Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE 2-CIANOPIRROLIDINAS N-SUBSTITUìDAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de uma N-(glicil N<39>-substituído)-2-cianopirrolidina compreendendo pelo menos (a) reagir, na presença de dimetilformamida, um composto de fórmula (V) em que, independentemente um do outro, X~ 1~ e X~ 3~ são halogênio; X~ 2~ é halogênio, OH, O-C(=O)-CH~ 2~X~ 3~, -O-SO~ 2~-alquila (C~ 1-8~) OU -O-SO~ 2~-(arila), com L-prolinamida, seguido por (b) reagir o composto resultante sem isolamento com um agente de desidratação, opcionalmente seguido por (c) reagir, na presença de uma base, o composto resultante sem isolamento com uma amina apropriada e (d) recuperar o composto resultante na forma livre ou na forma de sal de adição de ácido.
