Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>
    Dispositif de montage, à friction d'une roue de mouvement d'horlogerie sur son arbre, et procédé pour sa fabrication La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de montage, à friction, d'une roue de mouvement d'horlogerie sur son arbre, et un procédé pour sa fabrication.

   <Desc / Clms Page number 1>
    A device for mounting, by friction, a clockwork wheel on its shaft, and method for its manufacture The present invention relates to a device for mounting, by friction, a clockwork wheel on its shaft , and a process for its manufacture.

  There are known mounting devices of this type, in which the wheel has elastic arms directly providing friction on the shaft. The drawback of such devices lies mainly in the fact that, on the one hand, the friction cannot be ensured steel on steel and that, on the other hand, the centering of the wheel with respect to its shaft can be subject to inaccuracies. . The aim of the invention is to make it possible to remedy these drawbacks.

  This device is characterized in that the wheel comprises a perforated board, at least part of said openings of which opens onto a central opening, such that the latter is limited by elastically deformable segments, this central opening being occupied by a annular attached core, radially split so as to be able to open when the wheel is engaged on said shaft and to grip it elastically.

  The manufacturing process is characterized by the fact that a radial slot is provided in the annular core and said core relates to the center of said perforated board.

  The drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention.

  Fig. 1 is a plan view, from below, of a wheel intended to be mounted in friction on a floor of a clockwork movement, and FIG. 2 is a section of said wheel, along line II-II of fi-. 1, on an enlarged scale, the wheel being mounted on a roadway.

  The wheel shown includes a plate 1, in brass, nickel, nickel silver, bronze-beryllium or any other suitable alloy, pierced with a central hole 2, four holes 3 arranged in a crown at 900 from each other, opening onto the hole central 2, and four holes 4, also arranged in a ring and 900 from each other, between the holes 3. Thanks to this arrangement, the central hole 2 of the plate 1 is limited by four elastically deformable segments.

  This central hole is occupied by a core 5, made of steel, split radially at 6. This slot is obtained by breaking this core, by shearing in a stamp, without removing material, so that it does not have any appreciable width. This core 5, attached to the center of the board 1, is fixed to this board by a crimping at 5a. Thanks to the fact that the slot 6 does not have a width, the crimping 5a can be carried out without this core closing again, which retains its exact dimension at its central hole, designated by 7.

  The wheel shown is engaged on a roadway 8 (FIG. 2) and elastically encloses a frustoconical bearing surface 9 thereof. Thanks to the slot 6 of the core 5, and thanks to the elasticity of the segments 1a of the board 1, the core 5 opens slightly when the wheel is placed on the roadway 8, its engagement being facilitated by a terminal chamfer conical 10 presented by the roadway.

  As a variant, the core 5 could be fixed to the plate of the wheel other than by crimping, for example by riveting, driving, welding or in any other way.

  Also in a variant, the slot 6 of the core 5 could be obtained other than by breaking this core, for example by milling or by electroerosion.
