Abstract
"SISTEMA DE DESSULFURIZAçãO DE UMA CORRENTE DE COMBUSTìVEL HIDROCARBONADO NãO DILUìDO, PROCESSOS PARA DESSULFURIZAR UMA CORRENTE DE COMBUSTìVEL HIDROCARBONADO NãO DILUìDO E PARA TRATAR UMA CORRENTE DE COMBUSTìVEL HIDROCARBONADO, E, MONTAGENS DE VEìCULO TERRESTRE MóVEL PROVIDO DE RODAS E PARA GERAR ELETRICIDADE A PARTIR DE UMA CORRENTE DE COMBUSTìVEL HIDROCARBONADO NãO DILUìDO". Um sistema de processamento de combustível é operável para remover substancialmente todo o enxofre presente em um suprimento de estoque de combustível hidrocarbonado, usado para energizar uma instalação motriz de tanque de combustível em um ambiente móvel, tal como um automóvel, ónibus, caminhão, barco ou similar, ou em um ambiente estacionário. A fonte de combustível de hidrogênio da instalação motriz pode ser gasolina, combustível diesel, nafta, combustíveis de hidrocarbonetos leves tais como butano, propano, gás natural ou outros combustíveis similares que contenham níveis relativamente altos de compostos de enxofre orgânico, tais como mercaptanos, sulfetos, dissulfetos e similares. O suprimento de combustível hidrocarbonado não-diluído é passado através de um leito dessulfurizador de níquel, em que essencialmente todo o enxofre dos compostos de enxofre orgânico reagem com o reagente níquel e são convertidos em sulfeto de níquel, enquanto os remanescentes orgânicos dessulfurizados continuam através do resto do sistema de processamento de combustível.
