Abstract
EMPREGOS DE DERIVADOS DE IMIDAZOTRIAZINONA SUBSTITUìDOS POR 2-FENILA. A presente invenção refere-se ao emprego de inibidores de PDE 5, em geral e particularmente de derivados de imidazotriazinona substituídas por 2-fenila para preparação de medicamentos para tratamento de sintomas que são tratáveis pelo aumento dos níveis de cGMP em determinados tecidos, como por exemplo, de infarto agudo do miocárdio e danos de reperfusão, de diversos sintomas de doença do sistema reprodutor feminino e masculino e do trato urogenital, de doenças gastrointestinais, danos da diabete e insuficiência renal.
