Abstract

一种拉绳式滑板车,结构由车体、前轮、后轮、变速箱和拉绳组成。车体为一块框架型板体,在车体的前、后两端安装前、后轮和变速箱,在前轮上连接方向盘,在变速箱的输入轴上安装轴套,在轴套上连接拉绳,拉绳在轴套上缠绕几圈后从绳槽内穿出,穿出后的拉绳和拉手相连成一体。

一种拉绳式滑板车,属于健身代步工具领域。
背景技术
滑板车已有很多种,为了更多地增加滑板车的车型,以满足人们更广泛的选择需求,再给滑板车增加一款车型。
发明内容
本申请的目的是要提供一种拉绳式滑板车,与已有滑板车的不同处在于:用脚控制方向和用手拉绳传递动力。结构由车体、前轮、后轮、变速箱和拉绳组成。车体为一块框架型板体,在车体的前端框架上安装前轮,前轮选用万向脚轮,万向脚轮的轮架固定在车体上,万向脚轮的转轴上端高出车体的上平面;在万向脚轮的转轴上连接方向盘,方向盘为一块圆形板体,方向盘的中部和转轴垂直相连成一体。旋转方向盘,前轮能够在车体上灵活转动。
在车体的中后部安装变速箱,变速箱和车体相连成一体。变速箱选用涡轮式变速箱,变速箱输出轴的两端伸出在变速箱体之外,变速箱对输出轴的传速比具有放大作用;在变速箱的输出轴的两端分别安装后轮,在一个后轮上设有飞轮(自行车飞轮),后轮通过飞轮和输出轴相连成一体,该后轮对拉绳式滑板车起驱动作用;另一个后轮(没有飞轮)套装在输出轴上,并能在输出轴上灵活转动。
在变速箱的输入轴上安装轴套,轴套由一段圆管和两个单向轴承组成,单向轴承固定在轴套的两端内壁上(图中没有画出)。轴套两端的单向轴承套装在变速箱的输入轴上。安装好的轴套能够在输入轴上顺向转动(空转),也能够在轴套逆向旋转时带动输入轴旋转;从而通过输出轴、飞轮带动后轮向前转动;在轴套上对称设有两个绳孔,在绳孔内分别安装一段拉绳,拉绳的一端和绳孔固定相连成一体;在轴套上分别缠绕几圈拉绳,牵引缠绕后的拉绳能够带动轴套正、反旋转。
在输入轴所对应的车体的两侧的板体上,分别开设有绳槽,绳槽为一段抹角矩形的通槽,在绳槽的周围设有一圈向下的折边,折边的横截面为开口向外的圆弧形(图中没有画出),以此减少绳槽对拉绳的磨损程度;缠好后的拉绳的一端分别穿过绳槽后连接拉手,拉绳能够在绳槽内灵活移动,拉手的形状为带孔的球形或椭圆体,拉绳的上端和拉手固定相连成一体。
使用时,人的两脚呈丁字形站在拉绳式滑板车上,其中的一脚踏在方向盘上,调整拉绳的长度使其适合上下牵拉,两手分别抓住两个拉手,上下牵引拉绳使输入轴间隔旋转,该滑板车就在输出轴的驱动下前进了,用脚旋转方向盘能够使该滑板车灵活的完成转弯。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种拉绳式滑板车,与已有滑板车的不同处在于:用脚控制方向和用手拉绳传递动力。结构由车体1、前轮2、后轮3、变速箱4和拉绳5组成。车体1为一块框架型的板体,在车体1的前端框架上安装前轮2,前轮2选用万向脚轮,万向脚轮的轮架固定在车体1上,万向脚轮的转轴6上端高出车体1的上平面;在万向脚轮的转轴6上连接方向盘7,方向盘7为一块圆形板体,方向盘7的中部和转轴6垂直相连成一体。旋转方向盘7,前轮2能够在车体1上灵活转动。
在车体1的中后部安装变速箱4,变速箱4和车体1相连成一体。变速箱4选用涡轮式变速箱,变速箱4的输出轴10的两端伸出在变速箱体之外,变速箱4对输出轴10的传速比具有放大作用;在变速箱10的输出轴11的两端分别安装后轮3,在一个后轮3上设有飞轮14(自行车飞轮),后轮3通过飞轮14和输出轴11相连成一体,该后轮3对拉绳式滑板车起驱动作用;另一个后轮3(没有飞轮)套装在输出轴11上,并能在输出轴11上灵活转动。
在变速箱4的输入轴9上安装轴套8,轴套8由一段圆管和两个单向轴承组成,单向轴承固定在轴套8的两端内壁上(图中没有画出)。轴套8两端的单向轴承套装在变速箱4的输入轴9上;安装好的轴套8能够在输入轴9上顺向转动(空转),也能够在轴套8逆向旋转时带动输入轴9旋转;从而通过输出轴10、飞轮13带动后轮3向前转动;在轴套8上对称设有两个绳孔11,在绳孔11内分别安装一段拉绳5,拉绳5的一端和绳孔11固定相连成一体;在轴套8上分别缠绕几圈拉绳5,牵引缠绕后的拉绳5能够带动轴套8正、反旋转;

