Abstract

APARELHO EM UMA SALA DE PREPARAÇÃO DE FIAÇÃO, INSTALAÇÃO DE DESCAROÇAMENTO OU SIMILARES PARA DETECÇÃO E SEPARAÇÃO DE MATÉRIAS ESTRANHAS EM OU ENTRE MATERIAIS FIBROSOS, PARTICULARMENTE ALGODÃO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho em uma sala de preparação de fiação, instalação de descaroçamento ou similares à detecção e separação de matérias estranhas em ou entre o material fibroso, particularmente algodão, dotado de um duto de transporte de fibras ao longo do qual se dispõem, um após o outro na direção de transporte, um sistema sensorial para detecção de matérias estranhas e um dispositivo de separação tendo ao menos um bocal de ar comprimido (ar soprado) transversalmente eficaz em relação ao duto de transporte de fibras, sendo que o duto de transporte de fibras tem oposta ao bocal de ar comprimido uma primeira abertura que leva a uma câmara de separação conectada a um dispositivo de descarga de refugos, sendo que o ar soprado a partir de ao menos um bocal de ar comprimido é abastecível em um sistema fechado a partir da câmara de separação através de uma abertura adicional até a corrente de ar de transporte. In order to allow reliable segregation of foreign matter from the flow of fibrous material without adversely affecting the air balance, structurally simple, the separation chamber is integrally connected to the fiber transport duct and the blown air, before being returned to the conveying air stream, passes through a filter, screen or similar.
