Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE AGENTE ESPESSANTE, MATERIAL PARTICULADO, E, PROCESSO PARA ESPESSAMENTO DE PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO LìQUIDO". A invenção está relacionada a processo para preparar um agente espessante em forma seca, apropriado para aplicação em alimentos. A invenção está relacionada também ao agente espessante propriamente dito e ao uso desse agente espessante para o espessamento de alimentos, em particular o espessamento de alimentos líquidos, que podem ser vertidos, manuseados com colher ou que podem ser espremidos. O agente espessante pode ser preparado por meio de um processo que envolve submeter frutas ou vegetais a um tratamento de homogeneização e secar esse homogeneizado obtido para obter um produto particulado.
