Abstract

DISPOSITIVO EM UM PASSADOR QUE TEM UM SISTEMA DE ESTIRAMENTO PARA FITAS DE FIBRAS TêXTEIS. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo em um passador que tem um sistema de estiramento para fitas de fibra têxtil com feitura de peso dos rolos superiores do sistema de estiramento, o qual compreende pares de rolo dispostos uns atrás dos outros, os pares tendo rolos inferiores e superiores III, 4, os moentes rotativos nas extremidades do rolo superior 4 são montados por meio de elementos de mancal 22, e cada um dos elementos de mancal tem pelo menos um mancal de esferas de ranhura profunda que tem um alojamento externo imóvel 22.1 e um corpo rotativo interno 22. De modo a prover uma forma estruturalmente simples pela qual os alojamentos de mancal podem ser montados no ou removidos do rolo pressionador, os elementos de mancal são na forma de mancais de esferas de ranhura profunda 37 e há um acoplamento 43 entre o moente 4.2 e o corpo rotativo 22.21.
