Abstract

TIENO¢3,2-b!PIRIDINA-6-CARBONITRILAS COMO INIBIDORES DE CINASE DE PROTEìNA. A presente invenção refere-se a prover compostos da fórmula II: em que: R¬ 1¬, R¬ 2¬ e X são R¬ 1¬ como definido mais abaixo no relatório, úteis no tratamento de câncer, acidente vascular cerebral, infarto do miocardio, dor neuropática, osteoporose, doença de rim policístico, doença auto-imune, artritre reumatóide, e rejeição de transplante. A invenção também provê processos para a produção dos ditos compostos.
