技术领域
本发明涉及单车附件,特别涉及一种装置负离子天然矿物质颗粒的多功能单车座椅及单车。
背景技术
现代社会中,人们越来越重视休闲生活及健身,骑乘单车不但可以达到健身效果,还可以放松心情,正成为人们喜爱的健身行为。但现有的单车座椅的结构简单,功能单一,已不能满足使用者的需求。
一方面,随着全球气温的不断升高,蚊子的种群和数量都将大幅提高,正日益威胁人类的健康。蚊子除直接叮刺吸血、骚扰睡眠外,更严重的是传播多种疾病。我国的蚊传病有疟疾、淋巴丝虫病、流行性乙型脑炎和登革热(或登革出血热)四类,蚊传较重要的病毒病还有黄热病及各种马脑炎等。
另一方面,将空气负离子技术运用于单车座椅产品中,使用后的单车座椅能长期释放空气负离子,尤其是负氧离子。由于其在结构上与超氧阴离子自由基(O2-)相似,因此具有相似的生物活性,能够使活的生物细胞带负电荷,从而使病毒失去对细胞的攻击能力。例如,在人造空气负离子环境中,经测定空气中霉菌、细菌数可降低90%以上。负氧离子被吸入人体后,能调节神经中枢的兴奋状态,改善肺的换气功能,改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢、增强免疫系统能力、使人精神振奋、提高工作效率等,它还对高血压、气喘、流感、失眠、关节炎等许多疾病有一定的治疗作用,所以人称负离子为“空气中的维生素”“长寿素”。
迄今,使传统的单车座椅产品同时具有驱赶蚊虫、防菌杀菌及释放负离子等健身功能的技术设计还未有见。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种装置负离子天然矿物质颗粒的多功能单车座椅,不仅可有效的驱赶蚊虫,释放负离子,还对葡萄球菌、结核杆菌、绿脓杆菌、革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌等多种病菌和真菌有一定的抑制、杀灭作用;同时气味芳香,性质温和,清新怡神,提神醒脑。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种装置有所述座椅的单车。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种装置负离子天然矿物质颗粒的多功能单车座椅,其特征在于:包括基座、垫体、座垫套和固定装置,所述座垫套是以发泡材料发泡成型,在所述座垫套上设置有至少一个通孔,所述座垫套通过固定装置与所述基座可拆卸地结合在一起;所述垫体装置在所述座垫套内;所述垫体由高密度无纺布椅套和填充在椅套内的填充物组成,所述填充物由中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层、活性炭颗粒层和记忆棉填充层组成,所述中药层和活性炭颗粒层的结构为圆柱或椭圆柱空心结构,且所述中药层置于所述活性炭颗粒层的空心结构中,所述负离子天然矿物质颗粒层置于所述中药层的空心结构中;所述记忆棉填充层将所述的中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层包裹其中;在一较佳实施例中,所述中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层为圆柱结构时,所述中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层和活性炭颗粒层的半径比是1 :1.5:2,其中:
所述负离子天然矿物质颗粒层由无纺布包裹层和填充在该无纺布包裹层内的负离子天然矿物质混合物组成,所述负离子天然矿物质混合物为电气石、镧系稀土复合盐类和氧化钛按重量比4:3:3的混合物,其中电气石为镁电气石和锂电气石按重量比5:3的混合物;
进一步的,所述活性炭颗粒层由无纺布包裹层和填充在无纺布包裹层内的活性炭颗粒和麦饭石颗粒组成,其中活性炭颗粒与麦饭石颗粒的重量比为2:1,其利用活性炭颗粒和麦饭石颗粒所具有的吸附、释放远线外线、释放微量元素、控制微生物繁殖、驱虫杀菌、抗氧化、静电屏蔽和防电磁波辐射功能,配合中药散发药香气,解决中药组分吸潮、霉变、板结等问题,真正起到防病治疗的目的。
进一步的,所述中药层由无纺布包裹层和填充在所述无纺布包裹层内部的中药颗粒组成,所述的中药颗粒由下述组分按重量份组成:芜荑70-80份,前胡3-5份,普洱茶20-25份,穿心莲1-3份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份, 沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,夜交藤3-5份,薄荷1-3份,番红花1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,香子兰1.5-2份,把上述原材料按常规工艺进行粉碎,研成粉末,并按上述比例混合,搅拌均匀后填充在无纺布包裹层中,即得中药层;
