Abstract
本发明公开了一种治手足癣无痛性纳米乳膏,是属于小日化产品治手足癣乳膏生产配制技术领域。是由蛇油大黄、旱獭油蜈蚣、麝香密陀僧、蛇皮松柏叶、蝉蜕蜂胶、斑蝥麦饭石、蛇胆霜白癣皮的天然动植物矿物元素,通过现代高科技纳米技术制得纳米粒径尺度在0.1-5μm范围内,具有巨大无比的表面积能将药物纳米粒子直接导入含病变的细胞体内,经溶酶体摄入直接作用于细胞病原体达到控制、杀灭、治疗感染的效果,具有安全、持久、高效、广谱、抗菌、杀菌,破坏细菌膜的结构达到彻底降解细菌,防止内毒素引起第二次感染的一种治疗手足癣无痛性纳米乳膏。
Description
技术领域
本发明公开了一种治手足癣无痛性纳米乳膏,是属于小日化产品治疗手足癣无痛性乳膏生产配制技术领域。
背景技术
手足癣系指指(趾)及掌、跖面皮肤的浅部真菌感染。病原菌多为红色毛癣菌、絮状表皮癣菌及须毛癣菌。多为间接感染,如用公共浴盆及拖鞋。临床分为水疱型、鳞屑角化型、浸渍型。初起见成群或散在针头大水疱,不易破裂,干燥后疱顶表皮脱落,形成环状鳞屑,新的损害相继出现,相互融合,形成多环状等,即为水疱型。以脱屑,角质增厚,皮肤粗糙干燥为主要表现者,即为鳞屑角化型。指(趾)间皮肽浸渍发白,常因剧痒搔抓磨擦后而引起表皮擦烂,露出潮红糜面等,即为浸渍型。
西医常针对不同临床类型采用相应的外治方法,内服药主要有酮康唑等。中医对手癣有“鹅掌风”,足癣“脚湿气”之称,认为多系外受风毒,内为血燥,凝集皮肤而致。治以清热利湿解毒,内服外治相结合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治手足癣无痛性纳米乳膏。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
1、一种治手足癣无痛性纳米乳膏,其特征是:由蛇油大黄天然动植物矿物元素纳米乳膏,按下列质量配比组成%
制备方法:
①将以上各原料进行筛选、称量;
②将丹余、煅牡蛎、枯矾、煅石膏、龙脑、樟脑、水龙骨7种固态药物磨至极细,制成的纳米乳液,并与水杨酸粉、滑石粉、钛白粉3种药物搅拌混合均匀;
③向物料②中加入蛇油或甘油,搅拌调匀成稠膏;
④将大黄、苦参、蛇床子、地肤子、川栋子、甘草放入锅内,加水蒸煮,开锅后延续20-30min,经过滤制得调稀药水。
⑤将稠膏③用冷却后的调稀药水④调稀至糊状,然后装袋封口即为成品。
本品具有追风祛湿、清热解毒、杀菌消炎、活血生肌等功效,不仅适用于脚气(足癣)患者,还可用于手癣、体癣、股癣、花斑癣的治疗。
使用方法:先洗净脚,用药棉蘸药膏均匀地涂抹于患处,每日2-3次,直至痊愈为止。
本品见效快,效果好,远期疗效稳定,不易复发;无毒副作用及不良反应,愈后无疤痕,安全可靠。
2、一种治手足癣无痛性纳米乳膏,其特征是:由旱獭油蜈蚣天然动植物矿物元素纳米乳膏,按下列质量配比组成%
制备方法:
旱獭油的制备方法是:将捕获的活旱獭处死后,取材进行鼠疫细菌学实验,阴性者,剥皮取油提炼成液体油,冷却后用离心机或分离机除去水分和残渣。
将当归、紫草放入旱獭油内浸泡24小时,再将药物和旱獭油同熬至药枯焦为度,将旱獭油用布滤去,去药渣保留旱獭油,最后将旱獭油再熬,入蜡化尽,倾入器中,加入蜈蚣粉、凡士林、冰片充分混合后即为治疗手足癣及脚臭的纳米癣乳膏。
本品有活血、凉血、润燥、生肌之功,工艺简单,原料易得,充分利用了动植物资源,使用方便,疗效显著,无毒副作用及刺激性,无药物不良反应,用后皮肤细腻光滑。3、一种治手足癣无痛性纳米乳膏,其特征是:由麝香密陀僧天然动植物矿物元素纳米乳膏,按下列质量配比组成%
制备方法:
①将冰片用乙醇溶解;
②将乳香、薄荷研磨后液化;
③将白矾、硫磺、雄黄、密陀僧、龙骨、炉甘石、轻粉分别研细后研制纳米乳后混合均匀;
④将大黄热煎后提取浓缩液,研制纳米乳液;
