Abstract
"FORMA DE DOSAGEM FARMACêUTICA E MéTODO PARA SUA PRODUçãO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir uma forma de droga revestida ou uma forma de droga na forma de uma matriz de ingrediente ativo, processando um copolímero, um ingrediente farmacêutico ativo, um núcleo se presente e/ou excipientes farmaceuticamente habituais de uma maneira convencional mediante derretimento, moldagem por injeção, extrusão, granulação a úmido, fundição, imersão, esparramamento, pulverização ou compressão para formar uma forma de droga revestida e/ou formar uma matriz de ingrediente ativo, caracterizado pelo fato de que um copolímero é usado que é composto de 20 a 33% em peso de ácido metacrílico, 5 a 30% em peso de acrilato de metila, 20 a 40% em peso de acrilato de etila e mais de 10 a 30% em peso de metacrilato de butila e, se desejado, 0 a 10% em peso de outros monómeros vinilicamente copolimerizáveis, com a condição que a temperatura de transição vítrea do copolímero de acordo com ISO 11357-2, seção 3.3.3, seja 55 a 70<198>C. A invenção também refere-se à forma de droga produzida de acordo com a invenção, ao copolímero e ao uso deste.