进一步的,所述垫体中的椅套和记忆棉填充层在生产过程中添加了中药提取物,所述的中药提取物由下述组分按重量份组成:芜荑70-80份,前胡3-5份,普洱茶20-25份,穿心莲1-3份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份, 沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,夜交藤3-5份,薄荷1-3份,番红花1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,香子兰1.5-2份,小麦芽精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,所述椅套和记忆棉填充层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:芜荑70-80份,前胡3-5份,普洱茶20-25份,穿心莲1-3份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份, 沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,夜交藤3-5份,薄荷1-3份,番红花1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,香子兰1.5-2份,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120-200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入小麦芽精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的椅套和记忆棉填充层浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的椅套和记忆棉填充层放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S7、自然冷却后,即得到所述垫体中的椅套和记忆棉填充层。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8-9份、避蚊胺0.1-0.2份和香茅油0.5-1份。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10-30份、桉树油18-19份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1-2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10-15份和苯甲酸钠0.1-0.3份。
在一较佳实施例中,在所述座垫套的表面还设置有柔性磁体按摩珠和沿所述座垫套周向设置的柔性磁条,所述柔性磁体按摩珠通过弹性线穿连设置在所述座垫套的表面;所述柔性磁条通过镶嵌、包覆或粘连的方式固定在所述座垫套的表面。
本发明还提供一种单车,在所述单车上装置有经上工艺流程制备的座椅。
本发明基于祖国传统医学,采用中药保健理论,从现有中药的药物筛选和反复验证,充分发挥各组份协同作用,其中各原料的作用简介如下。
芜荑:《全国中草药汇编》气味: 辛、平、无毒,消积杀虫。
前胡:多年生草本,根供药用,为常用中药,苦、辛,性微寒,能解热、宣散风热。
普洱茶:云南独有大叶种茶树所产的茶,具有抑菌消炎、抗毒、灭菌、预防便秘等。
穿心莲:抗炎、解热、能提高外周血白细胞吞噬金黄色葡萄球菌的能力,主治细菌性痢疾、尿路感染、急性扁桃体炎、肠炎、咽喉炎、肺炎和流行性感冒等,外用可治疗疮疖肿毒、外伤感染等。
薰衣草:能除蚁、除蟑、除螨,放在衣柜、枕头下的时候,不但能代替樟脑丸,还能留下一股沁人的香味,研究发现,薰衣草有明显的抗菌作用,薰衣草中蕴含的芳樟醇是薰衣草抗菌的主要成分,它能抑制17种细菌(包括革兰阴性细菌和革兰阳性细菌)、10种真菌的生长。
打破碗花花:①《陕西中草药》:“苦,凉,有小毒。”②《四川常用中草药》:“苦辛,温,有小毒。” 【化学成分】根及全草含白头翁素(anemonin)和三萜皂齐墩果酸-3-O-β-D-吡喃核糖基-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖甙、齐墩果酸3-O-β-D-吡喃核糖基-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃木糖甙,以及齐墩果酸。【功用主治】杀蛆虫、孑孓,化积,消肿,散瘀,治顽癣,秃疮,疟疾,小儿疳积,痢疾,痈疖疮肿,瘰疬,跌打损伤。
榆树皮:为榆科植物的干燥树皮或根皮, 甘、平,无毒;利水,通淋,消肿,用于小便不通,淋浊,水肿,痈疽发背,丹毒,疥癣。
沉香:《本草纲目》记载沉香具有强烈的抗菌效能、香气入脾、清神理气、补五脏、止咳化痰、暖胃温脾、通气定痛、能入药,是上等药材极品。

