Abstract

"CENTRIFUGADOR DE JATO LIVRE", particularmente para purificar o óleo lubrificante de um motor de combustão interna. Esse centrifugador deve ser favorável em termos de custos de fabricação e ao mesmo tempo possibilitar números maiores de rotações. Por essa razão, está previsto em um lado um mancal de esfera (16) na carcaça, no qual engrena um munhão fechado do eixo (14) do rotor. O rotor é vedado na área desse apoio de tal forma que a fricção no mancal de esferas não se eleve pela pressão do óleo no centrifugador. Em outro lado do rotor está previsto um mancal deslizante, o qual é composto de um casquilho inferior de mancal (20) e de uma bucha deslizante (21), sendo selecionada uma combinação otimizada de materiais com relação às propriedades tribológicas. Na bucha deslizante é encaixado um munhão oco (19), que atua ao mesmo tempo como entrada de óleo (24) para o rotor do centrifugador. Está previsto um canal de impulso (30) para aumentar o número de rotações, que desemboca na boquilha (31), em que esse dispositivo é integrado em um fundo de plástico do rotor (13), possibilitando assim a execução de boquilhas de acionamento de alta precisão (31).
