成分是香茅醛、香叶醇和香茅醇。用于提取香茅醛,供合成羟基香茅醛、香叶醇和薄荷脑。也可用作杀虫剂、驱蚊药和皂用香料。、

本发明的效果:

S5、将已经生产好的笔筒套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和记忆棉填充层24,240浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的笔筒套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和记忆棉填充层24,240放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度90℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述笔筒套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和记忆棉填充层24,240。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8份、避蚊胺0.2份和香茅油0.5份。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10份、桉树油19份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15份和苯甲酸钠0.1份。

S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:苦楝皮70-80份,薰衣草15-20份,酸枣核15-18份,榧子20-25份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份, 沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,夜交藤3-5份,合欢皮3-5份,诃子1-3份,黄柏1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,香子兰1.5-2份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至180目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于70℃煎煮1.7小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入丝柏精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按9%的浓度用去离子稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的笔筒套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和记忆棉填充层24,240浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍25分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的笔筒套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和记忆棉填充层24,240放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度120℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述笔筒套1、毛绒玩具外层B1和记忆棉填充层24,240。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂9份、避蚊胺0.1份和香茅油1份。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10份、桉树油19份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15份和苯甲酸钠0.1份。
其余同实施例1。
经过处理后的笔筒的驱避率达到85%以上,并不有断释放负离子,净化空气。
检验上述笔筒的方法如下:
(1)气味检查:感官,清香,无刺激性异味。
(2)驱蚊效果测试。
在三个2平方米的实验空间,分别为实验1组、实验2组和对照组,(实验1组对应实施例1、实验2组对应实施例2)并将实验组和对照组(普通笔筒)分别放入无外界蚊虫干扰的实验室内,实验组和对照组(普通笔筒)均通过温湿度控制器将温度控制在温度25℃,相对湿度45%,实验组内放置本发明,而对照组是按照本发明方法制作的未添加中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层、活性炭颗粒层和中药提取物的普通笔筒,分别对蚊子、跳蚤、蚂蚁、蟑螂、臭虫、扁虱进行分类测试,分别在5、10、15、24 小时内进行计数,检测数据见表1。
由表1 得出各类昆虫在各时间段的驱避率,并得出表2。
驱避率为(放入数量- 剩余数量)/ 放入数量。
由表1 和表2可知,本发明的驱虫率可达80%以上,并且10小时即可达到接近90%,15小时即可达到95% 以上,与对照组(普通笔筒)相比,本发明的驱虫效果明显,而且对于蚊子、臭虫和扁虱的驱除率可达100%。
(3)负离子检测。
采用负离子测试仪器,主要是针对木材、矿石、陶瓷材料、负离子粉末与相关制成商品(如负离子衣物、项链、毛毯)等所释放出的负离子数量做出测量。
测试结果见表2。

结论:本发明实施例1和实施例2中的笔筒可以持续释放空气负离子,与现有技术中的普通笔筒相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。
(4)杀菌效果检测。
依照本发明方法制备的笔筒经检测,其理化指标如下:

S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入柠檬精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的笔筒套(1)、毛绒玩具外层(B1)和记忆棉填充层(24,240)浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的笔筒套(1)、毛绒玩具外层(B1)和记忆棉填充层(24,240)放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述笔筒套(1)、毛绒玩具外层(B1)和记忆棉填充层(24,240)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活性矿物质与驱蚊提取物复配的文具收纳筒,其特征在于:所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8-9份、避蚊胺0.1-0.2份和香茅油0.5-1份。
