Abstract
一种儿童玩具,包括基座、垫体、座垫套和固定装置,所述座垫套是以发泡材料发泡成型,在所述座垫套上设置有至少一个通孔,所述座垫套通过固定装置与所述基座可拆卸地结合在一起;所述垫体装置在所述座垫套内;所述垫体由高密度无纺布椅套和容置在椅套内的填充物组成,所述填充物由中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层、活性炭颗粒层和记忆棉填充层组成;本发明不仅可以驱赶蚊虫,还能释放负离子,同时对多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,清新怡神,给自行车使用者提供一个无蚊虫干扰、舒适、健康的骑车环境。

本申请是申请日2016年6月7日提交的申请号为2016103965975,发明名称为“改进型多功能儿童玩具”的中国发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及儿童玩具技术领域,特别涉及一种儿童玩具。
背景技术
毛绒玩具作为玩具的一种,它主要由毛绒面料及其他纺织材料为主要面料,内部填塞各种填充物而制成。众所周知,毛绒玩具具有造型逼真可爱、触感柔软、不怕挤压、方便清洗、装饰性强、安全性高、适用人群广泛等特点。因此毛绒玩具用于婴儿,儿童及成人的玩具,装饰房屋及作为礼物送人都是很好的选择,但原有市场上毛绒玩具的功能比较单一,不能满足当代人们的使用需求。
一方面,随着全球气温的不断升高,蚊子的种群和数量都将大幅提高,正日益威胁人类的健康。蚊子除直接叮刺吸血、骚扰睡眠外,更严重的是传播多种疾病。我国的蚊传病有疟疾、淋巴丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎和登革热(或登革出血热)四类,蚊传较重要的病毒病还有黄热病及各种马脑炎等。
另一方面,电气石能够释放空气负离子和远红外线的功能,将空气负离子和远红外线技术运用于毛绒玩具产品中,使用后的毛绒玩具能长期释放空气负离子,尤其是负氧离子。由于其在结构上与超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)相似,因此具有相似的生物活性,能够使活的生物细胞带负电荷,从而使病毒失去对细胞的攻击能力。例如,在人造空气负离子环境中,经测定空气中霉菌、细菌数可降低90%以上。负氧离子被吸入人体后,能调节神经中枢的兴奋状态,改善肺的换气功能,改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢、增强免疫系统能力、使人精神振奋、提高工作效率等,它还对高血压、气喘、流感、失眠、关节炎等许多疾病有一定的治疗作用,所以人称负离子为“空气中的维生素”“长寿素”。
迄今,使传统的毛绒玩具产品同时具有驱赶蚊虫、防菌杀菌和不间断释放负离子等保健功能的技术设计还未有见。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种儿童玩具,不仅可有效的驱赶蚊虫,释放负离子,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,清新怡神,对改善睡眠质量也具有一定的效果。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种儿童玩具,包括毛绒玩具本体,所述毛绒玩具本体由毛绒布料缝制的毛绒玩具外层和填充在由毛绒玩具外层所包裹形成中空结构中的填充物组成,所述填充物由高密度无纺布套袋、中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层、活性炭颗粒层和记忆棉填充层组成,所述中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层分别填充在高密度无纺布套袋内;其中,所述中药层和活性炭颗粒层的结构为圆柱或椭圆柱空心结构,且所述中药层置于所述活性炭颗粒层的空心结构中,所述负离子天然矿物质颗粒层置于所述中药层的空心结构中,所述记忆棉填充层将所述的中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层包裹其中;所述中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层为圆柱结构时,所述中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层的半径比是1 :1.5:2,其中:
所述负离子天然矿物质颗粒层由高密度无纺布套袋和填充在该高密度无纺布套袋内的负离子天然矿物质混合物组成,所述负离子天然矿物质混合物为电气石、镧系稀土复合盐类和氧化钛按重量比4:3:3的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比5:3的混合物;
所述活性炭颗粒层由高密度无纺布套袋和填充在高密度无纺布套袋内的活性炭颗粒和麦饭石颗粒组成,其中活性炭颗粒与麦饭石颗粒的重量比为2:1;
所述中药层由高密度无纺布套袋和填充在所述高密度无纺布套袋内部的中药颗粒组成,所述的中药颗粒由下述组分按重量份组成:逐蝇梅50-60份,紫苏叶15-20份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份, 鱼腥草4-6份,苦地丁3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,红景天3-5份,夜交藤3-5份,石岩枫4-6份,何首乌1-3份,薄荷1-3份,麝香1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,香子兰1.5-2份,龙涎香0.5-1份;把上述原材料按常规工艺进行粉碎,研成粉末,并按上述比例混合,搅拌均匀后填充在高密度无纺布套袋内,即得中药层;