⑤将麝香、阿司匹林加入二甲基亚砜研磨成纳米乳;
⑥将以上各步骤所得物料置入搅拌器中加温75-80℃搅拌均匀后,再加入凡士林,继续搅拌均匀冷却后即可装瓶;
本品具有消炎镇痛、杀菌抑菌、祛风除湿、化腐生肌、燥湿解毒、杀虫止痒、护养肌肤等功效,主要用于治疗脚气、足癣;使用时,将本品涂抹在患处即可。本品工艺简单,配方合理,使用方便,见效快,效果显著持久,对人体无任何毒副作用。
4、一种治手足癣无痛性纳米乳膏,其特征是:由蛇皮松柏叶天然动植物矿物元素纳米乳膏,按下列质量配比组成%
制备方法:
用铝制容器(勿用铁或铜)加热香油至沸腾后离火,先加入章丹,搅拌均匀后依次加入除冰片外的药物,边加入边搅拌,直至药物搅拌均匀成纳米乳软膏状,最后加入冰片,搅拌直至药物变凉,分装保存。
本品具有解毒托疮、排脓生肌的功效,主要用于治疗各种顽固性皮肤病及螨虫引起的各种皮肤炎症脓疮、热性疖肿、疔毒、脚气及轻度烧烫伤。
使用时,将本品涂于患处即可,如伤口破溃,用温水或淡盐水将伤口沈净,将药物涂于患处,早晚各一次。脚气治愈后不再复发。
脓包疮、疖肿和脚气是由细菌或真菌所致,在治疗过程要保持皮肤和毛巾等用具的清洁消毒,勿食用刺激性食物。

5、一种治手足癣无痛性纳米乳膏,其特征是:由蝉蜕蜂胶天然动植物矿物元素纳米乳膏,按下列质量配比组成%
制备方法:
①先将蜂胶粉碎至40-60目,再将其与苦参、蝉蜕、木槿皮放入95%的乙醇中浸泡并密封;随后每天搅拌1次,7d后过滤出药液;然后再将蜂王浆、薄荷油、APC片(研末),雄黄粉、硫磺粉、黄连粉、黄精粉、滑石粉、血竭粉、珍珠粉,上药共同混合经纳米技术研碎成纳米粉,再与蛇油霜混合搅拌均匀即成;
②方法:以上方药调匀后装入消毒后的瓷瓶内备用。治疗时先用温开水清洗患处,然后涂上药膏,双手相对磨擦,自觉发热,创面看不见油迹止,每日一次,一周为1个疗程;

使用方法:先将患部洗净擦干,再用本品搽在患处,早晚各1次,连续使用3-5d可治愈。

6、一种治手足癣无痛性纳米乳膏,其特征是:由斑蝥麦饭石天然动植物矿物元素纳米乳膏,按下列质量配比组成%
配制方法:
将上药用高科技纳米技术处理装置制成的纳米小分子极细末,除黄蜡外余均先以麻油煎微滚,入黄蜡再煎,以无黄沫为度,取起离火。再将药末渐渐投入,调匀成膏。涂擦患处,或加热烘疗法,疗效更好。本品解毒杀虫止痒,适用于鹅掌风、手癣。因用了纳米技术制成的超细微纳米粒子粒径在0.1-5μm,其药物能够直接进入病原体的细胞内,不断缓慢释放,从而增强了对细胞内的真菌、病毒感染的治疗。
7、一种治手足癣无痛性纳米乳膏,其特征是:由蛇胆霜白藓皮天然动植物矿物元素纳米乳膏,按下列质量配比组成%
制备方法:
将除蛇胆霜以外的其他药物按上方配比研磨成细粉状,用常规二氧化碳萃取或用60%乙醇提取的方法提取,滤液经薄膜蒸发、回收乙醇,并浓缩成1∶1(即每毫升含源生药1g),相对密度为1.03-1.05的流浸膏备用。用时将流浸膏真空干燥研细与其他物料共同混合,将其混合物料再用纳米粒径超细微化通用装置将物料的大分子进行破碎、乳化、均质、分散,从而粒化成纳米级粒径的小分子过1800-2200目筛,中心粒径为0.1-5μm,因为药物的吸收常受药物在吸收部位溶出速度的支配,而减小粒径,可以增大在暴露在介质中的表面积,而促进溶解,进而提高药物的吸收度和利用率,增大了药效和治疗效果。然后与蛇胆霜混合,搅拌均匀成糊状纳米乳药膏,装瓶即为成品。粒径对0.1-5μm的纳米细粉经现代高科技制成纳米乳。上述各实施例纳米乳制备可参照本法。本品中水杨酸、苯甲酸、轻粉、血竭、雄黄、硫磺、枯矾、明矾、黄丹、白癣皮、凤仙花、朱砂、五倍子、白附子、蛇床子、百步等对真菌、霉菌及其他致病菌等有较强的杀灭和抑制作用,还有消炎镇痛剂除湿软化作用;冰片、青黛不仅有较强的去腐生肌功效,而且对皮肤再生过程有良好的促进作用;对皮肤有滋润作用。蛇胆霜对皮肤真菌、螨虫有较强的抗菌杀螨抗过敏防裂祛斑等多种作用。是由南通蛇类研究所生产的护肤专利特效产品。