薄荷:为唇形科植物薄荷的干燥地上部分,疏散风热,清利头目,利咽透疹,疏肝行气。

香茅油:又称香草油或雄刈萱油。由香茅的全草经蒸汽蒸馏而得。淡黄色液体。有浓郁的山椒香气。主要成分是香茅醛、香叶醇和香茅醇。用于提取香茅醛,供合成羟基香茅醛、香叶醇和薄荷脑。也可用作杀虫剂、驱蚊药和皂用香料。
本发明通过中药层、活性炭层和负离子颗粒层的设置,活性炭层具有去味和抗菌功能,对污垢具有吸附作用,有助于去除环境中的异味,使空气净化;负离子颗粒层,能够促进身体保温和末梢血液循环,具有良好的养生保健作用;驱蚊中药层在驱赶蚊虫的同时,还具有防霉杀菌的作用,这些设置达到综合协调健康的养生方式,人体通过吸收电气石加热后释放的远红外线、负离子、亚离子、矿物元素等,皮肤代谢有害物质,提高肌肤弹性,促进全身血液循环和新陈代谢,从而达到健身的作用。
本发明的效果:

请参见图1和图2所示,一种装置负离子天然矿物质颗粒的多功能单车座椅,包括基座1、垫体2、座垫套3和固定装置4,所述座垫套3是以发泡材料发泡成型,在所述座垫套3上设置有至少一个通孔30,所述座垫套3通过固定装置4与所述基座1可拆卸地结合在一起;所述垫体2装置在所述座垫套内;所述垫体2由高密度无纺布椅套20和填充在椅套20内的填充物组成,所述填充物由中药层21、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层22、活性炭颗粒层23和记忆棉填充层24组成,所述中药层21和活性炭颗粒层23的结构为圆柱或椭圆柱空心结构,且所述中药层21置于所述活性炭颗粒层23的空心结构中,所述负离子天然矿物质颗粒层22置于所述中药层21的空心结构中;所述记忆棉填充层24将所述的中药层21、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层22和活性炭颗粒层23包裹其中;在一较佳实施例中,所述中药层21、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层22和活性炭颗粒层23为圆柱结构时,所述中药层21、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层22和活性炭颗粒层23的半径比是1 :1.5:2,其中:

S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:芜荑70kg,前胡3千克,普洱茶20千克,仙鹤草20kg,穿心莲1kg,薰衣草15kg,打破碗花花3kg,榆树皮15kg, 沉香4kg,樟木20kg,夜交藤3kg,薄荷1kg,番红花1kg,甜马郁兰1.5-2kg,香子兰1.5kg,,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120-200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入小麦芽精油0.4kg,天竺葵精油0.3kg,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的椅套20和记忆棉填充层24浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的椅套20和记忆棉填充层24放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S7、自然冷却后,即得到所述垫体2中的椅套20和记忆棉填充层24。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8千克、避蚊胺0.2千克和香茅油0.5千克。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯10千克、桉树油19千克、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯1千克、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠15千克和苯甲酸钠0.1千克。
在一较佳实施例中,在所述座垫套3的表面还设置有柔性磁体按摩珠(图中未示出)和沿所述座垫套3周边设置的柔性磁条(图中未示出),所述柔性磁体按摩珠通过现有技术中的弹性线穿连设置在所述座垫套的表面;所述柔性磁条通过镶嵌、包覆或粘连的方式固定在所述座垫套的表面,这种装置工艺为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
本发明还提供一种单车,在所述单车上装置有经上工艺流程制备的单车座椅。
实施例2:
一种装置负离子天然矿物质颗粒的多功能单车座椅,包括基座1、垫体2、座垫套3和固定装置4,所述座垫套3是以发泡材料发泡成型,在所述座垫套3上设置有至少一个通孔30,所述座垫套3通过固定装置4与所述基座1可拆卸地结合在一起;所述垫体2装置在所述座垫套内;所述垫体2由高密度无纺布椅套20和填充在椅套20内的填充物组成,所述填充物由中药层21、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层22、活性炭颗粒层23和记忆棉填充层24组成,所述中药层21和活性炭颗粒层23的结构为圆柱或椭圆柱空心结构,且所述中药层21置于所述活性炭颗粒层23的空心结构中,所述负离子天然矿物质颗粒层22置于所述中药层21的空心结构中;所述记忆棉填充层24将所述的中药层21、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层22和活性炭颗粒层23包裹其中;在一较佳实施例中,所述中药层21、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层22和活性炭颗粒层23为圆柱结构时,所述中药层21、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层22和活性炭颗粒层23的半径比是1 :1.5:2,其中:

所述中药层21由无纺布包裹层和填充在所述无纺布包裹层内部的中药颗粒组成,所述的中药颗粒由下述组分按重量份组成:芜荑80kg,仙鹤草25kg,穿心莲5kg,薰衣草25kg,打破碗花花5kg,榆树皮25kg, 沉香6kg,樟木25kg,夜交藤5kg,薄荷3kg,番红花3kg,甜马郁兰2.5kg,香子兰2kg;把上述原材料按常规工艺进行粉碎,研成粉末,并按上述比例混合,搅拌均匀后填充在无纺布包裹层中,即得中药层21;

S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入小麦芽精油0.6kg,天竺葵精油0.5kg,充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的椅套20和记忆棉填充层24浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的椅套20和记忆棉填充层24放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S7、自然冷却后,即得到所述垫体2中的椅套20和记忆棉填充层24。
在一较佳实施例中,为提高驱蚊效果,所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂9千克、避蚊胺0.1千克和香茅油1千克。
其进一步技术方案为,所述中药整理液还包括:丁酸丁酯30千克、桉树油18千克、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2千克、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠10千克和苯甲酸钠0.3千克。
其余同实施例1。
经过处理后的单车座椅的驱避率达到85%以上。
检验上述单车座椅的方法如下:
(1)气味检查:感官,清香,无刺激性异味。
(2)驱蚊效果测试。
在三个2平方米的实验空间,分别为实验1组、实验2组和对照组,(实验1组对应实施例1、实验2组对应实施例2)并将实验组和对照组(普通单车座椅)分别放入无外界蚊虫干扰的实验室内,实验组和对照组(普通单车座椅)均通过温湿度控制器将温度控制在温度25℃,相对湿度45%,实验组内放置本发明,而对照组是按照本发明方法制作的未添加中药层、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层、活性炭颗粒层和中药提取物的普通单车座椅,分别对蚊子、跳蚤、蚂蚁、蟑螂、臭虫、扁虱进行分类测试,分别在5、10、15、24 小时内进行计数,检测数据见表1。
由表1 得出各类昆虫在各时间段的驱避率,并得出表2。
驱避率为(放入数量- 剩余数量)/ 放入数量。
由表1 和表2可知,本发明的驱虫率可达80%以上,并且10小时即可达到接近90%,15小时即可达到95% 以上,与对照组(普通单车座椅)相比,本发明的驱虫效果明显,而且对于蚊子、臭虫和扁虱的驱除率可达100%。
(3)负离子检测。
采用负离子测试仪器,主要是针对木材、矿石、陶瓷材料、负离子粉末与相关制成商品(如负离子衣物、项链、毛毯)等所释放出的负离子数量做出测量。
测试结果见表2。

