Patente de Invenção: <B>''MOLéCULAS DE áCIDO NUCLéICO CODIFICANDO ENZIMAS DO TRIGO, QUE PARTICIPAM DA SìNTESE DO AMIDO''<D>. São descritas moléculas de ácido nucléico, que codificam enzimas, que participam da síntese do amido em plantas. No caso destas enzimas trata-se de isoamilase do trigo. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a vetores e células hospedeiras que contêm as moléculas de ácido nucléico descritas, especialmente células de plantas transformadas e plantas regeneráveis das mesmas que apresentam uma atividade aumentada ou reduzida das isoamilases de acordo com a invenção.