本品具有抗菌消炎、祛风除湿、排毒化腐、生肌修复及抑制真菌感染等功效,主要用于治疗脚癣。
使用方法:先洗净脚,用药棉蘸药膏均匀地涂抹于患处,每日1-2次。轻症一般用药2-4d即愈,重症一般用药5-10d即愈。
本品配方科学,起效迅速,疗效短,效果理想,治愈率高,不易复发;无毒副作用及不良反应,无痛感,使用安全、舒适、方便。
手足癣是指(趾)及掌、跖、手背及足背皮肤癣菌感染性皮肤病。与中医的“鹅掌风”、“臭田螺”、“田螺疱”相类似。
《外科正宗》记载:“鹅掌风由足阳明胃经火热、血燥,外受寒凉所凝,致皮枯槁……,初起紫斑白点,久则皮肤枯厚破裂不已。”又如《医宗金鉴·外科心法》鹅掌风记载:“此证初起紫白斑点,叠起白皮,坚硬且厚,干枯燥裂,延及遍身。”又如臭田螺记载:“此证由肾经湿热下注而生,脚丫破烂,其患甚小,其痒搓之不能解,必搓至皮烂流腥臭水觉痛时,其痒方止,次日仍痒,经年不愈,极其缠绵。”
本病因湿热下注,或因久居湿地染毒及传染所致。
本病初起常为水疱型,成群或分散出现,破溃或吸收后出现脱屑,相互融合,反复发作可致皮肤粗厚,角化过度、干燥、粗糙、脱屑、皲裂而形成脱屑型。如发生于指(趾)缝间,表皮浸渍发白,有渗液,如将表皮除去后,露出红色创面,伴有剧烈疼痛,奇痒难耐,且有特殊臭味为糜烂型。治宜清热利湿解毒及外敷药膏治疗,但复发率高。本发明在传统中西药治疗的基础上运用最新的现在高科技纳米技术,选用天然的动植物矿物元素研制的无痛性治疗手足癣纳米乳膏。
这些天然的动植物矿物元素通过微乳液聚合的方法得到,纳米粒径尺度在0.1-5μm的范围内,这种超微粒子具有巨大的比表面积将药物纳米粒子直接导入含病原体的细胞内,经溶酶体摄入直接作用于细胞内的病原体,达到控制、杀灭、治疗、感染的作用,纳米二氧化钛TiO2是一种新型无机光催化式杀菌剂,该材料毒性低,对人体皮肤无刺激,抗菌能力强,抗菌谱广,具有即效杀菌抗菌的效果,抗菌作用持久,氧化锌晶须ZnOw为多元纳米复合抗菌杀菌剂,是一种安全、持久、高效、广谱、抗菌、杀菌材料。纳米钛白粉具有抗菌谱广、抗菌力强、成本低的特点,这种具有高安全性的纳米钛白粉进行杀菌时,靠分离电子-空穴对激活表面吸附物质,产生强氧化剂和强还原剂,攻击细菌有机体,起到杀菌作用。一般常用的杀菌剂如银、铜等能使细菌细胞失去活性,但细菌杀死后,可释放出有害的组分,如内毒素等。纳米钛白粉不仅能影响细菌繁殖力,而且能攻击细菌细胞的外层,穿透细胞膜,破坏细菌的细胞膜结构,达到彻底降解细菌,并且进一步防止内毒素引起二次污染的目的。
手足癣即手癣和足癣,系指指(趾)及掌、跖面皮肤的浅部真菌感染。本病多为间接感染,如用公共浴盆及拖鞋。中医学将手癣称为“鹅掌风”,足癣称为“脚湿气”,俗称“香港脚”。潮湿环境或长期穿不透气的鞋袜都易发病。
常见于足跖和足缘,成群集或散发的小水疱,伴有瘙痒,奇痒难忍,水疱位置较深,疱壁不易穿破,周围无红晕,数天后可吸收脱皮。损害可向四周蔓延,小水疱可以融合成大水疱。水疱继发感染后可见脓疱。由于足汗多、趾间潮湿、不透风等原因引起。趾间浸渍发白,基底潮红,可有糜烂渗出,恶臭。
以往治疗方法:一般用洗剂、浸泡剂、粉剂、酊剂、酒精制剂、膏剂等,治疗时间长而且疼痛,不能很快止痒,易复发。本发明乳膏其中添加有麦饭石纳米粉因为它有神奇的清洁水的作用,对密闭在鞋袜间的潮湿脚趾的水珠有杀菌净水拮毒的作用,释放微量元素,增强免疫,提高抗感染的能力,使潮湿带菌的趾间的水、变成清洁的纯水、净化、活化、矿化的活水,使趾间潮湿,水中氯、重金属、细菌、病毒和杂菌得以吸附、分解和抑制,对因细菌感染引起的奇臭,得以消除,并能防止复发,有助于手足癣的治疗和护理,能在无痛无痒、不知不觉的过程中治愈手足癣。
