Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"FORMULAçãO DE ANTìGENO DE SALMONELA E KITS PARA A DETECçãO DE ANTICORPOS DE SALMONELA"<D>. A invenção refere-se à formulação de antígeno de Salmonella contendo pelo menos um conjugado LPS proteína de Salmonella entérica e a um Kit para detecção de anticorpos de Salmonella em amostras de caldos de carne, soro de gema de ovo ou outros líquidos em conjunto com uma análise imunológica, notavelmente um teste ELISA heterogêneo. O suporte de fase sólida é carregado com formulação de antígeno de Salmonella proporcionado pela invenção, o que permite uma reação imunológica contra anticorpos.
