Abstract
PROCESSO PARA DESIDRATAR UM CONCENTRADO DE LAMA MINERAL E AUMENTAR A PRODUÇçO DE UMA MASSA FILTRADA. A presente invenção fornece um processo para a desidratação de um concentrado de lama mineral e aumento da produção da massa filtrada resultante consistindo essencialmente em misturar um concentrado de lama mineral aquoso com uma quantidade efetiva de um tensoativo não iônico e uma quantidade efetiva de um polímero catiânico para formar um concentrado de mala mineral aquoso tratado com polímero catiónico e tensoativo não iônico, e submetendo o concentrado de lama mineral aquoso tratado a um processo de remoção de água líquida para desidratar a lama mineral aquosa tratada e para aumentar a produção de uma massa filtrada resultante da lama mineral desidratada. Uma composição de concentrado de lama mineral e uma massa filtrada de concentrado mineral melhorada é também descrita.