进一步的,所述的毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层在生产过程中添加了中药提取物,所述的中药提取物由下述组分按重量份组成:逐蝇梅50-60份,紫苏叶15-20份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份, 鱼腥草4-6份,苦地丁3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,红景天3-5份,夜交藤3-5份,石岩枫4-6份,何首乌1-3份,薄荷1-3份,麝香1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,香子兰1.5-2份,龙涎香0.5-1份,小麦芽精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,所述的毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:逐蝇梅50-60份,紫苏叶15-20份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份, 鱼腥草4-6份,苦地丁3-5份,沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,红景天3-5份,夜交藤3-5份,石岩枫4-6份,何首乌1-3份,薄荷1-3份,麝香1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,香子兰1.5-2份,龙涎香0.5-1份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120-200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入小麦芽精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述毛绒玩具外层和记忆棉填充层。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8-9份、避蚊胺0.1-0.2份和雪松精油0.5-1份。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10-30份、桉树油18-19份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-15份和苯甲酸钠0.1-0.3份。
在一较佳实施例中,在所述填充物中高密度无纺布套袋的表面还设置有柔性磁体按摩珠和沿所述高密度无纺布套袋周向设置的柔性磁条,所述柔性磁体按摩珠通过弹性线穿连设置在所述高密度无纺布套袋的表面;所述柔性磁条通过镶嵌、包覆或粘连的方式固定在所述高密度无纺布套袋的表面。
本发明基于祖国传统医学,采用中药保健理论,从现有中药的药物筛选和反复验证,充分发挥各组份协同作用,其中各原料的作用简介如下。
逐蝇梅:马鞭草科马缨丹属,属多年生植物,常绿半蔓性灌木,小枝四棱形,长而下垂具有逆向的锐刺,它的枝叶与花朵中挥发出蚊蝇敏感的气味,具有很强的驱逐蚊蝇功效,而对人体无任何伤害,有“驱蚊七变花”美誉。
紫苏叶:为唇形科植物紫苏的干燥叶(或带嫩枝),具有解表散寒,行气和胃的功效,用于风寒感冒,咳嗽呕恶,对葡萄球菌有抑制作用。
薰衣草 能除蚁、除蟑、除螨,放在衣柜、枕头下的时候,不但能代替樟脑丸,还能留下一股沁人的香味,研究发现,薰衣草有明显的抗菌作用,薰衣草中蕴含的芳樟醇是薰衣草抗菌的主要成分,它能抑制17种细菌(包括革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌)、10种真菌的生长。
打破碗花花:①《陕西中草药》:“苦,凉,有小毒。”②《四川常用中草药》:“苦辛,温,有小毒。” 解毒,排脓生肌,消肿散瘀,具有杀蛆虫、孑孓,化积,消肿,散瘀,治顽癣,秃疮,疟疾,小儿疳积,痢疾,痈疖疮肿,瘰疬,跌打损伤。
榆树皮:为榆科植物的干燥树皮或根皮, 甘、平,无毒;利水,通淋,消肿,用于小便不通,淋浊,水肿,痈疽发背,丹毒,疥癣。
鱼腥草:具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力等作用,对各种微生物(尤其是酵母菌和霉菌)均有抑制作用,对溶血性的链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、流感杆菌、卡他球菌、肺炎球菌有明显的抑制作用。对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌也有作用。
苦地丁:为罂粟科植物地丁紫堇的全草,对甲型链球菌、肺炎球菌、卡他球菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌有抑制,对副流感仙台病毒亦有抑制作用。
沉香:“本草纲目”记载木具有强烈的抗菌效能、香气入脾、清神理气、补五脏、止咳化痰、暖胃温脾、通气定痛、能入药,是上等药材极品。
樟木:常绿乔木,树皮黄褐色,有不规则的纵裂纹,主产长江以南及西南各地。冬季伐树劈碎或锯成块状,晒干或风干。木材块状大小不一,表面红棕色至暗棕色,横断面可见年轮。质重而硬。有强烈的樟脑香气,味清凉,有辛辣感,性温,味辛;能 通窍辟秽、温中止痛、利湿杀虫。
红景天:为多年生草本植物,高10-20厘米。根粗壮,圆锥形,肉质,褐黄色,根颈部具多数须根,根茎短,粗状,圆柱形,被多数覆瓦状排列的鳞片状的叶。寒、甘、涩。有补气清肺、益智养心、收涩止血、散瘀消肿的功效。
