Abstract
本发明是一种自然风干功能膜保鲜剂。用作瓜果、蔬菜、禽蛋保鲜的保护涂层。该保鲜剂中含有成膜材料,这种成膜材料附着性好,在涂层由液状变成固态时保鲜物的涂层互不粘连,能自然风干,简化了使用保鲜剂的工序。膜对水分和气体有选择功能,能释放保鲜物内产生的二氧化碳,乙烯等气体,防止氧气浸入,保持水分,使保鲜物保持鲜嫩。
Description
本发明是一种用于瓜果、蔬菜、禽蛋保鲜的化学涂层剂。
目前,用于浸涂果实、蔬菜表面的保鲜剂大致有二类。一类是非水溶性涂层剂,如石蜡等涂层,起到了隔绝空气,保持瓜果内部水分的作用。另一类是用淀粉糖类,中草药等以及人工合成的高分子材料剂制成糊状物,并添加杀菌清毒及药剂以实现保鲜。使用这些保鲜剂必须配有专门的涂敷机器,热风吹干的设备,以避免粘性涂层在未完全固化前粘连损坏,使涂层均匀全面地覆盖在果实表面。特别是用涂蜡保鲜时,在喷蜡以后还要对瓜果表面进行打光,这些方法不但一次性投资费高,对果实的尺寸大小和硬度有一定的要求。而且,一般都有相当数量的损失率。
本发明的目的是提出一种制造与浸涂简便,无损失率的成本低廉的保鲜剂。
本发明的原理是在保鲜物的表面涂上一层有选择性透气的功能膜。这种功能膜可以阻截空气中大部分的氧气进入果实内部,又允许瓜果内部产生的二氧化碳及乙烯等气体自由透过。膜表面有憎水基团向外,排斥空气中的水分,有杜绝细菌繁殖的作用。本发明的特点是当保鲜剂浸涂于保鲜物表面后,即使处于潮湿条件下,各个保鲜物的保鲜膜也不会相互粘连扯破,经自然风干后各个被浸涂过的保鲜物外表面都能形成复盖完整的保鲜膜,因而可以避免使用复杂的附加设备来使用保鲜剂实现保鲜。这样省工、省料,又节约了设备费用。
本发明的自然风干功能膜保鲜剂的制造方法是在诸如:羧甲基纤维素、水溶性醋酸纤维素、聚乙烯醇、硅醇等无毒无害的水溶性高分子的水溶液中,添加诸如:柠檬酸、聚乙烯醇、醋酸、硼酸、磷酸等成孔剂,和诸如:吐温、聚氧化乙烯等表面活性剂,以及诸如山梨酸、蜂蜜、食醋等防腐剂,将上述物质在20℃-90℃溶解在水中,搅拌5-120分钟,即得本发明所指的透明稀粘稠物。
在使用本保鲜剂时必须事先除去已腐烂的保鲜物。对瓜果的储备保鲜,可按惯例清毒余菌后,将被保鲜物整体浸入保鲜剂0.1-60分钟,整体取出,自然凉干即可包装储备。也可将惯用的清毒杀菌剂混入保鲜剂,一次地浸渍,然后风干包装。
本保鲜剂所处理的瓜果、禽蛋的保鲜期在室温下可保鲜20~180天,失重率1~10%。

1、一种化学复合的自然风干功能膜保鲜剂,其特征在于该保鲜剂中含有羧甲基纤维素、醋酸纤维素,聚乙烯醇或硅醇等成膜材料,
2、如权利要求1所述的自然风干功能膜保鲜剂,其特征在于该保鲜剂中还含有蜂蜜,聚氧化乙烯等成膜促进剂,醋酸、硼酸、柠檬酸等成孔剂,以及现有公知的杀菌剂和防腐剂。