结论:本发明实施例1和实施例2中的单车座椅可以持续释放空气负离子,与现有技术中的普通单车座椅相比较,本发明具有非常明显的优势。
(4)杀菌效果检测。
依照本发明方法制备的单车座椅经检测,其理化指标如下:

1.一种装置负离子天然矿物质颗粒的多功能单车座椅,其特征在于:包括基座(1)、垫体(2)、座垫套(3)和固定装置(4),所述座垫套(3)是以发泡材料发泡成型,在所述座垫套(3)上设置有至少一个通孔(30),所述座垫套(3)通过固定装置(4)与所述基座(1)可拆卸地结合在一起;所述垫体(2)装置在所述座垫套内;所述垫体(2)由高密度无纺布椅套(20)和填充在椅套(20)内的填充物组成,所述填充物由中药层(21)、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层(22)、活性炭颗粒层(23)和记忆棉填充层(24)组成,所述中药层(21)和活性炭颗粒层(23)的结构为圆柱或椭圆柱空心结构,且所述中药层(21)置于所述活性炭颗粒层(23)的空心结构中,所述负离子天然矿物质颗粒层(22)置于所述中药层(21)的空心结构中,所述记忆棉填充层(24)将所述的中药层(21)、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层(22)和活性炭颗粒层(23)包裹其中;所述中药层(21)、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层(22)和活性炭颗粒层(23)为圆柱结构时,所述中药层(21)、负离子天然矿物质颗粒层(22)和活性炭颗粒层(23)的半径比是1 :1.5:2,其中:

所述中药层(21)由无纺布包裹层和填充在所述无纺布包裹层内部的中药颗粒组成,所述的中药颗粒由下述组分按重量份组成:芜荑70-80份,前胡3-5份,普洱茶20-25份,穿心莲1-3份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份, 沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,夜交藤3-5份,薄荷1-3份,番红花1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,香子兰1.5-2份,所述垫体(2)中的椅套(20)和记忆棉填充层(24)在生产过程中添加了中药提取物,所述的中药提取物由下述组分按重量份组成:芜荑70-80份,前胡3-5份,普洱茶20-25份,穿心莲1-3份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份, 沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,夜交藤3-5份,薄荷1-3份,番红花1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,香子兰1.5-2份,小麦芽精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份,所述椅套(20)和记忆棉填充层(24)的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、称取下述重量份的各中药组分:芜荑70-80份,前胡3-5份,普洱茶20-25份,穿心莲1-3份,薰衣草15-20份,打破碗花花3-5份,榆树皮15-25份, 沉香4-6份,樟木20-25份,夜交藤3-5份,薄荷1-3份,番红花1-3份,甜马郁兰1.5-2.5份,香子兰1.5-2份,,分别投入超微粉碎机中粉碎至120-200目的粉末,混合均匀,备用;
S2、将去离子水加入上述备用的中药粉末中,去离子水的加入量与中药粉末总重量比为10:1,搅拌分散调匀,备用;
S3、将上述备用的中药混合物于60-80℃煎煮1.5-2小时,熬制成中药原液;
S4、将熬制成的中药原液过滤去渣,然后加入小麦芽精油0.4-0.6份,天竺葵精油0.3-0.5份充分搅拌调匀,然后按7%-10%的浓度用去离子稀释后形成中药整理液;
S5、将已经生产好的椅套(20)和记忆棉填充层(24)浸入步骤S4中的中药整理液中充分浸渍20-30分钟;
S6、将步骤S5中的椅套(20)和记忆棉填充层(24)放入烘干机中进行烘干,烘干温度80-130℃;
S7、自然冷却后,即得到所述垫体(2)中的椅套(20)和记忆棉填充层(24)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装置负离子天然矿物质颗粒的多功能单车座椅,其特征在于:所述中药整理液还包括:表面活性剂8-9份、避蚊胺0.1-0.2份和香茅油0.5-1份。
3.一种单车,其特征在于:在该单车上装置有如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的座椅。
