Abstract
<p>Esta descripción se refiere a composiciones y métodos para promover la transcripción de una secuencia de nucleótidos en una planta o célula vegetal, mediante el uso de un promotor de un gen similar al de metalotioneína (mtl) de Panicum virgatum. Algunas modalidades se refieren a un promotor de un gen similar al de metalotioneína (mtl) de Panicum virgatum que funciona en las plantas para promover la transcripción de secuencias de nucleótidos unidas operativamente.</p>
