Abstract

<B>DETECçãO DE MICROORGANISMOS RELACIONADOS à FERMENTAçãO<D> São fornecidas seq³ências de DNA únicas que são úteis na identificação de microorganismos relacionados à fermentação, como aqueles envolvidos em fermentações. Estas seq³ências de DNA únicas podem ser utilizadas para fornecer bases de oligonucleotídeos em análise baseada em PCR para a identificação de microorganismos relacionados à fermentação.
