Abstract

LAVADORA DE PARTES AQUOSA DE FINALIDADE MúLTIPLA. A presente exposição refere-se geralmente a uma lavadora de partes de finalidade geral usada para a remoção de graxa, óleo e sujeira de partes mecânicas e, mais particularmente, a um aparelho para a lavagem de partes em um alojamento único tendo uma porção de limpeza automática, com uma primeira câmara de limpeza para aspersão de partes, uma segunda câmara de limpeza para embebição e agitação de partes, e uma porção de limpeza manual. A lavadora de partes de finalidade geral inclui três porções de limpeza. Todas as porções usam uma solução de limpeza a partir de uma bomba única, uma porção de reservatório para a coleta e o armazenamento do volume importante de solução de limpeza e resíduos do processo de lavagem, uma interface de controlador única operada a partir de um visor, e uma fonte de energia térmica para aquecimento da solução de limpeza.
