Abstract
"PROCESSO DE HIDROCIANAçãO DE COMPOSTOS ORGâNICOS" A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de hidrocianação de compostos orgânicos com instaurações etilênicas para notadamente a obtenção de nitrilas e, mais particularmente, a hidrocianação de diolefinas ou olefinas substituídas para a fabricação de dinitrilas, e/ou a isomerização de nitrilas obtidas por hidrocianação. Ela se refere mais particularmente a uma hidrocianação catalisada por um composto a base de níquel. Assim, o catalisador usado neste processo de fabricação é tratado na saída da reação por cianeto de hidrogênio para recuperar e redissolver o níquel precipitado sob a forma de hidróxido de níquel. O processo permite regenerar o catalisador e aumentar a duração de vida de uma carga de catalisador. Por outro lado, ela permite diminuir a poluição das instalações do processo.