夜交藤: 夜交藤性平无毒,味甘微苦,入心、肝经,有安神养血、祛风通络的功效,主治阴虚血少、虚烦不眠、风湿痹痛、皮肤痒疹等症。
石岩枫:在中国多分布在广西、广东、海南和台湾,亚洲东南部等国家也有分布。入药有祛风之功效。
何首乌:为常用中药,性温,味苦、甘、涩。功能主治:生首乌解毒,消痈,通便;用于瘰疬疮痈、风疹瘙痒、肠燥便秘、高血脂症。制首乌补肝肾,益精血,乌须发,壮筋骨;用于眩晕耳鸣、须发早白、腰膝酸软、肢体麻木、神经衰弱、高血脂症。
薄荷:为唇形科植物薄荷的干燥地上部分,疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气。
麝香: 具有开窍,辟秽,通络,散瘀的功效;治中风,痰厥,惊痫,中恶烦闷,心腹暴痛,癥瘕癖积,跌打损伤,痈疽肿毒。《本经》:主辟恶气,温疟,痫痉,去三虫。
甜马郁兰:可以改善心情苦闷和上瘾症,尤其对弘毅紧张症状有效,能扩张血管、降血压、减轻以及负担,帮助消除心悸,有优异的神经安抚与镇定功能。
香子兰:有特殊的香气,具有抗疲劳和心情郁闷、助荷尔蒙分泌、舒缓焦虑及改善失眠等功效。具有强心、补脑、健胃、解毒、驱风、增强肌肉力量的功效,作芳香型神经系统兴奋剂和补肾药,用来治疗癔病、忧郁症 、阳痿、虚热和风湿病。
龙涎香:是留香最持久的香料,世界上任何一种香料都不能与之相媲美,素有“龙涎之香与日月共存”的说法。《本草纲目》载:可以活血、益精髓、助阳道、通利血脉、化痰平喘;症瘕积聚;心腹疼痛;神昏;廖永言:利水通淋,散癥结,消气结,逐劳虫。
小麦芽精油作用:有强烈气味含丰富高单位维他命E,是著名的天然抗氧化剂(防腐剂),能稳定各成分的精油,使香水的效果更加持久。
天竺葵精油:具有止血,收缩血管,气喘,肝排毒,胆结石,肾排毒,肾结石,利尿,肌肉酸痛,油性皮肤,老化皮肤活化,疱疹,皮肤苍白,减肥,促进结疤,湿疹,灼伤晒伤,癣,月经不顺,乳房充血发炎,减轻忧郁不安,具有除臭,抗菌,杀菌的作用。
雪松精油:是从雪松的花、叶、茎、根或果实中,通过水蒸气蒸馏法、挤压法、冷浸法或溶剂提取法提炼萃取的挥发性芳香物质。具有消炎作用,抗菌、收敛、利尿、柔软、化痰、杀霉菌、补身的功效。
本发明通过中药层、活性炭层和负离子颗粒层的设置,活性炭层具有去味和抗菌功能,对污垢具有吸附作用,有助于去除环境中的异味,使空气净化;负离子颗粒层,能够促进身体保温和末梢血液循环,具有良好的养生保健作用;驱蚊中药层在驱赶蚊虫的同时,还具有防霉杀菌的作用,这些设置达到综合协调健康的养生方式,人体通过吸收电气石加热后释放的远红外线、负离子、亚离子、矿物元素等,皮肤代谢有害物质,提高肌肤弹性,促进全身血液循环和新陈代谢,从而达到健身的作用。
本发明的效果:
实验证明,本发明不仅可以驱赶蚊虫;清新空气,释放负离子,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,对改善睡眠质量也具有一定的保健效果。

S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:逐蝇梅50份,紫苏叶20份,薰衣草15份,打破碗花花5份,榆树皮15份, 鱼腥草6份,苦地丁3份,沉香6份,樟木20份,红景天5份,夜交藤3份,石岩枫6份,何首乌1份,薄荷3份,麝香1份,甜马郁兰2.5份,香子兰1.5份,龙涎香1份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60℃煎煮2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入小麦芽精油0.4份,天竺葵精油0.5份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的毛绒玩具外层1和记忆棉填充层24浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的毛绒玩具外层1和记忆棉填充层24放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度130℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述毛绒玩具外层1和记忆棉填充层24。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8份、避蚊胺0.2份和雪松精油0.5份。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10份、桉树油19份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15份和苯甲酸钠0.1份。
在一较佳实施例中,在所述填充物2中高密度无纺布套袋的表面还设置有柔性磁体按摩珠(图中未示出)和沿所述高密度无纺布套袋周向设置的柔性磁条(图中未示出),所述柔性磁体按摩珠通过弹性线穿连设置在所述高密度无纺布套袋的表面;所述柔性磁条通过镶嵌、包覆或粘连的方式固定在所述高密度无纺布套袋的表面,这种装置工艺为现有技术,在此不再赘述。

S5、将已经生产好的毛绒玩具外层1和记忆棉填充层24浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的毛绒玩具外层1和记忆棉填充层24放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度90℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述毛绒玩具外层1和记忆棉填充层24。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂9份、避蚊胺0.1份和雪松精油1份。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10份、桉树油19份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15份和苯甲酸钠0.1份。
