Abstract
DISPOSIçãO PARA RECONHECER PARTìCULAS INDESEJáVEIS, ESPECIALMENTE PARTìCULAS DE REFUGO, NóS, NóS áSPEROS, GRUMOS E SEMELHANTES, EM MATERIAL DE FIBRA TêXTIL, POR EXEMPLO, ALGODãO, FIBRAS SINTéTICAS OU SEMELHANTES, ESPECIALMENTE EM MáQUINAS DE PREPARAçãO DE FIAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para reconhecer partículas indesejáveis, especialmente partículas de refugo, nós, nós ásperos, grumos e similares, no material de fibra têxtil, por exemplo, algodão, fibras sintéticas e similares, especialmente em máquinas de preparação de fiação, no qual a detecção das partículas indesejáveis é efetuada por meio optoeletrónico, o material de fibra pode ser detectado por um dispositivo de reconhecimento e os resultados da medição podem ser supridos a um dispositivo de processamento de imagem. A fim de substancialmente aperfeiçoar a avaliação da medição das partículas indesejáveis, é provido um elemento de remoção para pelo menos uma fita de fibras, com o qual podem ser produzidos um tufo de fibras apresentando extremidades abertas na direção de trabalho e um tufo de fibras apresentando extremidades abertas opostas à direção de trabalho e os valores medidos das partículas indesejáveis obtidas em ambos os tufos de fibra podem ser supridos a um dispositivo de comparação e os valores de comparação podem ser usados para otimizar os parâmetros de ajuste e/ou elementos estruturais das máquinas de preparação de fiação.