1.一种拉绳式滑板车,特征是:与已有滑板车的不同处在于:用脚控制方向和用手拉绳传递动力;结构由车体(1)、前轮(2)、后轮(3)、变速箱(4)和拉绳(5)组成;车体(1)为一块框架型的板体,在车体(1)的前端框架上安装前轮(2),前轮(2)选用万向脚轮,万向脚轮的轮架固定在车体(1)上,万向脚轮的转轴(6)上端高出车体(1)的上平面;在万向脚轮的转轴(6)上连接方向盘(7),方向盘(7)为一块圆形板体,方向盘(7)的中部和转轴(6)垂直相连成一体;旋转方向盘(7),前轮(2)能够在车体(1)上灵活转动;
在车体(1)的中后部安装变速箱(4),变速箱(4)和车体(1)相连成一体;变速箱(4)选用涡轮式变速箱,变速箱(4)的输出轴(10)的两端伸出在变速箱体之外,变速箱(4)对输出轴(10)的传速比具有放大作用;在变速箱(4)的输出轴(10)的两端分别安装后轮(3),在一个后轮(3)上设有飞轮(13),后轮(3)通过飞轮(13)和输出轴(10)相连成一体,该后轮(3)对拉绳式滑板车起驱动作用;另一个后轮(3)套装在输出轴(10)上,并能在输出轴(10)上灵活转动;
在变速箱(4)的输入轴(9)上安装轴套(8),轴套(8)由一段圆管和两个单向轴承组成,单向轴承固定在轴套(8)的两端内壁上;轴套(8)两端的单向轴承套装在变速箱(4)的输入轴(9)上;安装好的轴套(8)能够在输入轴(9)上顺向转动,也能够在轴套(8)逆向旋转时带动输入轴(9)旋转;从而通过输出轴(10)、飞轮(13)带动后轮(3)向前转动;在轴套(8)上对称设有两个绳孔(11),在绳孔(11)内分别安装一段拉绳(5),拉绳(5)的一端和绳孔(11)固定相连成一体;在轴套(8)上分别缠绕几圈拉绳(5),牵引缠绕后的拉绳(5)能够带动轴套(8)正、反旋转;
在输入轴(9)所对应的车体(1)的两侧的板体上,分别开设有绳槽(14),绳槽(14)为一段抹角矩型的通槽,在绳槽(14)的周围设有一圈向下的折边,折边的横截面为开口向外的圆弧形,以此减少绳槽(14)对拉绳(5)的磨损程度;缠好后的拉绳(5)的一端分别穿过绳槽(14)后连接拉手(12),拉绳(5)能够在绳槽(14)内灵活移动,拉手(12)的形状为带孔的球形或椭圆体,拉绳(5)的上端和拉手(12)固定相连成一体;
