Abstract
FABRICAçãO BIOCATALìTICA DE (MET)ACRILIL-COLINA OU (MET)ACRILATO DE 2-(N,N-DIMETILAMINO)ETILA. A presente invenção refere-se um método biocatalítico para a síntese de 2-(N,N-dimetilamino)etanol e/ou ésteres de colina de ácido acrílico e/ou ácido metacrílico, isto é um método ou processo para a produção de acrililcolina e/ou metacrililcolina, compreendendo reagir 2-(N,N-dimetil-amino)-etanol e/ou colina com acrilil-CoA e/ou metacrilil-CoA na presença de um biocatalisador com atividade de colina acetiltransferase, onde preferivelmente a acrilil-CoA e/ou metacrilil-CoA é formada pela reação de acrilato e/ou metacrilato com coenzima. A na presença de uma substância fornecedora de energia e um biocatalisador com atividade de S-acetila coenzima A sintetase (atividade de acetila CoA sintetase); para organismos (especialmente transformados, isso é geneticamente modificados) que tem atividade de colina acetiltransferase e preferivelmente em adição a atividade de acetila CoA sintetase e seu uso nos ditos processos ou método; o uso de um biocatalisador com atividade de colina acetiltransferase para realizar a transferência da porção (met)acrilil da (met)acrilil CoA para 2-(N,N-dimetilamino)-etanol e/ou colina, a fim de produzir acrilato de 2-(N,N-dimetilamino)etila e/ou(met)acrililcolina; e usos, organismos, processos e métodos adicionais como descrito na especificação.