其余同实施例1。
经过处理后的毛绒玩具的驱避率达到85%以上,并不间断释放负离子。
检验上述毛绒玩具的方法如下:
(1)气味检查:感官,清香,无刺激性异味。
(2)驱蚊效果测试。
在三个2平方米的实验空间,分别为实验1组、实验2组和对照组,(实验1组对应实施例1、实验2组对应实施例2)并将实验组和对照组(普通毛绒玩具)分别放入无外界蚊虫干扰的实验室内,实验组和对照组(普通毛绒玩具)均通过温湿度控制器将温度控制在温度25℃,相对湿度45%,实验组内放置本发明,而对照组是按照本发明方法制作的未添加中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层、活性炭颗粒层和中药提取物的普通毛绒玩具,分别对蚊子、跳蚤、蚂蚁、蟑螂、臭虫、扁虱进行分类测试,分别在5、10、15、24 小时内进行计数,检测数据见表1。
由表1 得出各类昆虫在各时间段的驱避率,并得出表2。
驱避率为(放入数量- 剩余数量)/ 放入数量。
由表1 和表2可知,本发明的驱虫率可达80%以上,并且10小时即可达到接近90%,15小时即可达到95% 以上,与对照组(普通毛绒玩具)相比,本发明的驱虫效果明显,而且对于蚊子、臭虫和扁虱的驱除率可达100%。
(3)负离子检测。
采用负离子测试仪器,主要是针对木材、矿石、陶瓷材料、负离子粉末与相关制成商品(如负离子衣物、项链、毛毯)等所释放出的负离子数量做出测量。
测试结果见表3。
结论:本发明实施例1和实施例2中的毛绒玩具可以持续释放空气负离子,与现有技术中的普通毛绒玩具相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。
(4)杀菌效果检测。
依照本发明方法制备的毛绒玩具经检测,其理化指标如表4:
结论:本发明实施例1和实施例2中的毛绒玩具杀菌效果优良,与现有技术中的普通毛绒玩具相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。
(5)助眠效果检测。
为了验证本发明对改善睡眠的保健效果,发明人与中山市某医院合作于世界睡眠日当天,将本发明的产品派送给市民试用并邀请参加做3周的跟踪调查,参加试用调查的共有600人,共分为3组,其中前2组试用本发明中实施例1和实施例2中的毛绒玩具,第3组为对照组(普通毛绒玩具),调查数据如下表(单位:人):
结论:本发明实施例1和实施例2中的毛绒玩具对改善睡眠的保健效果良好,与现有技术中的普通毛绒玩具相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。
Claims (1)
1.一种儿童玩具,包括毛绒玩具本体,其特征在于:所述毛绒玩具本体由毛绒布料缝制的毛绒玩具外层(1)和填充在由毛绒玩具外层(1)所包裹形成中空结构中的填充物(2)组成,所述填充物(2)由高密度无纺布套袋、中药层(21)、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层(22)、活性炭颗粒层(23)和记忆棉填充层(24)组成,所述中药层(21)、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层(22)和活性炭颗粒层(23)分别填充在高密度无纺布套袋内;其中,所述中药层(21)和活性炭颗粒层(23)的结构为圆柱或椭圆柱空心结构,且所述中药层(21)置于所述活性炭颗粒层(23)的空心结构中,所述负离子天然矿物质颗粒层(22)置于所述中药层(21)的空心结构中,所述记忆棉填充层(24)将所述的中药层(21)、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层(22)和活性炭颗粒层(23)包裹其中;所述中药层(21)、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层(22)和活性炭颗粒层(23)为圆柱结构时,所述中药层(21)、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层(22)和活性炭颗粒层(23)的半径比是1 :1.5:2,其中,

S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入小麦芽精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,表面活性剂8-9份,避蚊胺0.1-0.2份,雪松精油0.5-1份,丁酸丁酯10-30份,桉树油18-19份,肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-15份和苯甲酸钠0.1-0.3份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子水稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的用于制作毛绒玩具的毛绒玩具外层(1)和记忆棉填充层(24)浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的毛绒玩具外层(1)和记忆棉填充层(24)放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度90-130℃;
S7、自然冷却后进行裁剪,即得到所述的毛绒玩具外层(1)和记忆棉填充层(24)。
