Abstract

PANO NãO TECIDO, FIBRA E ARTIGO FEITO DA FIBRA. A presente invenção refere-se a telas ou panos não tecidos. Em particular, a presente invenção refere-se a telas não tecidas tendo características de resistência à abrasão superiores e excelente maciez. Os materiais não tecidos compreendem fibras feitas de uma mistura de polímeros de polipropileno isotático, elastómeros e plastómeros baseados em propileno e, opcionalmente, um elastómero ou plastómero de etileno/alfa-olefina homogeneamente ramificado. O polipropileno isotático pode ser um homopolímero de polipropileno e copolímeros aleatórios de propileno e uma ou mais alfa-olefinas. Os elastómeros ou plastómeros baseados propileno grau reator têm uma distribuição de peso molecular de menos que cerca de 3,5, e um calor de fusão de menos que cerca de 90 joules/g. Em particular, os elastómeros ou plastómeros baseados em propileno grau reator contêm menos que cerca de 3 por cento em peso de unidades derivadas de etileno, e uma taxa de fluxo de fundido de cerca de 2 a cerca de 200 gramas/10 minutos. A presente invenção também se refere fibras texturizadas extraídas a frio compreendendo uma mistura de polímeros de polipropileno isotático, e elastómeros ou plastómeros baseados em propileno.
