Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗臁疮的纳米乳膏，是属于精细化工小产品纳米乳膏配置生产技术领域。由所述天然植物当归川穹，儿茶石榴皮，红花紫草，大黄黄柏血竭黄芪，金银花蒲公英用于小腿慢性溃疡即臁疮的纳米乳膏，本品能泻火解毒，活血消淤，消炎止痛，清热燥湿，消外溃腐肉，辛散温痛，善入血分，能散瘀血，活死血，通络筋脉。据现代药理研究，本发明配方中所述天然动植物诸药对金黄色葡萄球菌，绿脓杆菌有较强的抑制作用，用纳米乳膏湿敷溃疡，由于纳米粒径的纳米小分子，渗透吸收率强而快，药力直达病灶，治疗效果好，既能清洗疮口，杀菌消炎，又能祛除毒邪，促进臁疮的痊愈。

背景技术：
静脉曲张性小腿溃疡属中医“臁疮”范畴，多由于静脉曲张症候群引起局部血液循环障碍。静脉曲张原因不明，可能与血管的先天性素质有关。局部血液循环不良，皮肤组织的营养不足，局部的抵抗力下降，轻微的外伤就可以引起溃疡。
祖国医学认为，多因湿热下注，经络阻滞，淤血凝集，气血不通，肌肤失养，日久溃疡成疮。《医宗金鉴》云：“此证生在两胫内外臁骨，外臁属足三阳经，湿热结聚早治易于见效；内臁属三阴，有湿臁血分虚热而成，更兼臁骨皮肉浇薄，难得见效，极其缠绵，初发先痒后痛，红肿成片，破津紫水。”中医对本病治疗方法多，既有内治，又有外治，经验极其丰富。关于治疗原则，一般而言，早期应以清热解毒，活血化湿为主；中后期宜益气养血，祛腐生肌，扶正祛邪。
发明内容：
本发明的目的在于提供一种臁疮纳米乳膏。
本发明技术解决的方案是：
1、一种臁疮纳米乳膏，其特征是：所述天然植物当归川穹治臁疮纳米乳膏，按下列质量份配比组成％
制备方法：
除黄蜡蛇油外将其他天然植物药粉碎成60目的粗粉加入八倍的水制成混悬液，在胶体磨中均匀进行细化处理，细化液再置于均质机中进行纳米化粉碎制成粒径在0.1-2mm的天然植物药纳米乳然后加入蛇油黄蜡加温至85℃充分搅拌均匀，温度降低至室温时再进行分瓶包装入库。
【方名】臁疮膏。
【用法】把前八味药物入香油炸成碳，去渣。用文火加入黄蜡熬膏，备用。每次用膏抹患处，油纸盖之，外用绷带缠缚，隔日换药一次。
【适应症】静脉曲张性小腿溃疡。即臁疮。
【方剂简析】本主药品活血散淤去风止痛，看似平常之举，取得独特疗效原因，主要在于黄蜡。盖黄蜡有生肌定痛的作用，另有制腐灭菌之效。其元素是蜂蜜腹部的分泌液，接触空气而凝定，用以制造蜂巢及蜂槽，有此天然功用，所以疗效精妙，如只取黄腊做基质及赋形剂，那就轻看了黄蜡的深奥作用。
【病案举例】许某，男，36岁。2年前因被高粱茬刮破右小腿内踝上部成疮，经治疗数月，疮势不见好转，久淫成臁。疮皮乌黑下陷，脓臭不堪，流黄作痒。用此膏20多天痊愈，未复发。
2、一种臁疮纳米乳膏，其特征是：所述天然植物儿茶石榴皮治臁疮生肌，按下列质量份配比组成％
制备方法：
除黄蜡、炉甘石、生石膏粉、麻油外余天然植物药，粉碎成60目粗粉，加入八倍的水制成混悬液制成天然植物药纳米乳加麻油加温至85℃搅拌均匀并加黄蜡使之共熔当温度降低至45℃，使再加生炉甘石粉，生石膏粉边加边搅拌如膏状为上，当温度降低至室温时分瓶包装入库。
用法：将创面消毒后，用甲硝唑溶液冲洗，清除创缘坏死组织及创面分泌物，然后用甲硝唑纱条覆盖，3～4天后始敷药，纳米乳膏范围与创面大小相当，药厚0.1～0.2cm，外加3～4层纱布，以胶布固定之，据创面分泌物多少更换，切记擦伤新生肉芽。
【适应症】小腿慢性溃疡(臁疮)。
3、一种臁疮纳米乳膏，其特征是：所述天然植物红花红花紫草治臁疮，按下列质量份配比组成％
制备方法：
先将香油放入铁锅内，用文火烧开，把蓖麻仁，生大黄，紫草，红花，乌梅，黄连，蝮蛇皮投入油内炸枯过滤去渣，将油重入锅内，再把乳香，没药，血竭入锅，待熔化尽，最后将黄丹徐徐撒进油内，并取尺许长的新槐枝旋转搅拌，熬至滴水成珠。于是将油膏倾去冷水盆，浸泡一夜去火毒，即可取出备用。先将患入处用桃枝，艾叶熬水洗尽污垢，再按疮面大小，将膏药熔化于白布上可贴疮面，每周还药一次。在治疗期间，忌房事，发物及久站。黄水多于数日内流尽，可知湿毒已除，即能获愈。
【适应症】臁疮。
【万剂简析】该病由下肢脉络瘀滞不畅，复因外伤然毒，湿热之邪下迫。据现代药理研究，以上的药对黄金色葡萄球菌。用中药药液湿，药力直达病所，且渗透性好，又能祛除毒邪。
4、一种臁疮纳米乳膏，其特征是：所述天然植物红花红花紫草治臁疮，按下列质量份配比组成％
制作方法：
将大黄，黄柏，黄芩，黄连，芳参，青黛轻粉研制的纳米粉加入蛇油黑豆馏油，矾土林混合加温至85℃，搅拌均匀待冷至45℃时加冰片，充分搅拌至室温，在消毒车间内分装入库。
功效主治：
本品有清热解毒，燥湿止痒。主治小腿异常，急性湿疹有水泡，甚至脓包，自觉疼痛。现代研究和实验证明，大黄，黄连，黄柏能增强白细胞的吞噬作用。
5、一种臁疮纳米乳膏，其特征是：所述天然植物红花红花紫草治臁疮，按下列质量份配比组成％
制作方法：
将除麝香，凡土林血竭粉碎成60目的粗粉加8倍的水，制成天然植物纳米乳，加血竭凡土林加温85℃，搅拌均匀，当温度降低45℃时，再加麝香，继续搅拌至室温，再在净化消毒车间分瓶包装入库。
用法：处患部绷带包扎每2到3天换一次药。
6、一种臁疮纳米乳膏，其特征是：所述天然植物金银花蒲公英治臁疮，按下列质务分配比组成％
制备方法：
除蜂蜡麻油血竭(龙血树脂)外其下天然植物等制成纳米乳与麻油中浸泡七日后，文火升温95℃，加蜂蜡血竭搅拌至室温，在净化消毒车间分瓶罐装入库。
使用方法：
使用时将患处用温开水清洗，再用3％过氧化氢溶液清洗消毒后再用药棉擦干涂药膏，使乳膏覆盖整个溃疡面积然后选用大于创面的无菌消毒纱布覆盖胶布固定，换药为每日一次或隔日一次，脓水多者则每日2次。
